But saw my internist and he was optimistic that I have a mild condition that is not (yet) multiple myeloma. He knows and likes the hematologist I will eventually see, but at this point not till mid December!

Some days I worry more than others. My other labs were fine but two tests uncovered this possibility … abnormal findings but don’t know how serious.

Wishing you a very hopeful outcome. Of course you are worried, but the worry isn’t going to change anything. I always hope for the best but prepare myself for the worst. But that’s just me.

Good news! I hope the hematologist has some good news for you. I was in a similar situation a year and half ago-the hematologist determined I have a blood disorder, but a low risk form and I don't need any treatment. I just see the hematologist every few months for checkins. I pray the same is true for you.

I think Brian does understand but is hoping to bully her into a relationship and bring her to America where she will be unable to work and will have to depend on him for everything.

Notice how he dropped the 4 marriages bombshell in public in front of his friend? That way, if she has a negative reaction, he can later scold her for embarrassing him.
