My coop building controls the heat and it’s never enough! Supposedly my radiators are okay but have just gotten a tiny bit from the bedroom one, and the living room one is stone cold. 

So since I pretty much live in my bedroom, I have started to put on my little space heater. After a summer of huge Con Ed bills, just from judicious use of my A/C bedroom window unit, I will now have huge bills for the winter months. And complaining to the board is … complicated.
