I just wanted to comment that compared to some poundticipants we've seen lately she looks positively svelte, and then we saw her naked from the back - and I take that back!

Some serious lymphedema on her legs!   And for someone who is that young - did I see it right that she is just 26?  it's impressive that it grew to that size in such a relatively short time.  At least she is still able to go up and down the stairs.

Hola, Fat Chatters! How's everyone's eating habit?

I had salad, of course. With chicken and avocado. I cooked like a fiend on Monday and Tuesday, and did housework and fiddled around with my houseplants today. I am exhausted. Almost as exhausted as a 600 pounder who has to get to the kitchen.

Whoops, I was over on another day. These boards are getting hard to figure out.

My eating habit was ramen (I only use 1/2 the noodles and make my own flavoring/broth), with chicken, broccoli, onions, peppers followed with a couple of Clio mini yogurt bar chasers.

Whew -  I thought she was making all that food for herself.

Poor Shakyia - she has asthma. OTOH she's mobile. I suppose that's because she's only 26. Fingers crossed that she can turn things around before she's much older.

She said there are three adults and three kids in the house - hopefully that means that NOT all those biscuits will end inside Shakiya!

She was just a cute little girl!

Hello, my pounder friends!

Yesterday, I wasted 3.5 hours of my life on a very boring musical (Company, plus they had 'technical difficulties' so we had an unplanned 35-minute break) so I hope tonight's show will be better.  Correction:  I know this show will be better because of your guys' company.

Eating habit tonight is yesterday's leftover pizza (pan pizza with wild musrooms, mashed potato and scallions!  Sounds odd but it was really tasty!) and maybe some guacamole and chips.

I have tickets for Company for Saturday! It wasn't good?

Wow, the voiceover content is already world-class Poundicipant stuff. "Food is my top priority." "Some days I wonder why I go on, and then I remember there's food" (said while resting on the top stair). Phew!

Now you know I'm gonna ask... what did you cook for mom this week and when should I expect delivery to my home?

Hola Pounders! I'm tuning in to see everyone's eating habit and to salivate over this week's menu for @Pepper Mostly's mom!

Aw, aren't you nice! This week I made: braised chicken with mushrooms (Anne Burrell's recipe) and curried beef with potatoes and peas. I baked naans to have with the curry, and made Israeli couscous with parmesan and peas for an all purpose side, since I made so many potatoes last week. For a sweet I made an apple walnut bundt cake. Then my brother took us (me, my son, and houseguest) to dinner. A splendid time was had by all.

Hello! My eating habit for lunch was a salad with fresh greens, strawberries, roasted pecans and chicken. Then for dinner I had a chicken quesadilla.

I didn't enjoy it personally (unlike Message in a Bottle that I absolutely LOVED two weeks ago) - there were only a handful of jokes I found funny, and none of the songs were memorable music-wise or lyric-wise.  But some people in the audience did laugh a lot more than I did, so I hope you guys have a good time!

The house looks nice.

I was just about to remark on that! An actual house with furniture! It's neat and tidy! No cobweb tapestries or sheetless beds? Is this even My 600 Pound Life?

Oh, wait, they're off to the grocery store. Welcome back, old friend.

Just how many poundticipants have been able to fit into the back seat of a regular sedan?  She can't be much over 500lb.

Suddenly her leg blew up. I don’t think that’s how it happens.

It was medium sized, and then, poof!

Oh, I've seen Company before--twice. I love Steven Sondheim. Its very much a period piece at this point-very 70s.

The name of the supermarket is Garbage Foods? Sounds about right.

Grocery stores don't fatten people nearly as much as their grubby hands do.

Packaged foods industry should share in the blame, and even meat and vegetables aren't as innocent as they were 100 years ago, but even her sister is still a living proof that it's not where you shop, or what you eat, it's how much...

They're showing Shakyia's Supersized episode tomorrow night from 7 to 9 p.m. Central (they've been cutting some from the original episode to put in bonus scenes, so I enjoy watching both).

Shakyia Jackson, Charlotte NC, Age 26.   Charlotte is almost 16 hours to Houston.   She's really mobile.   Asthma and her breathing scares me for her.   She lives with stepdad, her mom, their three kids.   She does her own cooking.  She was always overweight even as a toddler.  She was in foster care in second grade, for a few weeks until dad took custody.  Father was awful, and back to foster care.  Then, back to mom's.

200 lbs by age 11. Bullied in school.     Mother isn't small, but not this big.   Sexually active at 13, comfort easting because of the rejection and bullying.  Clost to 400 lbs by high school grauation.  College gain was a lot.

She has bad lymphedema on her leg.   My heart is breaking for her.  Bullied, abandoned multiple times by parents, health problems.  That lymphedema looks so painful.  She seems self-aware of her problems, I hope she's another Rose or Delana, or Krystal and a success.

Those cookies look good but they aren’t. Trust me on that.

I actually find those frosted cookies too sweet, bordering on inedible
