I thought it was a great interview.

I did not know that she is bankrupt due to events surrounding the trial, that she was not allowed to testify to bring her defamation case, that she and her child and her partner and her horse are in constant danger and are on the verge of losing their home, that her entire family is getting constant death and rape threats, that people who hire her get death threats and she has not been able to continue to earn a living as a result of that and the need to stay out of the media for months due to the trial, that she had to pay her own travel expenses multiple times to NYC for testimony, that she was doxed DURING THE TRIAL, BY THE DEFENSE and also by a DHL worker who had delivered a package to her (and DHL did not do anything about it until MSNBC got involved), that she is being held in contempt of court for not disclosing details about her young daughter....

I am glad Rachel talked about this, and highlighted that we are not protecting witnesses the way we protect court personnel, and that calling the NYC trial "the Stormy Daniels hush money trial" implies Stormy Daniels brought suit, when actually she did not. She was subpoenaed to testify and her life has been destroyed by it.

MSNBC is re-airing the interview over the next few days. I encourage people to watch it.

You're absolutely right!!  I only watched the first hour which was on very late here in the West.  I'll have to re-watch some of the first hour & pay more attention to the second.  Thanks for not letting me off the hook!!!

And if you missed last night's show, do some digging around the internet to see if you can find a rerun. You won't get any sleep after watching it but it's also a situation/story that everyone should see/read. 😬🥴😵

I had recorded her show last night, but only 35 minutes.  How long & what did she talk about?  TIA.

Just very briefly, she went into a lot of detail about how Trump and the Republicans are 'fixing' (and have fixed) the local election boards so that the actual votes won't ever matter - the Republicans on the boards will never certify the results if the Dems get more votes.

Mark Elias, Democratic lawyer for election issues, seems to be aware of such stuff and says they are ready. Plus, most of the battleground states have Democratic governors and Biden is president. So I don’t think these election denier folks will get very far. They’ll create some chaos like last time but they won’t have the same kind of power they had in 2020 and the courts and the law will come down on these local folks like a ton of bricks

Totally disagree with you, and that's not quite what Mark Elias said. Yes, of course they're aware of the shit that's going on but two things - one; the Republicans were flying by the seat of their pants in 2020 so they got nowhere in the courts, but this year, their legal team has been working on their scam for four years and they're ready with their suits and court cases now - and two; the courts and the law can't come down on the local folks because there are no laws to come down on them with. No congress ever imagined the band of crooks that Trump would bring with him so no laws were ever enacted that these con artists can be charged with. In future, a Democratic congress can hopefully pass some bills to protect the vote better but for now, it's up in the air what can be done.

Rachel discussing JD Vance on last night’s show, yikes. I knew he was extreme but this showed his ideas as really extreme and following an extreme right wing blogger who’s apparently a mentor. The blogger seems to want the right wing to take down the current democratic system in the US and install a dictator, who would sell off all the universities (or maybe the non right wing ones) among other things

Did Rachel say anything about Joe and Mika bending the knee?

If you listen to podcasts, the show uploads the audio of the show a few hours after airing. Lately they've also posted other podcasts where Rachel is a guest in the feed.

I don't remember Rachel mentioning it but then I listen to a lot of podcasts. Keith Olbermann certainly did on his 11/20 podcast. (He was kinda over the top about it, but that's Keith.)
