I saw Shaina chasing Shayne during their season; I believe Natalie over Shaina.

And now we know why Sal said "No" at the altar with Mallory. I'm not sure he should marry Jessi, though, either.

A year after their experience in the pods, I don't get an ounce of romantic chemistry between Shaina and Shayne. They do have compatible energies, but it has morphed into friend vibes. Shaina looks sincerely happy and settled with her fiancé-now-husband. It is kind of weird that Natalie is still hung up on this, and I feel like she's wanting to put the blame on the destruction of her and Shayne's relationship on Shaina because it's easier than taking accountability and owning up to the fact that her (Natalie) and Shayne were not a good fit all around.  

Sal is shady and Mallory dodged a bullet. I also don't know why production focused so much on Sal's girlfriend who was so obviously trying too hard in front of the cameras. 

I feel like Deepti and Kyle were putting on for the show with their "hesitancy" to date. It is a shame that we never got to see their time together in the pods during season 2 since apparently they built a strong connection there. 

Yikes for Danielle & Nick and Jarrette & Iyanna. Don't think anyone is really surprised, though.

Shaina ran away.  That smells like lies and guilt.  LOL.

I am no Mallory fan or anything but Sal's Siblings acting bitter over Mallory feels out of pocket.  He is the one that said no, not her. n They are salty because she called him sweet?  Again I ask, what do they want from her?    Also his story about Mallory slurring her words, in a car with some guy with coffee sounded rather incoherent.  Did he confront her?  Ask her if she was drunk?  Ask who the guy was?  I don't care about him marrying wild child, He still bores me. Also I do love that production asked about it during the credits and Mallory told her side.  Different from his side.  Hmm....

I always wonder about filming these things in public spaces, like the restaurant where Iyanna and Jarette met with their parents.  The people in the background.  Were they told beforehand?  Where were the camera and sound people? Also I love Iyanna's parents esp her mother.  'We are not gonna play beat up Jarette, there are two people in this."  Also, 'I'm coming up there and I am gonna hurt somebody." I love it.

Listen to Shayne and Shaina talk is painful. They don't know how to articulate words.  Also I love how Shaina talks about Natalie being high school and yet the entire interaction between Shayne, Shaina and the Greek boyfriend was textbook high school snark circle.

Overall... feeling very meh about these last three episodes.  If you don't look at them on SM then the Deepti and Kyle thing would have been a surprise and the divorces.  But that is all pretty much.

Because it was built in storyline to work with. There weren't THAT many stories to tell.

Fun little catch up. All decisions being made seem to be for the best.

Given how concerned she obviously is about who believes what in the ongoing Shayne-gate saga, she needs to remember that we saw the footage of her talking to Shayne at that outdoor get-together where she slammed the sh*t out of Natalie as well as Natalie and Shayne's relationship, which AFAIK she has never atoned for.  We also saw her accept Kyle's proposal and THEN go begging to Shayne after he had already proposed to Natalie.  So, beeyotch, when it comes to whether to believe you or Natalie, I'll take Natalie every time!

After watching the Bach/ette, where restaurants are empty for long in-depth conversations and we never see anyone eat, it's funny to watch this show and Married at First Sight, and notice that it really can get distracting to see them eating, hear all the background conversations, and watch all the other people.

I can't remember which Shayne/Shaina conversation it was, but Shayne didn't sound coked up like usual, and it really highlighted to me how manic he usually sounds and looks when he talks.

Not sure if production was trying to put doubt in Natalie's story post-production but I take her side over Shania any day.    Natalie doesn't need to show anyone the texts...we've seen enough by Shania and Shayne's actions.

I wonder where they were in New Buffalo.   The horse carriage ride is not one I'd want to do in that kind of weather.   I'm about 45 minutes north of there and frequent the city's casino.

Can't wait for Season 3 either.

It doesn't seem like Deeps and Kyle are still together. He's not featured at all on her instagram but I don't know whether they are or not. 

I believe Natalie over Shaina and what's weird is that Natalie said that Shane even admitted his messages were inappropriate. I wish she showed the messages to the other cast members so we could get the truth. Whether it's true or not, Shaina has a very "backstabber" way about her. She has a very flirty, under the surface nasty personality and I wouldn't trust her as a friend. I could definitely see her getting with a friends boyfriend. 

I think we could all see that Mallory wasn't ever that into Sal but I think he played up how much he was into her for the cameras. I do think he's very into this new annoying girl, but Mallory I don't think he was.

What's interesting is that apparently he has posted about the break up, but she hasn't.  Oh, and apparently he is already dating someone new!

That was quick for 2 people who had such a strong bond. I wonder if it was just played up for the reunion but they really were just friends.

According to Bustle, it looks like sometime in Early March of this year.  Apparently, "Virtually everyone in After the Altar shared photos from what looks like the same winter destination around the weekend of March 11." in their Insta feeds.

Quoting myself because I almost forgot the most interesting part from the rabbit hole I went down looking into their breakup...there was a pic back from when they were dating, of Deepti and Kyle, with Katie Thurston (from the Bachelorette) and her boyfriend John (who had been on her season but she sent him home week 2) at what looked like an amusement park.  Wonder how they all met?  Katie and John apparently broke up in June, so Deepti and Kyle were I guess still going strong then.

This made me sad. I know it's silly to care about these relationships that we don't really know anything about, but both Nick/Danielle and Iyanna/Jarrette did seem to truly love each other. It also seems like there was more emotion between Sal/Mallory than I realized when the season aired. It's sad to see all of these real feelings end in bad places. 

I don't know what to think about Natalie. I don't buy that there was some secret Shayne/Shaina relationship. Shayne and Shaina have a flirty vibe in their interactions and always have. But that vibe has been consistent in times when there was just unambiguously nothing there... like the beach conversation when Shayne was 100% all-in with Natalie. Even the final encounter in the pods, Shayne rejected Shaina definitively and without hesitation. I don't think the flirty vibe means anything. Some male/female friend pairings are just like that. I can also believe they became friends (or at least friendly) because they both were dealing with negative audience responses and were both somewhat frozen out by the greater LiB group. 

I don't think Natalie is lying, though. I think she probably did see messages between Shayne and Shaina and honestly believes that they were inappropriate. Natalie has always seemed a little insecure to me, and I don't think it's unreasonable or unusual for someone to be uncomfortable with a partner who has a flirty vibe friendship. Shayne and Natalie have always had a fundamental issue of mismatched communication styles. However, I do think Natalie is incapable of owning her own emotional space or role in the failure of the relationship, and I do think she is intentionally manipulative in how she frames things in interviews and on-camera conversation.

I don't buy Kyle and Deepti at all. It's not like me to be so suspicious. But this isn't junior high. Adults don't move a relationship to the level beyond a friendship by having a "will you be my girlfriend?" conversation. 

Everything Sal, his girlfriend, and his siblings was just weird. They were so rude to Mallory on camera. Why? I liked Sal just fine on the actual show, but he came across sleazy and fake here. I think Sal's real personality is very different from how he presented himself.

I was at a restaurant in NYC earlier this summer and a couple of ladies from RHoSC were there filming. They were seated in an outdoor seating area, just against the edge of the seating area and the cameras  and sound were on the walkway/sidewalk side filming in towards the table and the front of the restaurant (which meant that they were not capturing anyone walking by in their shot). Tables that were in the shot were asked to sign waivers, and it was a nice day so most of the tables were full.
