I feel your pain. I live in Canada and it airs at 7:00. So I know what happens. I watch at 7 and then again at 9. 
but now  I can post everything I thought during the first watching

In Ontario Canada, CTV, the network it is on, shows Next Level Chef at 9.  Since they can’t broadcast both shows at once, something has to move.
