I really enjoy when a litigant sues for a thing, and then JJ awards them the thing, they start protesting because they don't want the thing after all, but the money of the thing. I love it when JJ shuts that scam down! Like she did with today's car case. Here. I'm turning over that old broken car to you. It's yours now, LOL.

I have been busy and caught off-guard by new episodes... early recaps start after labor day!

Did the show try to make it look like Amy wasn't using anymore? Were they going along with it so that she shows up? No way she was sober.

S12.E15: Top 6 Perform + Elimination

I was certain of Jim/Jaja in the top two. They are both magical creatures in their own right and their inner flame outshines every spotlight. I hope Jim takes it in stride, he has delighted everyone with superlative dancing. I thought he nailed the ballroom, I felt it was overly criticized.- 105 replies

Loved, loved, loved the PTV recap, I am a cretin for not figuring out Amy is a lady of the night.

What bugged me about this episode about Kayne is that he blamed his addiction on his kids having been taken away (and rightly so!), to the point of making it as if he was poisoning himself on purpose because the loss was so painful. But the kids were taken away because of drugs. From both the parents. And he was sober for 99 days... he knew that and Amy knew that... so even when there is no worry about withdrawals anymore, he (they) still chose to use over their daughters. May they never see their children again.

When is the next season starting? I don't want to miss it!

That Bollywood was the best I've seen on the show; Alex was spinning like a top and leaping like a frog, and Jaja nailed the facial expressions like no other did before. Bravo, princess!- 95 replies

I was beginning to wonder what it would take to get a high score!

I really thought Erin was going to be a success story. From the first sentence that was aired, she sounded so trapped by her addiction, and so genuinely conflicted trying to reconcile motherhood with her addiction, that I was certain she'd accept right away, and we'd get to see her looking great and sober at the end. That poor kid is doomed. Sorry if that's harsh. He seemed very strongly bonded to his mother, it will work against him. And to the girlfriend, Alex: curses.

OMG Sylvia! She was so full of love and so good at finding the right words to say! I feel another Interventioncrush coming!

I think Nora and Meg are an item!

I wondered if there wasn't an underlying mental illness with this one, because he was so immune to consequences. Was Jessie trying to convert him to heterosexuality? I chuckled and guffawed at the ridiculous Hummer. I was disappointed that Ken didn't lecture anyone on enabling, but perhaps they only did it this time for the cameras? Jock dad & uncle seemed like nice, no-nonsense guys. I hope he got to accept his sexual orientation.

It is wrong to say how much I looooove the PTV reviews?

I liked how Nora kept her cool when the pointy things didn't work out in the mold. She's a "here's a problem, here's a solution" kinda gal. It was adorable how her brain started to compute a workaround immediately without skipping a beat. It's true, Glenn's critic was harsh, but rightly so. It reminded me how one of the partners threw some acid on styrofoam and painted it black, made a few rubber strips, threw it together in to a "staff" and that was it. The cabbage head was a 3-hour sculpt. The model had to apply her own makeup. So, yeah. What exactly did they do on one of the two days? Frankly, I too can work at that level and be eliminated on the first round... and I'm pretty sure I could come up with something good enough that Glenn wouldn't feel like the door should hit me hard on the way out. My favorite was also the yellow boxfish, I thought it was the clear winner. The black patches around the eyes were striking, organic, and beautiful. I really enjoyed this beauty challenge with cool sea creatures as the inspiration.

I kept hearing "5:30" and I think so did the close captioning...

Questions: Why do I find Leonardo so sensual when he is dancing? What are the ingredients in this mystery? It looks like he is barely dancing at all. Yet I melt. I need to know. Last night was great but I post here to complain, so here we go: I didn't care for depression dance. I thought Ariana's Afro-Mohawk was distracting and her geometric grey costume inappropriate. The movement didn't say "depression" vs. "depression victim" to me. It was ordinary comtepoflail with a wee bit more push-pull from Ariana. -

About Amanda: how do you go from zero to heroin in one day? There has had to be drugs before that too... her husband was a tattoo artist and with the Hell's Angels. What kids go to bed at 5:30?

So Asaf hogs all the choreographer's time and attention at his partner's expense, I hadn't thought of that. -

Finally, an inter-racial dance on TV! Not a moment too soon, it's 2015 after all. At first I was mildly scandalized, but as the dance went on, I thought, this is pretty good, they should do it again sometime! But not too fast, we need time to digest and absorb this radical new concept. I am going to check right now it this has made headlines in the Backwoods Picayune.- 167 replies

I read "Bendit Swan Pouffer" with that crazy font... perfect name for a ballet choreographer, I'd say! Bend it!
