Yes, that's exactly what I was thinking when I read the term "meat pasties"! However, since I already made reference to Izzy's vibrating dildos in a previous post, I decided to let someone else reference stripper "pasties".

Just picked up the book at my local public library. Only on chapter 3 and already know I'm going to be crying. Excellent journalist/writer/author of this book. I like when writers give me an in depth description of the part of the country the crimes occurred...from the social classes, weather, poverty levels, drug use. Thanks Queena for mentioning this book. I probably never would of known a book was written about this particular crime. A very dear friend of mine was murdered a year ago. Nobody arrested or named in his death. I think the case has been closed. He had no relatives who cared about him. His stepsons were not interested in pursuing the case. But I think it's time I try to do something to find his killers. My friend was a kind, gentle soul. Viet Nam veteran, animal lover and my "true crime fanatic" buddy. I'd be so happy if Rachel never spoke another word and just did fabulous cooking. It's the only thing (besides the beautiful scenery) that keeps me still watching this boring series.

People should be able to wear whatever they like. Even if it isn't flattering. However, these reality folks are here for us to scrutinize, criticize and laugh at. I don't think any of these women look exceptionally bad. They are trying to keep fit and toned for the competition that exists in Orange County. However, I am SO VERY happy that I haven't had to see the likes of the husbands/boyfriends/SO's in skimpy speedos or shorts (except David Beador).

Why does she insist on putting emojis in her posts right after her food descriptions? Swiss cheese emoji, broccoli emoji, fish emoji. And yes, that "quiche" looks like a slice of pizza. An egg pizza with swiss cheese, broccoli and salmon.

What is it that happened to Izzy that hasn't also happened to many of the other cast/crew members of this show? Did a sibling die? Did your grandma die at 89? Did your dad have cancer? Did Izzy find out a sibling is gay? Did Izzy realize she's gay? All of these are very sad and traumatic issues to go through but this one better be phenomenally astounding for me. After all this is a reality show and its purpose is to entertain. So far this season of BD has done nothing to surprise me or make me like it. I don't like it like I used to. Miss you Kate. ❤

Anyone know if there's been an update about the young lady who claimed she was pregnant with Jesus Christ? At this point in time I'm pretty sure she should have delivered Jesus by now. As far as I know Jesus has not visited me at all here in Southern California . Anyway just wondered if there was an update on it cuz that girl was weird and I haven't seen Jesus in my neck of the woods nor heard of his birth and the second coming.

And who is going to pay for this baby that the sister (who lost 100 pounds) is having? Does her husband have a job? IIRC he does but not sure it was anything lucrative. I don't begrudge these women the ability to have kids but it seems the paycheck comes from TLC.

Good question. I suspect WW is jealous of Christie because she is a decade older than Wendy but still smokin' hot. Hell, I'm jealous of Christie. She still looks naturally beautiful.
