If I lived in Kentucky I would be so pissed off at TLC for featuring these low life examples of what most people are NOT like in Kentucky. And if anyone else read the article posted a couple days ago about Tammy's ex Phillip stating that Tammy smelled real bad and so did her house. Not surprised but damn these Slaton's need to go. They are getting paid to be a freak show. And when those babies grow up, well, there it is, all available for them to see. Why does she find it necessary to have another baby? Is this a tradition? What happens to the Slatons when the show gets cancelled and there is no more TLC paycheck? These people are so stupid. Just being a child of Amy's is a risk factor. If I was Amy's weight loss doctor I'd tell her go find another doctor. How many times is she going to get pregnant during her "weight loss journey"? She is just as much of a loser as Tammy. I'm so looking forward to "I Am Shauna Rae." I'm so over T&A.

I was shocked too by her condition being the result of brain tumor (s) when she was a child. Or the treatment for those tumors. But I know close to nothing about that particular cancer in children. Maybe it will be explained in the first episode.

I blame it on Chris Watts. I know he lived in Frederick CO but my true crime ears always perk up when I hear "Colorado" and another missing/murdered woman. Of course CW is locked up and cannot kill again but he really put Colorado on the gruesome crimes map.

Yeah. I was wondering about that "index finger hello" and why it began? So odd. I know I'm in the minority, but I wish Dr. Phil had been around on my TV when I was a adolescent/young adult. We had nothing like him at that time and I just had to figure things out on my own. They were not things any child should have to go through alone. But I think it would've helped me because I had nobody else to turn to. He does,quite often, give advice/encouragement that makes sense to me. Better late than never, for me.

Now THAT would be "ratings gold"! But the family of enablers will continue to drop everything and run to help Tammy. I doubt that Amy and Chris moving is going to change anything. When Tammy dies the entire family can take partial responsibility for her death. When is the other Halterman sister (Amanda) supposed to join this mess? She might be the biatch that saves Big T's life.

I am no expert on rehab/nursing homes however, in the county/state I live in, when a person has health issues they go from the hospital to a "nursing home". AKA a rehab facility. The term "rehab facility" confuses people because most of us think a rehab facility is for addicts. Not food addicts but drugs and alcohol. When it really means rehabilitation from surgery from health issues. And I have NO sympathy for Big T after watching her video. Boo Hoo fucking hoo Tammy. It's always somebody else who's to blame. Never Tammy. Keep making those videos Tammy. At least it keeps the fork from going in your mouth. Prove to us you can do this on your own with no help from your horrible family. Hell will freeze over, pigs will fly, I'll win the lottery, Jeff Bezos will go bankrupt, before you do jack $hit on your own.

I agree. And I'm ok with any of the guest hosts. I like all of them better than Wendy. But what I like most of all, is how happy the employees are since she's been gone. There is undeniably, a big change in everyone's demeanor and cheerfulness. From Norman, DJ Suss, Brandon, Suzanne. They'll never SAY they're happy she's gone but it's quite obvious. And I'm happy she's gone as well.

^^Everything^^ you stated is so true. Tammy is delusional. She thinks she can continue to manipulate and get undeserved sympathy from everyone. She will continue to use every family member and suck them dry for attention, time, sympathy, control, favors, attention. I hope Amy REALLY is serious about moving away and staying away from this huge barnacle Tammy. I suspect Amy won't be far enough away to stop kissing Tammy's ass and ego.

When is TLC going figure out that Tammy is NOT the reason most of us are watching? She is now the reason most of will stop watching. I'm watching to see Chris be successful with his weight loss, baby Gage growing up, and hopefully Amy will cut off her enabling with Big T. Please TLC no more Tammy. You (and Tammy) are making viewers dislike her. Don't sign her up for another season.

A friends ex boyfriend had 2 storage lockers in the same storage facility that went up for auction. Lots of desirable items like fishing rods, bicycles, sporting goods. His 2 units sold for a good amount. And yes he did get paid the extra money after all storage fees/auction fees were paid.

I agree. I think (I hope) TLC is realizing they went in a really bad direction with this show. People aren't watching it because we like it anymore. If it weren't for Chris, Gage and Michael they could cancel this shit show and I would not care.And as others have mentioned, Chris's wife, sister and Tammy's caregiver Tisa are keeping it alive. Tammy needs to go. She is just full of negativity and nastiness.
