  1. Yes, you are correct. The conversation between Kenny's ex-wife and the PI occurred at the end of episode 2. I wrote a transcription of the conversation in that forum's thread because it went by so fast about Georgia's history. I thought it might come in handy in future episodes (for me and for others). And so it did!
  2. I just discovered this show and really like it. I thought I'd transcribe what the conversation was between the PI and Kenny's ex-wife for my benefit and maybe your's: [PI] Here’s what I found on your ex-husband’s widow. Georgia’s real name is Mary. She was born in Alabama to mother Daisy Atkins. Her father Shane Reilly currently serving time in New Mexico for attempted murder. When Mary was six years old, her mother remarried a man named Ed Atkins. Now, from age 14 to 18, Mary’s lived completely off the grid. But at some point, she reemerged and started going by Georgia Miller. She has two kids with two different men. Zion Miller is a photographer. They were never married, but she took his name. Gil Timmins is her son’s father and is serving time for fraud and embezzlement. There are big gaps in the timeline because Georgia’s always on the move. [ex-wife] I’m not letting that trash get Kenny’s money. Can we take her down? [PI] I’m headed p to Wellsbury tomorrow. Don’t you worry. If there’s something, I’ll find it.
  3. Coming out and being his true self is admirable. Doing a reality show about it - not so much.
  4. I do have to wonder if "Gone With the Wind" should be stripped of its Oscar because the film was "racist". There are dozens of Shirley Temple movies that equally could be considered "racist". Should they be eradicated? It hit a chord with me when Rachel L. asked what she would represent if she went to an Antebellum Party. They don't do those kinds of parties in Northern California, where I live. So I didn't think anything about them - I really didn't know it was a "thing" or a "thing that is banned". I had to look up the term "Antebellum" because I could only associate it to the singing group, Lady Antebellum. ?!!!? I guess they renamed to "Lady A" and that caused more issues... I'm learning all the time. And in full disclosure, I'm a middle-aged white female and I dated a black man for 3 years. Yet still, I'm learning things are racist that I didn't know before. So please forgive my ignorance. I only took down my dreamcatcher a few months ago because Native Americans hold their ideals closely and hanging my string-art project on the wall was deemed insensitive. There's a difference between being racist and ignorant. If I do something that hurts you to your core roots, let me know. I may not know that it does. Please don't consider me racist, I truly believe that I'm not. But maybe some things I do or enjoy may be hurtful to you. Please let me know without judgement. I don't know where Chris Harrison is on his journey to learn and do better. I don't know what is expected of him to "show" that he is truly remorseful. Seems like there are many who think his apology was surface level. What do they want to see from him to show it is deeper? I wish this show could go back to its roots and be more fluff, with a bit of racial diversity. It has become over-produced and a camping ground for media influencers. And now the latest tact is it has become a spotlight for how not to be racist/non-racist. My head hurts.
  5. I didn't notice it when the show aired, but saw a YouTube recap of the episode and noticed it. Ya, it was strange.
  6. The blond was Heather. I have no idea why the entire episode ignored her. Unless they did focus on her and things got out of control and nasty. Ya, they probably did (get out of control and nasty). But maybe that wasn't the narrative they wanted to follow. They certainly had enough material to work with, with the other women.
  7. Where did you hear/read this? Last I heard, he was stepping back and would not be on ATFR. His Instagram post from February 13 states, "I have consulted with Warner Bros. and ABC and will be stepping aside for a period of time and will not join for the After the Final Rose special." Has something else been said indicating that he's gone for good?
  8. Good grief, the instructor was shown inside the plane and it looked like he had barely reached puberty! I would have been nervous if paired with him. But if he had connections (family) in the business, that explains things. It looked like he was trying to turn them to face the cameras when they landed. In contrast was Matt's descent and landing, which was straight on and smooth. Maybe the fact that it was being filmed for national broadcast made him (the young instructor) do maneuvers he normally wouldn't have done.
  9. Just my luck, I'm only in my early 60's. Too young for COVID vaccination and too young for the Senior Bachelor!
  10. If I did a shot every time she said, "like" in that article, I'd be in a coma right now.
  11. I doubt anyone is sleeping!
  12. She also was a judge on HGTV's Design Star.
  13. That was Heather from Colton's season. She was the one who, "never been kissed".
  14. I have hesitated in posting because I didn’t want to come across as insensitive. Firstly, if Ben had two failed suicide attempts (in 2018 and 2019, no less!), he shouldn’t have come on this show, which can edit you in any way they please and screw with your mind. But his reason for loving Tayshia was all about how she “made him feel”, was possibly the worst reason to express his love for her. I don’t know if it was his lack of being able to vocalize his feelings, or his immaturity. Frankly, I was embarrassed for him when he was talking to Tayshia’s father. And I hope that TPTB do not entertain the idea of Ben for Bachelor! Because I will not watch. He’s in too fragile a mental state and I don’t want to see that exploited.
  15. I realize this is a long stream of assumptions, but since Ben admitted to 2 suicide attempts, I wondered if he was diagnosed with depression and was on meds for it. I know some meds make you unemotional, like in the effort to not feel depressed you don't feel anything at all.
  16. I have no doubt that a 2 on 1 with Bennett and Noah will result in both being sent home. I don't think Tayshia has interest in either one of them. Their disdain for one another will confirm that for her.
  17. I see a bit of James Dean in him.
  18. Then I think the courteous thing would have been for Clare to substitute something else - say a pool party. Instead it was just cancelled after they obviously had been waiting for quite some time.
  19. The show can give someone a bad edit. But there's little doubt that Clare made the guys wait for the day group date that never happened. Then during their cocktail party conversations she no doubt steered the conversation with most every one of them as to how Dale felt about her. Then she took off in a huff with her rose saying that no one really opened up to her enough to deserve it. That wasn't editing. I hope this follow-up of Clare and Dale's relationship is a short one. I wonder if Dale will even say anything. Seems Clare does all the talking.
  20. She was indeed nasty to Brandon. But he did make the comment that he was so excited that it was going to be her. He should have followed up with how eager he was to get to know more about her. That's what this show is supposed to be about, isn't it? Getting to know one another? I remember Andi bitching about Juan Pablo that all he wanted to do was talk about himself and never asked her any questions about her. I guess Clare thinks she's some sort of celebrity that all these guys should be clamoring for her attention. She doesn't realize there should be some give and take. As for a "mystery" bachelor, aren't we getting that with Matt James? All I know is his picture and that he's Tyler Cameron's friend.
  21. No, that was Fred. Rachel was his camp counselor when he was a child and he had a crush on her.
  22. Whit and Ry on You Tube had an interview with Juan Pablo and I think he came across well. He talked about how the producers were pushing him to tell the ladies he loved them and he wasn't going to do it. Plus he said he was very conscious of his daughter watching. Emily Maynard also had a daughter she was concerned about - in that her behavior would affect the daughter. She got a pass for that, but Juan Pablo didn't. He did sideline the questions about what he said to Clare though. If I recall correctly, Clare said it was during the LCD and they got into the helicopter without mikes. Juan Pablo whispered to Clare that he loved f...ing her in the ocean.
  23. I think it's somewhat the opposite. The new ad is the poster of The Graduate but reversed. The way Clare is holding the rose and her expression looks just like the way Mrs. Robinson (Anne Bancroft) would hold her cigarette in that movie. I think it suggests older woman, younger man.
