People have worked individually, like...what specific writing avenues are available to them now that weren't available before? Unless there's just not going to be an alliance between anyone anymore and they all go their separate ways. And they didn't need Felicity to go away for that to happen. I get that he's trying to sell something new for a measly 10 episodes that people may not totally be on board with. Moving an audience's cheese after 7 years is not really the best way to go out, but he should figure out a better way to express himself on that front.
