If this is the cause of the rift between Oliver and Diggle, it seems like maybe Oliver would choose to out himself for some reason and it wouldn't be Shady Susie's doing? I suppose Susie could still do it and Oliver could just object to Diggle running around to take the heat off of him, but he's let Diggle do that before for the same reason so that seems weaksauce, but this is Arrow so...could happen!
