  5. From a year ago: http://www.realmrhousewife.com/2017/02/06/leah-messer-not-forcing-daughter-to-use-wheelchair/
  6. Right. It is pointless for him to even be on these shows and tease the fuck outta knowing where Stacy's remains are. He is not saying that outright, but it is more than an assumption since it was pointed out to him that he would have directed the authorities to where she was, if she was in fact alive, when defending his client. His client is the one who maintained she was alive, and for the attorney to then say he knew the information of her whereabouts only leads to the obvious fact that he knew she wasn't alive. Grace and Abrahams pretty much got the attorney to admit that fact through all that questioning and hollering, he didn't even see it coming. His face said it all as if he was thinking, "Shit! I screwed up." I wasn't too keen on watching the Grace and Abrahams show, but I have ended up liking it so far.
  7. Chris is just kissing that fat ass. Literally. He is drooling looking at it, going by his tweet. Gross. Chris when he was a baby:
  8. That's right. Tyler had to bring in contractors after his Mickey Mouse rehabbing didn't come out as he expected. He ended up paying more money to re-do those floors. Butch was the one doing the floors. Tyler didn't want to spend more money than he had to. He was there trying to keep Catelynn from giving her ideas on what she wanted and he had to remind her of their budget. Remember that episode of The Newlyweds when Nick and his brother went to Home Depot and bought all that sod and other stuff for his barren yard? After a while he had to call a labor company, which didn't work out either. He finally had to hire a contractor who specialized in that sort of thing.
  9. Thanks!! @MaggieG I just posted there. Some posters are discussing it.
  10. As much as I loathe Drew Peterson's former attorney is not revealing where the remains are of Stacy, I am reminded it is the whole attorney-client privilege that keeps him from doing so. If he were to reveal any info, he is violating that trust. That is part of the job of an attorney. If attorneys ratted out their clients and reveal information told to them, the public would feel a sense of distrust. I was floored by the quote from the defense attorney who said about Peterson's first wife, "She's alive, she didn't die!" when asked to respond to her claims of emotional abuse and threats made to her by Peterson when she was married to him. He stated there was no veracity to her claims which is why her statements were not admissible. The mere fact the first wife chose not to go after Peterson's earnings and what was rightfully hers during the divorce is why she is alive today. Peterson made the same damning and threatening statements to her as he did to Kathleen and Stacy. She was the only one who was too fearful to ask the courts to grant her what was rightfully hers.
  11. I have rentals and all the renovations and rehabbing that has been done to them, I never found it to be much work until I was a part of the actual work process such as pulling out carpet, painting, removing drywall, putting in drywall, patching holes, installing window drapes or blinds, hauling shit to the dump, things of that nature. Overlooking a project and having worries about going over a budget and such is mentally stressful at times, but I never felt or let it be known I actually renovated or flipped a home. The people I paid for did the big work and they got the credit whenever people praised the work afterwards. Tyler seems to want credit for work others did when all he did was pay, overlook, and helped do some of the smaller jobs. No legit company would allow Tyler to help them with the actual work as their insurance company would frown upon that if a non-employee got hurt. Tyler did not install those floors. He may have chosen the color, but he did not do the work on installing or refinishing them. Maybe Butch did the floors as he had done the floors on the previous home.
  12. Amber vomits because of creepy, crawling bugs? Why then is she not vomiting every time Matt is in her presence? Or Baby Huey (Andrew)? I was lmao when Amber was screaming while her hand was inside the fake logs. It was the hideous face she was making that was funny. Then, miss Boss Bitch Badass actually declared she was SCARED??? Brandi, although I loathe the bitch, she also had me laughing when she was making fun of Amber. When Brandi has me rooting for her to take down Amber, it goes to show what a vile person Amber is overall. Trifling trick. I cannot stand her.
  13. Yeah he is. How much of the work does he actually do, though? It looks like he pays professionals to do the actual work. I guess the family reunion show is a bust.
  14. She caused damage to my rental and had been on the property before. Knowing she might be an addict and high, I wasn't going to take chances. I needed to protect myself just in case. I don't own a gun, but if I had one, I would have used that instead. Being that I was trained to use a police baton, I knew how to handle it in the event she got combative with me. She tried getting combative with my neighbor. She saw my baton and she realized I was prepared to use it. See, addicts tend to become combative when they are high. As we are seeing how Ryan is now headed into that territory with threats, it is only time before he starts putting his hands on someone.
  15. What has happened to Becky's (Lecy) voice?
  16. Ugh, that is horrible. It is why I had to put trespassing signs on my property because before that the police said they couldn't arrest anyone for trespassing. I then had to put "No Parking" signs that reference my being able to call a tow company to get them off my properties. Before the signs, people could park there and I couldn't do a damn thing about it for 48 hours (our city ordinance). As far as renters, I have to make sure anyone who moves in with a renter is put on the lease. I am lucky I haven't had any sort of issues such as what you mentioned @ActionComics25. I have been blessed to have wonderful renters. I thank God all the time. There are so many stories like this one you shared. So many people living on premises without paying rent. Squatters tend to have more rights than owners. Google and you will come up with many stories of squatters living in rentals for at least a year or more. Back to Ryan, he has enablers who give him a lake house to live in. Didn't Jen mention something about that at one time?
  17. This reminds me of the time an addict trespassed on one of my properties and was able to access the attic from the outside. The premises was empty at the time as we were doing a bit of rehab work on it before renting it out. My neighbors called the police as I held her from trying to leave. I put my old police baton to use (from my college days when I was studying to be in law enforcement). She was under the influence and had paraphernalia in her possession. The cops arrested her and off to jail she went. However, it was a year of phone calls from the D.A.'s office informing me her court case was continued every single month. They would call me so I could testify as a witness. I was told she was still getting arrested on other minor drug-related charges and she had prior arrests which she was still waiting to go to court for. I was also told she had two PRIOR arrests before the one where she trespassed on my property. She finally pled guilty to the charge of trespassing, under the influence, and they dropped the paraphernalia possession charge.
  18. I am with @druzy, all of the above with a bit of @Uncle JUICE reference to The Munsters. Spot on. lol The blonde chick reminds me of Angelyne: https://www.bing.com/images/search?q=angelyne&FORM=HDRSC2 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Angelyne Angelyne is the original Kim Kardashian. Famous for doing nothing. She is in our area a lot. She loves the fabric stores and coffee shops. I ran into her once. She was quite a nice lady. She always drives a pink sports car.
  19. I think this best describes how I feel, as well as many others here. We have sympathy for what he is having to endure, but then he goes and reminds the world constantly. He always has to shine a light on it. He thrives on the sympathy and adoration he gets. It is real shitty how he has to be responsible for all the people in his life, including Kim who makes things all about her whenever Tyler goes to her with his problems. It is no wonder where he picked that up from along with all the addicts around him who are all about themselves, their pity parties and "woe is me" attitudes. Not that he doesn't have a right to express his own pity party, but he also enables a lot of Cate's behavior which he then turns around and makes it all about him to the point of blaming himself for what she is doing.
  20. It looks like he is actually using a small table (finally) to pack those orders. I bet people tweeted shit (no pun intended) to him about packing that shit (again, no pun intended) on the shitty carpet. I told ya'll - five star meals is what keeps Cate going back. It ain't the therapy or the doctors.
  21. And it is a suitable size. Not ten sizes too small. See Kail!
  22. B stands for_______________ Boogietown Bitch Bastards no Baths Binge-eating quesadillas Big fat mess Boogers Awwwww I can't live without you and the rest of my preverts around here. :-) lol!!!! That's right. Make sure you bring various family members, and any children you bring can lie down on the desert ground and play with the scorpions. We can share a room!
  23. I am thinking Leah will go to her friend's house on Saturday afternoon and then spend the night going into Sunday which will take up the entire weekend. I used to do that when I spent time at my friends' homes. It was a weekend getaway. Yep. Amber figures why spend a short time with Leah. It is either the entire weekend or nothing at all. @leighroda I agree. I think Amber is trying to save face. I have no doubts she is putting a guilt trip on Leah via FaceTime. Karma needs to hurry the ass up in this situation. @Calm81 Preach!! No, it would not have been too long. It is truth!
