  1. This episode grabbed my attention. I'm in!
  2. I grew up with TOS and loved the movies. Didnt care for the spinoff series, they all were too serious and lacked the fun goofiness I loved in TOS. I don't care if TPTB follow "canon". I think this series can stand on it's own. The writing, acting, production are all top notch. This episode had me laughing out loud. It was fun! Just enjoy it for what it is. Think of all the series a different tellings of the same story, told by different people at different times, with different agendas and perspectives. They can be inconsistent, contradictory, have different timelines, simply because they same story is being retold by someone else's. Its like studying history. You get different versions of the same events because they were told and retold and written up by objective scholars and/or partisans with an agenda. Remember, this is ALL fiction, not actual TRUTH, so just watch and enjoy or change the channel!
  3. She is so spoiled and stupid. I can't wait until the Revolution.
  4. Where did Bellamy and cult follower get those furry clothing? And how are they making zippers?
  5. I'm wondering why this artist is living in that studio/loft that Axe provided. Did he NOT have his OWN home and studio to work in? WHERE did he create all his OTHER art works? I just find that odd.
  6. The pathos was real, but . . . . . . For a woman dying of sepsis, she sure was coherent and lively. Pretty sure a death from sepsis and the resulting organ failure would be a LOT more feverish, incoherent, painful, and lethargy inducing. Other than that, it was a real heart tugger!
  7. I just use my imagination and know there are loads of daemons around. I "see"them in my mind. I know they are there.
  8. The wigs at the time were never meant to look like actual hair. The hairlines were not blended in, no attempt was made to make the wigs look like the hair was growing out of the head. They were obviously wigs, intended to be worn as decoration and status symbols, never meant to look like natural hair in color or style or abundance of hair. They DID look like "hats" with an obvious edge. Think of Britain's judicial wigs that are in use today. No attempt made to disguise the hairlines. They are worn like hats. Just saying. . . . .
  9. Thank all the gawdz that Abby is dead! She was a selfish skank!
  10. I'm enjoying the show, BUT. . . . . I can't help but wonder where the heck are they getting those clothes? Who made them? Where? Where did they get the fabric to make them in the first place? WHY are the fashions so "normal" and "trendy"? I'm so distracted by it! Do they have sewing machines and workshops where they make them? Where is this factory? Where did that gorgeous gold lace trim on Head Dude's red velvet jacket come from? Did they bring a ginormous stock of fabric and trimmings with them? Why? It's like when they were all on Earth and everyone was wearing these incredibly complicated leather outfits with grommets and shiny dangly bits all over. Where did they get all the black leather? Where were the cows it came from? Where were the dye vats? WHO was making these items? Where did the boots come from? The jeans? I guess I have the idea that post-apocalyptic dystopias would be lacking in manufactured clothing and goods and that people would dress more simply and in rougher, home made fabrics and clothing, NOT in fine velvets and trims and steampunk, gothic black leather outfits complete with nice leather boots!
  11. Loved it . . . . .except. . . . . I hated that all his videos of his wife were of him playing some joke on her. I can tell you that the first time or two of getting wet or startled awake by a loud klaxon MIGHT be funny, but after that I would be so angry and annoyed! I would HATE getting unexpectedly soaking wet! I would HATE having a loud startling noise unexpectedly waking me up! It would NOT be funny! It seems passive-aggressive and NOT "lovely" at all!
  12. I loved this episode so much! Danny has had tyrannical moments in the past, but been held in check by those around her. I'm not surprised. This was never going to to a "happily ever after" ending. I think it's great!
  13. I liked it. I think the show is fine. Still interested. Love not having it all spelled out for me.
