First off, I really need to ask my friends in law enforcement about questioning suspects and witnesses and such. Why does everyone always go in there without a lawyer? I’m talking about all ages and sexes. I know the cops can ask for it but it doesn’t mean you have to go alone. Anyhoo, Ellie seemed a little too cool and in charge in the initial interrogation. First, she lied about simple things which I thought was so odd. Then the next thing she is coloring. I thought it was odd that it was even offered to her. I know it’s done for little kids but she was 15. I think she and the two boys were all equally guilty. In theory, she will be 30 when released if she isn’t paroled before that. The two boys, um, well, see you later. I did have one question. Did Ellie’s mother believe the sexual abuse charges? I can’t recall if she was asked about it specifically or it wasn’t shown. The only good thing that came out of it was the body was found right away so there wasn’t any doubt. Although, I do wonder how far the 3 of them would have gotten if the police hadn’t found them so quickly.

Actually, he read for Kelly’s Kids first. He wasn’t right for the part. Then they remembered him from his audition and then cast him as Oliver. It was sort of a twofer issue. The character wasn’t needed and the show was also on its last leg. I know he gets a lot of grief as Oliver but it wasn’t like he created the role and cast himself. I think Sherwood Schwartz wanted a little kid because everyone was older. It’s the same reason and almost the same exact scenario when they added Ricky Segall to The Partridge Family. TPTB think adding a cute little will fix the show. Usually, it doesn’t. Although, it did work on Lassie. That’s one of the rare instances where it was successful.

To me it looks like FV is going all in with Drew and not killing him off. Of course, if he should be killed off I think it will be Ezra because Drew screws him over at some point. Ezra isn’t a main character on GH. I like Daniel Cosgrove but I don’t think Ezra is a longtime character. Amy is such annoying character. She’s not even a fun annoying character. I’m not sure whose idea was to insert her but buh-bye!!! I enjoyed Laura’s dress down of Drew. I think in that moment Drew knew she was right but later on he didn’t care. Of course, Laura (and, Anna too) friendship with Sonny has always been dumb but these are longtime characters (and, it’s a soap) so these things are bound to happen. LOL!!! Marco was found out pretty early on. I like the actor playing Sidwell but he just seems to move from set to set and does his thing while we are supposed to forget he was a terrorist of sorts who just happens to have a great accent and strong beard. LOL!!!! Good actor but the character wasn’t needed beyond his initial introduction. No Ava, Ric or Alexis today. Why can’t we have nice things?

I’m not feeling My Two Dads. They are so boring. Maybe, it’s the 30 year old daughter. LOL!!!!! Break them up. Smitty can be shady reporter and Martin can have his nightmare which I’m dying to know what they’re about. Strangling them with teenagers was a horrible decision. IMO!!!!! Shanice is such a fun character. While she’s the hospital gossip she actually seems to very smart and goes into nurse mode without batting an eye. She’s very well written. I liked that Eva was snooping but Shanice was shutting her down. There’s only room for one gossip at the hospital and it’s Shanice. Speaking of Eva I like that they aren’t making totally clueless about her mother. She has the pieces of the puzzle but she needs time to put them together. Ambyr Michelle was a real find and has such a unique look which makes you notice her. I think my favorite scenes are between Eva & Kat. They are on fire.

Natalia getting a whole family and none of them like her. Whatever. Marco seems intriguing but why does he have to be related to Natalia and Sidwell?! Sonny won’t be Natalia’s friend anymore. Who is Sonny gonna to get his non sex from now? The Ava and Alexis stuff was fun. I’m hoping Alexis rips Kristina a new one before deciding what to do. I’m glad Ric and Rick Hearst survived. He’s sooo good in the role. I was sort of hoping that Ava (and, Ric) would have blackmailed Kristina just to mess with her. Of course, Alexis will cover for her. That said, I want Lucky off the show now. It’s bad enough he doesn’t shower or shave but now he’s actually keeping Kristina’s secret. WTH? Jonathan Jackson’s return has been a major dud. He hardly interacts with Genie Francis or nuLulu for that matter. When are they going to put us out of our misery with the reveal of Gio’s parentage? The nurses ball?

I had no idea my mother was on here. I’ll say anything I want without a credible source. This ain’t tmz. Anyhoo, I don’t watch on Thursday and Fridays since they are pre taped. I’m curious to see the new studio which I think we will see on Monday. I’m guessing they’ll stick with the bi level audience seating……I guess. Although, the temporary space had a great view. I remember when Anderson Cooper did his show there and I was always impressed by the view and lighting, I don’t have any sources. I hope no one fines me or anything. I remember back in the day when the changed the studio for Regis and Kathie Lee. It was the same studio but they flipped sides from what I recall. I remembe they blindfolded them. Fun memories.

I thought the fashion show was going to be bigger. The room was about the same as B&B when they last did them. Which was ages ago but I just thought MVJ would amp it up for BTG first even even though their isn’t set in the fashion business less Dani and Chelsea. That said, everyone in the crowd seemed to be having are about 5 months in so they are probably used to each other now and glad to be together. Colby who plays Kat always looks like she’s having a blast. She really knows how to turn it for the camera. I think this is her first tv gig and she has star written all over her. I’m still not sold on the Tomas and Kat pairing just yet. He’s good looking but she’s (COLBY) running circles around him in the acting department. Also, Tamara did more acting than anyone when she was looking at that gold dress and missing her fame and stardom. She didn’t even have a line. She touched the sleeve of the gold dress and was melting. It was pretty amazing.

Yeah, I had just heard the rumblings of a Strahan exit. I think the NFL gig is based in LA and he’s been traveling for years. Granted, he’s not stuck in coach but I’m sure it gets old. Also, the health of his daughters probably convinced him it was time to leave GMA. I think he and Ripa got along show wise but weren’t hanging out with each other. Once the GMA debacle happened and princess was left out of the loop all bets were off. The one thing I’ve learned from the years of watching Kelly once you cross her you’re done. If you aren’t part of her gay mafia, a New York insider or her gym instructor you are dead to her. LOL!!!! I’m curios to see the new studio. Unfortunately, I rarely watch a whole show now. I can barely get through host chat. Kelly is a shell of her former self. I’ve watched her first few episodes when she got hired and was working with Regis. She was quick witted and could keep up with him. Now she can’t even read a story cut out of the newspaper for her without stammering or even understanding what she’s reading. It’s awful. Of course, Kelly and Mark enjoy their money and lifestyle and aren’t leaving anytime soon. I’m think it’s another 3 years or when their current contract ends. Whatever is first. LOL!!!!

Crazy that it’s still not done. Apparently, with GMA airing from there as well security has been informed to protect Ripa at all cost and have no run ins Michael Strahan. LOL!!!! If there are any near misses or close encounters heads will roll. LOL!!!! Of course, they have different hours but Kelly is there for hair, makeup and Botox injections well before 9am.

The worst part is to see an interview with a Days cast member. They are like a deer in the headlights because they can’t recall what they shot two weeks ago let alone 9 months. They also held back to talk in depth about the storyline because they are almost afraid to say anything, I don’t blame them. I blame Ken Corday. If Peacock was to cancel Days they’d still be on for another 2 years. LOL!!!!

It was so weird during the scene with SC on the ground and JMW finding him. It was like it was during the Covid years. She didn’t touch him. She was just ranting and raving at but was so far away from. It was just odd staging. That said, Clifton falls really but also looks like that when acting in general. LOL!!!!! I assume Bill be sitting vigil soon or just blame Liam for being dumb and falling. I had totally forgotten that Cassandra Creech had joined the cast……..last year. I almost didn’t know it was her until her second scene. At least, they used her because they could have just used unknown day player. I guess this will be the beginning of Steffy loving Liam again and they will have Liam recover at some Swiss clinic when she goes on maternity leave. Although, when JMW has her babies she is usually back in 3 days. LOL!!!! How does she do it?

Like I said upthread it’s horrible continuity. I had mentioned that Genie wants to work more with JJ but he’s tied up with the Elizabeth stuff. I thought the whole idea undeading Lulu and bringing back Lucky was for more Spencer interaction. They aren’t even in any scenes together. I agree the block taping is the culprit. I think most of these actors don’t even live in California anymore. They try to keep their tape dates in blocks for the month and they are off a month. I saw Van Hansis just mention that yesterday. He lives in NYC. He comes for a month, tapes and the he’s gone until the next. Not only do they rush everything because of the budget but it makes for horrible writing because you have to account for the sets, actors and the studios going black. I miss the old,days of soaps when they kept them at the studios from sunrise to sunset. LOL!!!! That said, I know Days tapes 9 months out. I think Y&R have a pretty normal schedule. B&B double ups since it’s only a half hour soap. Karla Mosley said that Beyond The Gates is finally caught up and settle in better. I think she said they are doing an epic and a half a day (or something like that). And, once again she’s a frequent flyer. She lives in California and flies to Atlanta when needed. She said they block her stuff too. I have one question. When did all this happen. Was it when the New York soaps were cancelled and no one wanted to move to LA? Was it a Covid thing? When did all the traveling and block taping start?

Facts. I could understand the accident and having the anniversary episode right after but it was really bad when they didn’t follow up today. They lost all of the momentum and drama when everyone was there. It was horrible continuity.

Jonathan 2.0 is the worst. I couldn’t believe what a baby he was and the way he talked to his wife. He’s telling her to stop whining and crying at the beginning and then he threw a hissy fit the whole leg. Such a jerk and a baby. Ugh! I was so mad they didn’t come in last.

Genie Francis said in an interview that her favorite person to work with is Maurice Bernard. Ugh! That’s all well and good but it just makes Laura look stupid in the GH verse. She also said Jonathan Jackson is another one but they haven’t worked much since he’s back been because the show is writing for Lucky & Elizabeth. She said it would be odd that he'd want his Mommy around. Of course, Lucky and Elizabeth being stuck with a 40 year old son doesn’t seem to bother the writers. LOL!!!! I think I’ve seen Laura Wright in bed with a man more than she’s ever been. I think Wright and McKenna like working together and he doesn’t look too shabby without his clothes on. He has major pecs. I’m still not sold on the Joss working for the WSB with Brennan basically forcing her to do it and getting it on with Carly. I know it’s a soap but I don’t know why the writers writing this storyline. nuEmma is getting much better now. Although, I don’t really buy her as Emma. I guess I got so used to BS for so long that it’s hard to let go. I’m glad the trial was a one and done. I like the prosecuting attorney. They really need to write more for her. She is stunning with the long black hair.

Back to Italy 🇮🇹 it is. Which actors will get the golden ticket? Most likely Lang, Kaye, (maybe) Budig and for the young set (maybe) Crew Morrow and Laneya Grace. I think Karla Mosley has been on Beyond The Gates more than she ever was on GL. LOL!!!! I think she’s only missed 2 episodes so far. They are working her to death. LOL!!!! It’s probably killing Daphnée Duplaix a tiny bit that she just sits at a desk all day. Hopefully, that will change when they replace Maurice Johnson and maybe ramp up their storyline with the secret child reveal.

The 62nd anniversary episode was basically a stand alone episode. Like, was there any mention of Head Nurse Elizabeth Webber on deaths door down the hall? Jane Elliott, Genie Francis and Nancy Lee Grahn were great, as usual. Of course, they can cannot have an anniversary show without Bernard and Wright. I think it’s against the law or something. Overall, it was a meh episode. Hopefully, they put a lot of care and effort into the passing of Monica. They usually do a good job when a cast member has passed so I’m not too worried about it. So what’s the over/under we ever see the cardiac wing ever again? That couch and two chairs are expensive. LOL!!!

Kat and her beret crack me up. The Kat & Eva stuff is great stuff. Those young girls look like they’re having a blast & looking great while doing it. Kat has Eva’s number but not the proof. This storyline will be here for a while. Especially, since they are 1/2 sisters or are they? We’ll have to wait and see.

Yes, that’s probably true. If the show wasn’t making money it wouldn’t be on the air. Also, today’s show was about the last broadcast from the current studio. So my theory was right. It was a timed vacation in theory. I guess they will return on Monday from the new studio in SoHo.

I fast forwarded all the Jack and Kyle and Victoria and Claire eating lunch scenes. Talk about Zzzzzzzzzzz! This show has always been famous for the slow pacing but what makes it worse is the horrible writing. I’m not sure I want to see Billy Flynn on this show. He might die of boredom. Although, I understand he wanted to get away from Days and their insane taping schedule. I think the Days actors are tired of not being able to discuss the show and confused where they are storyline wise when doing interviews. At least, with Y&R he will only have to deal with a month out or so. It’s funny but I was just watching a very Guiding Light from 1979 (I think) on YouTube and, the taping and air date on the clapboard was 3 weeks. LOL!!!! The good ole days.

Almost the whole cast (mostly the men) are dressed in purple. It’s never blue. It’s just purple. I guess it’s a color thing that’s they feel the camera picks up better and the men look best in. It used to be really crazy when they had the Phoenix hotel lobby because the staff wore purple too.

Week 3 and still no sign of Kelly & Mark. This show is a joke. It’s live for 3 days and pre-taped for 2. They make millions and millions of dollars. I think their ratings are okay but I can’t image that ABC Disney is thrilled to be paying them all this money. I think they are moving to a new stated of the art studio but I could have sworn that was supposed to happen back in January. I guess they’ll could be off all this time because they don’t technically have a studio to return to. I’m guessing they’ll be back next week and then take the last week off again for Easter.
