Random and I know it doesn’t belong here…..but since Beyond The Gates will be direct competition for GH I thought I’d ask. Who is in charge of adding new shows. I saw that they dropped the whole cast list and are premiering in January. I was just curious and didn’t want to get in trouble. LOL….. Back to our regular programming. It’s too bad Chad wasn’t here for the Drew & Willow reveal. Granted it was only a kiss but it’s been going on since summer and I was looking forward to Michael finding out. That said, it was a short scene and I was wondering if they cut it short somewhat because they knew Robert Adamson’s appearance was just a one off?

Assuming that Sasha being Holly & Robert’s daughter I guess the writers wanted to break up (the kinda boring) Sasha and Cody and this is what they came up with. It’s pretty convoluted but isn’t this always the case in soaps. If not, I’m not sure who would have switched them. I think they want Cody to be bad again. The various writers never knew what to do with Josh Kelley. On OLTL, he played a great jerky scam artist kind of guy. Although, I think he took his shirt off more. Which was always a positive. Sasha has had a million storylines but I don’t think they’ve done much to propel her character wise. Although, she was heartbreaking during her during Brando’s and their ban’s death. Her drug storylines were always terribly written no matter the head writer.

Question. I’ve been watching GH since about 1979 or so. Anyhoo! When exactly did Holly become generally unlikable? Back in the day she was a heroine but now with her last 3 or 4 returns she’s this sudden scam artist. I guess I could understand it the first time but they’ve really beaten it to the death. Now, they throw in the stupid Sasha is her daughter storyline. I hope to God someone fooled with the DNA test because Robert doesn’t need another child (let alone a daughter) at 78 years old. I mean……..seriously?

Kelly & Mark saw a Broadway show. Kelly told her version. Mark started to tell his version but Kelly interrupted him. He shut that down right away saying she already told her side and now it was his turn. She doesn’t like that he will tell the story, not stammer, have a smile and the audience might applaud. LOL!!!! I’ve been watching LIVE since jump when it aired nationally in Philadelphia. Regis WAS the show and so good. I have been through all the ups and downs with the hosts. Kelly was great in the begging but has totally regressed and not for the better. Mark gave the show a good shot in the arm but I hardly even get through host chat. Sometimes I don’t even get past host chat if there isn't a good guest. I miss the old days. I used to love it when Regis would host and Joy would sit it. He would talk about his sisters in laws “The Winds of War & “ Gentle Breeze”. LOL!!! So funny. That said, there were people who didn’t like Joy. When Kelly took over the lead hosting the show was never the same for me. It’s been on for ever and does well in the ratings but it isn’t my morning newspaper 🗞️ like the old days. I miss it.

Does Lily or anyone know Heather is dead? Shouldn’t there be like, a funeral or something? Does Cricket know? There are major gaps in this storyline already. Good grief.

I miss the old Tribal Council voting music. It was so epic. You knew something was going down and it was serious business. Good memories.

I will say I did like Anika’s exit. Usually, the person voted out is either in nicey-nicey, in shock or mad. I think Anika was in shock and mad which made for great tv. I guess we’ll find out if this was the right move for Sam and Sierra down the road.

They had both tribes in the same shot (lucky for them they were next to each other) and, almost it almost look like they both had the same block to place and were even but Red was able to call Jeff over first and run (or fall, as in Sol’s case) before Yellow did. It was just that close.

I think I should have known. Sorry, ‘bout that. LOL!!!!

I’m not. At this point, I think it’s a mental block on his part. He just can’t get it out of his head and hasn’t been able to pull out a win. I thought he would magically win either Round 1 or 2 but I’m not shocked he didn’t. It just wasn’t his season.

Watching the feeds. Where is Rubina? Also, in further news Cam played pool by himself and lost. Jokes people, jokes!

There was some mini tournament of championship this week. I think the Top 3 played on Friday or something. I pretty much only watch the 5 minutes of the show anymore so I’m (really) fuzzy by the whole thing. Anyway, the contestant guessed the puzzle correctly but there was some delay with the puzzle, Vanna and Ryan. Even I didn’t think he won. Ryan finally says YOU won. He didn’t show the envelope until a few seconds after that when the contestant was celebrating with his buddies. Ryan is horrible at the Bonus Round. I don’t know what the disconnect is by he isn’t picking up when the contestants win or lose and the envelope.

Lola lives in England and is trying to make it as a singer. Great! How the heck is she paying for all of that? I doubt she’s waiting tables or working at the local Target. Nepo Alert‼️ Kelly and Mark always say their kids work hard and have jobs. It’s more like they have fun jobs…….with help from their parents. Heck! Who can blame them. It’s all they know. Now, I read that the oldest son is working for Andy Cohen. I’m sure he started in the mail room…not. I thought he lived in LA. In theory, with everyone working from home he still might be. I also read that their youngest, Joaquin is studying to be an actor at Michigan. This is simply shocking…..not. There won’t be any under fives for him. It’s leading man or nothing at all. Once again, you can’t blame him but I don’t want to read or see any interviews from Kelly and Mark saying they aren’t helping him. I know people say it’s like any family business. That might be true but they aren’t starting at the bottom. It’s the top with $$$$ from the folks. Also, before you ask. Yes. I am a hater and very jealous. LOL!!! Finally, I haven’t watched the show since Art’s last day. I have 6 episodes on my dvr (minus Thursday and Friday’s) which I don’t watch. Did I miss anything?

She’s good but not a “star”. I’m pretty sure they’ll go with Craig. That said, if it’s up to the nextwork or input from Savannah it could be anyone currently on staff or on the outside. Whomever it is they’ll be announced by end of December or January. It appears she’s done in 3 months or so after the election and the holidays when they barely work anyway.

And, someone who can speak proper English. How ever Jenna was a teacher is beyond me. She can’t even pronounce her T’s. Good lord. Maybe, they’ll give it to Shenelle who I think Jenna likes but NBC might want a bigger name.

So Hoda is leaving after 17 years. In a sense I don’t blame her. She’s a little older (I’m the same age) but she has young kids. She has the money and doesn’t need to be getting up at 4 am for goodness sakes. LOL!!!! I guess Craig will take over. There is no way they could pass him over. That said, I don’t think he screams star like Hoda did. Also, his scratchy voice has always annoyed me.

OMG! I forgot Lurking. It’s basically a whole other character. LOL!!!! I remember when Laura did that after returning (a few years later) from the fog after the wedding. She was sitting next to Luke in a restaurant wearing a purple scarf and didn’t notice her. I mean she was practically sitting on his salad plate. LOL!!!!!

Once Chelsie’s is out of the house whether winning or losing she’ll totally deny she had feelings or jealous of Cam’s “interest” in the other woman. It’s so obvious she has the hits for him and it’s killing her that Cam hasn’t tried to jump her bones all season. LOL!!!! To tell you the truth I’m kind of shocked Cam hasn’t really done that to any of the HG. I think he likes the flirt stuff but isn’t interested enough to showmance any of them. That said, has he ever mentioned how he feels about them in biblical sense? LOL!!! Does he have a girl at home? Is he just not into them?

I like MJ and hope she can survive the DE but it’s gonna be tough. Chelsie is probably the best player left and would be a worthy winner. I am looking forward to Angela leaving but I was hoping it was going to be more of a blindside because I think she already knows she’s DOA. I think the only way this season could end up horribly is if Kimo were to win. I think there might be rioting on the BB streets if that was to happen. LOL!!!!!

Finally, watched Fridays episode. Um, what’s up Portia’s crawl with Nina? Have they even shared a scene together before? Portia is worse than Mrs. Kravitz. Good lord! Portia and Curtis are soooo boring. Can they leave yesterday and not return anytime soon. The casino and wardrobe is very 1980’s but at least they are trying. It’s nice to see Emma Samms back but she’s a horrible actress. In the 80’s it was acceptable. Unfortunately, it’s 2024. The Lucky and Liz stuff was nice but he can he come home already and get the balll rolling already. We’ve already seen this storyline with the returns of DZ and SB. I know it’s because of GF vacation and the hiring of nuLulu but c’mon! Finally, I’m not sure if I’m ready for Anna to have the hots for Jason. It’s too bad Valentin isn’t on the show anymore because FH and JPS have off the charts chemistry.

I actually need a side by side by side. The only new teen I know for sure is Gio and he’s not even their vortex. I’m actually confused. Hudson West shot up on height this much I know but was he written out or replaced? I really do need a screen and/or head shots of the current Danny, Aiden and Rocco. They never seem to air the same day which confuses me even more. LOL!!!!

My theory has been from the beginning that Sonny blacked out and someone else shot Cates. It’s too obvious that Sonny did it. Granted he also shot Dante point blank so it’s not like he couldn’t have done it either.

Well, it would help Kristina to at least tell Molly the truth of her timeline. She can’t even do that. Of course, Molly would think Alexis is covering for Kristina when neither of them will tell Molly the truth about anything, I’m in Molly’s camp on this. I also like seeing KV interacting with NLG & KM. I especially like when rips Kristina (and, Sonny) a new one when she reams them out. She is so good. Also, are they chem testing KV and EH? They share more scenes than Molly & TJ. I agree the writing is horrible but some of the acting saves it. Enjoyed MB, RH and MW today. Lots of tension with Ava trying to break it up with some jokes. LOL!!!!

Kelly was great back in the day when she was poor. Unfortunately, all of that has withered away. They only do the show live Monday thru Wednesday. It’s crazy. She (and, Mark) are making millions and millions of dollars and they can’t even do the show live on Thursday. Of course, they do have time to fly to Ann Arbor every weekend for the 3-4 days. I know most parents visit their kids at college maybe once or twice at college for the semester but not every frickin weekend. It’s great that they are close but it’s like they want to experience college with him. Lola is living abroad trying to be a singer but I don’t think she actually has a job (that I know of) because she’s spent all summer with them which they love from the pictures I’ve seen. It’s rich people problems and I’m sure a lot of people would love to do it too but it just galls me (jealous anyone) that they can’t even do 4 live shows. Heck! Even Hoda and Jenna do that. I will say I think Mark has been a huge improvement over Ryan though so that’s a plus (a small plus). All that said, I don’t know if the 3 day live schedule + two taped shows is a budget thing for LIVE and/or Disney or just a contractual thing set up by Kelly & Mark. Either way, I usually delete the Thursday and Friday shows from jump. Rant over.
