  1. Garbage attracts maggots. I can't imagine many good men out there would put up with a toxic, unfaithful, desperate, attention-craving narcissist who lies about cancer. She should work with a therapist on becoming a decent human being before concerning herself with "filling her love tank." IMO in terms of morals Steve Chavez Lodge was a fitting match for her, it's just that he got bored before she did. I suspect she's already pitching a "looking for love" reality show.
  2. If those two crazy kids couldn't make it work after their epic romance then I've lost all faith in love.
  3. I don't think Shannon is jealous of Gina's friendship with Heather. I DO think Shannon is annoyed that Gina's making a move into the skin care game (I didn't even know Shannon had a skin care line. I only recall the restaurant that evolved into microwave meals, and of course the tinctures). That "oh wow, that's really great, yeah" at lunch said it all, and I don't think it was the micros because she's used that same deadpan, edge of sarcastic tone many times before. I do think that Emily is jealous of Gina's friendship with Heather, and is siccing Shannon on Gina as revenge. I think I might actually... like Heather again. Even though I have no idea what's real and what's an act with her, she does seem to have raised four genuinely good kids in spite of their parents' ridiculousness. Reminds me of RHOBH Kyle Richards. "Punitive" is not an obscure word, Dr. Jen. I'm alarmed by how shallow and unintelligent this doctor seems to be. Noella is not having it with Dr. Jen encroaching into her story arc. Too bad, thirsty lady.
  4. I hadn’t read the book but predicted the killer reveal, and I’m normally pretty bad at guessing. I assume Armie Hammer’s awful weeping was supposed to be a big clue but I find him to be such a mediocre actor that I just brushed it aside as indicative of his skill set. The big shocker of the movie to me was Bouc 😥. Even though my understanding is he’s only a character in Orient Express, there have been enough changes to the secondary characters across the Branagh movies that I was hoping he was being elevated to officially become Poirot’s Watson but instead he was just a tragic lesson for Poirot in humility (even though it didn’t stop him from one final act of grandstanding). Considering this was (I think) filmed shortly after Orient Express, it’s weird that they disregarded the teaser ending from the previous film, unless that was a different death on the Nile that he was informed of. The ending felt like this is the last we’ll see of this Poirot.
  5. Funny enough that’s probably all that was going through the writers’ heads when outlining the show… “Boba Fett is awesome! Everyone loves Boba Fett! We can’t wait to expand the mythology of Boba Fett! Ok so In the beginning we will see how he survived. And we’ll just say he decided to take over Jabba’s syndicate because… he’s awesome? He’s Boba Fett of course he is. And then he’ll recruit people every episode because he’s awesome. And then he’ll… uh… be Boba Fett I guess. But at the end everyone in town will be like ‘we love you Boba Fett you’re so awesome.’ And he’ll be like ‘I’m so awesome and badass that I’m ready to move on now.’ Oh but we still have two episodes to fill? Ok um, well I guess we can bring back Mando and Mando can be like ‘I’d die for Boba Fett because he’s so awesome.’ But we should probably bring back Grogu because everyone keeps asking us about Baby Yoda and they’re kinda mad our show bumped Season 3 by a year so we’d better reunite Mando and Grogu. And then Boba Fett can.. umm… he could…. eh let’s just use Fennec instead in those episodes since Ming Na is a queen.” And thus, just like Boba Fett was saved due to luck and the cast of The Mandalorian, so too were the writers. But at least it’ll hopefully quench the thirst of all those fans who spent 30 years extolling the awesomeness of Boba Fett. Now please have the next season be “The Book of Fennec Shand” costarring Cobb Vanth.
  6. If Noella wanted to salvage her friendship with Gina, she blew her chance to smithereens when she said Gina was from Jersey. Jen doesn't seem to want to be with Ryehhhhnnnnn anymore (and the feeling appears mutual), but she also doesn't want to be a single mother or give up custody either. I think this is an Emily/Shane redux where it turns out that the HW was just as much to blame if not more so than the husband. She even has a chronic injury like Emily.
  7. Yikes, this ex is a real piece of work. Blackmail, assault, death threats. And all that’s just in the past 6 weeks. Glad she’s doing as fine as can be expected. https://www.ocregister.com/2022/02/03/ex-real-housewife-elizabeth-vargas-traumatized-after-barricaded-man-arrested-at-her-home/
  8. Oh you’re right! I forgot. Dr. Jen had even commented that he would have liked to have been included. Apparently I was mixing up that scene with the flashback of Ryuhhhhnnnnnn commiserating with the hedges at Max’s party. Dr. Jen’s storyline appears to be a retread of Emily’s early storyline of debilitating chronic injury and mounting frustration with a not sympathetic enough husband. I’ll wonder if we’ll eventually find out that the editing was misleading about this couple, too.
  9. I’m starting to wonder if that just means he goes to clean Airbnb’s. He’s an odd duck. Despite Dr. Jen saying he’s uncomfortable around large groups of women, he didn’t seem that more at the ease at the “Terry needs screen time” guys night out. I’d say he seems a bit antisocial but the shirtless dog carrying around the neighborhood is attention seeking so I can’t figure him out at all. And yet somehow he’s still marginally more interesting than his wife.
  10. Too bad Thirsty Noella didn’t have a glass of lemonade that morning or maybe she wouldn’t have passed out in the sweat lodge. I disagree with the HWs, I think she knew exactly what those cards were like before Heather read them. Surely she’s familiar with Cards Against Humanity. She just didn’t expect Heather to read them to the whole table, thus the OTT shock face and quarter-assed apology.
  11. Major drama unfolded at Elizabeth's house last night Not sure if the ex is who we saw her with on the show.
  12. Heather seems to get along best with people she feels superior to. It's why she got along swimmingly with Tamra. So it's not at all shocking to me that she "bonded" with Gina. TBH their friendship doesn't bother me at all, so long as Gina doesn't turn on her actual friend Emily like she did when she was adopted by the Amigas. I never bought her friendship with Shannon (or any of Shannon's friendships throughout her history on the show for that matter).
  13. Ryhhnnn's body's no Hemsworth by any means, but seeing him up close at the book party made it clearer why he allegedly always goes shirtless. It distracts from the face.
  14. Small props to Heather. She was the only one to not wear a ton of makeup into the sauna, and she was also great dragging Ryne (more on him in a sec). But huge demerits for timing the meeting with Noella to make sure she witnessed her infomercial, and for using her podcast/shrine as the "only private spot" in her museum. Small props to Noella. She didn't fall for Heather's setup at all. But huge demerits for inventing the story about Heather pushing someone against the wall and changing the story three times within a minute. First she witnessed it, then she heard it, then she heard something and asked somebody who told her, then we see that she asked somebody who looked at her and said nothing. Someone give this girl a glass of lemonade, cause she thirsty. I see now why Braunwyn was so drawn to Jen and Noella. Their love lives are even messier than hers was. Noella's drama, but then Jen's story is sketchy too. She got sued by her ex husband within days of marrying Ryan/Ryne. She left him because he had another family. But then the headline we saw said something like "millionaire sues cheating ex." Then at the beginning of the season Jen told the story of how she and Ryan/Ryne met at a buffet but both had SO's at the time. Now it sounds like she was into him from the beginning and eventually wore him down. So did she break up his previous relationship? No wonder B was drawn to these messes. Oh man. Ryne. So HE made the decision to change his spelling and the pronunciation, which his wife disregards. And per the sauna conversation, he doesn't have a job? So what are these "business trips" he goes on? I could have used more time on Heather and Emily ragging on him. What a tool. Shannon's twenty neuroses usually bug the crap out of me, but I feel for her when it comes to Sophie. Oof. First relationship, of two four months, and she's already talking about marriage. Girl, no! And Shannon probably has to tread carefully, because Sophie could rebel and elope. I hope the cycle doesn't continue with the girls, but it's not looking encouraging so far. I will say this about RHOC this season vs. the OGs. The kids are A LOT better than the brats from the early seasons. For all of Terry's and Heather's ridiculousness, all of the kids seem well-adjusted and not spoiled. Same for Shannon's girls, naive as they are. LOL at Shane pretending to be interested in all of the "ok which girls are we supposed to be hating on" drama. Because Noella is thirsty for camera time.
  15. Anna really lost her mojo after “Daddy” (gag) got the boot a few episodes back. Oh well. Gina was very sweet with Anna as well as Kristina. Shame that she wound up with the bottom look, but at least she’s the HW least likely to feel slighted by that. Not sure why Andy pretended he’d never seen Shannon with her hair up. I definitely recall her wearing a ponytail before, and not just this season. Aaron and the editors sure are making a big deal about his always a bridesmaid status, but his edit seems too poor to suggest he’ll win the one that matters.
  16. Lydia and Heather returned after several years and both came with inflated egos and meaner. (And incidentally, both came after Shannon hard). I'd hate to imagine how much meaner and more egomaniacal Viki can get. Keep her far far away please.
  17. I'm confused: was Noella offended that she was tagged in a photo she wasn't in, or because the photo she was tagged in had "poor lighting?" She briefly mentioned she exclusively used another plastic surgery clinic (I think?) so at first it seemed she was annoyed that it looked like she was being affiliated with the competition but then she seemed to be way more aggravated by the lighting in the picture. And repeating 10 times that she should offer someone a glass of lemonade because they're thirsty is something a thirsty person would do. It was kind of funny seeing the look on Shannon's face, like she was really trying to keep from laughing at the petty ridiculousness of this manufactured drama. Last year a frustrating amount of drama centered around Tamra, who had just been fired, and now this year there's a whole bunch of drama surrounding the social circle of Braunwyn, who has just been fired. Why do I care if Jen didn't like Noella apparently using blasphemy to describe Tom Ford at one of Braunwyn's get-togethers a year ago that we never saw? And while Noella's coming in hot so I get the frustration, Jen's kind of an asshole for all the "her marriage is fake" "I think she's too mentally gone for therapy to help" gossip. No wonder she and Heather clicked immediately. And there goes great friend Nicole again, barely lifting a finger to defend Noella. Seems Emily was the one speaking out, with Nicole passively agreeing in the background. How did Shannon's daughter think "pack" would be spelled? She can't have been thinking of Pac-Man because that's old. Not Frank Sinatra old but sounds like those girls aren't familiar with anything that pre-dates Britney Spears.
  18. Yeah the "chub chubs" comment. I can't remember which one said that.
  19. The only problem is that the cameras "conveniently" weren't there at the dinner Shannon had with Emily and Gina when she told them. We only got the awkwardness at lunch between Heather, Shannon and Gina the next day, and the women's confessionals after the fact. So we have to take Shannon's word, which is very plausible but not guaranteed, that she was just processing out loud who she supposedly thought Nicole wasn't. My unwanted and likely off-base opinion? Shannon didn't want to take down the Dubrows, but she did want to stir some drama with newbie Nicole. She just wasn't counting on Gina and Heather immediately hitting it off which would prompt Gina to squeal immediately, thus not giving Shannon and Heather time to reconnect as good friends before the gossip got out. Nor did she expect Terry and Heather to immediately forgive Nicole and Gina. No matter what the truth is, Heather continues to over[re]act. No harm was done, anyone with half a brain knows that in his line of work Terry's been sued -- everyone acknowledged that. So the notion that this was some supervillainous scheme to destroy the Dubrow family is absurd. If she felt she needed an antagonist this season, Heather would have been much better off going the Dorit Kemsley route of picking fights with women for improper party etiquette, like drinking out of the wrong stemware. At least that would have been on brand.
  20. Threatening a law suit, I assume. At least that finally appears to be snapping Shannon out of her "must keep groveling" mode.
  21. Nicole is one cold bitch. Apparently the type of friend who would neglect to mention that she'd previously sued your husband ("under duress") is the same type of friend who would refuse to offer you a hug and tell you you're embarrassing the both of you as your world around you is crumbling apart. And then sell you out to the friend whose husband she sued. Chippendale Ryne goes to school half naked to drop off and pick up the kids? Like, he's just in the car, or does he actually walk up to the school entrance shirtless? Is he holding Pup Pup, or whatever the dog's name was? He's totally trying to catch the eye of some of the other moms (or dads). Does Dr. Jen really think the work she's had done to herself is subtle? She looked very different in the earlier episodes' flashbacks to Braunwyn's 'vowel' renewal. Noella coming in with the one-two storyline combo. Heartbreaking divorce plus feud with the other newbie. Pot calling the kettle thirsty.
  22. That seems to leave no room for the rumored Teddi return. 8 full-timers and 2 friends? Has there ever been a cast that large? OC usually has 5-6 with 1 friend. Fingers crossed that means there will be enough drama to go around outside of Erika's legal trouble that she's still not supposed to talk about.
  23. I was thinking that if they couldn't recollect Mysterio, nobody would remember him showing "proof" of Spider-Man killing him, or revealing Spider-Man's identity. The spell removed any newspapers or online reports of Spider-Man being Peter Parker, since JJJ is calling Spider-Man a coward for being anonymous, so I figure the same would have happened with Mysterio's video to JJJ. While overthinking things, I think my brain short circuited a bit. I'm assuming Strange's final spell only affected MCU Peter. Otherwise, Andrew and especially Tobey are in for an unpleasant surprise if they get back and nobody knows who they are either. But then how did it solve the multiverse leak, when everyone coming in are people who know that any universe's Peter Parker is Spider-Man? Maybe Peter explained it but I didn't catch it if he did.
