I'll never understand why. She needs to tell Michael to shove it, which of course she never will. And how gross he had Spin put a tracker on her phone! Whenever anyone mentions Jake and/or Danny to Jason, he always has an expression on his face like, "Who?" So dumb to give him kids in the first place. There's no way to reconcile Jason's inexplicable loyalty to the Corinthii over his sons. The kids will never come first. But Jason doesn't care: "They're better off without me." I'm supposed to feel sorry for Jason? Or find him noble for his sacrifice? Spare me. He's trash. Isaiah also said he'd never step foot in an OR again, so of course he will.

The show is really pushing the "Lucky is so Luke's son" angle, and I'm not quite sure why. Are they afraid we forget who is parents are, given only one of them is still alive? Side note: Does Lucky know Luke is dead? Maybe he and Laura will talk about it today.
-
I don't care that Lucky was upset he couldn't be a donor to Lulu. You don't throw people out of a business and then trash it. Joss had every right to yell at him for that. That she later was able to figure out why it did it and did it there doesn't change the fact that Lucky caused a lot of damage, physical and financial. Misplaced violence is still violence. I think it's reasonable Lucky has a cordial/friendly relationship with Jason at this point, and it's also GH law, so whatever. I can't get too worked up over this. But like others, I wonder why Lucky asked Jason for a passport. Was it merely because Jason could get one faster? That's what the expedited process is for! But again, whatever. Jason is the go-to when anyone needs life assistance of any sort, apparently. Okay, Show.

You forgot the most important step: Sonny Corinthos says it's all in the past, bygones.

Thanks for the answers on Felicia and Lucky, folks!

Alexis doesn't know Kristina at all if she believes Kristina will listen to her about doing nothing. Why is Felicia helping Carly? Why does Felicia care if Carly is being followed by a PI? Aside from Carly never losing at anything. "I'm going to have to take the fall." Sonny, you are the one who murdered John Cates. There is no "fall" to take! Gah. Has Lucky prayed before? I don't think there's ever been a more classic, soapy cliffhanger.

If Noted Bigot Natalia wants to keep things "just business" with Sonny, she should set up an appointment with him during the day to talk, not drop by his phony restaurant at night. Of course Joss makes it about her, but she wasn't wrong to read Lucky the riot act for trashing the diner. Lucky went to the diner because he knew it was the family business and it was a "safe" place for him to let it out.

He confessed to killing a hobo or something.

Allison Janney! I can't wait.

I'm sure Lucky's drug and alcohol issues when he was younger didn't make his liver any fresher.

We've seen Maroun's personal history interfere with prosecuting other cases. It's tiresome to me at this point, since she seems unable to temper her emotions to serve the cases properly. It's playing into an unpleasant stereotype for women.

Awkward for Lucas to talk to Carly about Wiley. I get Lucky's frustration at not being able to be a donor, but does he really not understand that Lulu needs the healthiest possible liver, and that's not his? And it was a bit much for everyone to assume Lucky would definitely be a donor. As Elizabeth pointed out to Lucky, he'd been traveling in some remote places. He was bound to pick up something that might make it difficult or impossible to be a donor. Plus, as someone upthread noted, Lucky had been a drug addict. People really needed to manage expectations, and they totally failed. Poor Rocco. He deserved better. I thought his meltdown in Bobbie's was dumb and selfish. Go punch a cement wall somewhere, you nimrod. Don't make more work for the crew at the diner.

That was so out of the blue. It didn't sound as if Michael had talked to Willow about it in any extensive way, either. It's not just his decision. And maybe Lucas would want to be there to answer any questions. UGH. I hate everything that has to do with Wiley. I cracked up at his reaction, though: "Whatever. Can we go boating?" What did Michael and Willow expect, Wiley falling to the floor and wailing that he doesn't know who he is now? He's not Nicolas Bechtel–era young Spencer, thank Jasus.

I had to laugh at Gaga's dirndl outfit and then you see the ginormous rock she's got on her engagement finger. Diamonds do go with everything! I'm glad they had Pilaf on for just a few minutes. She's probably used to commotion given where Demi Moore has taken her, but backstage is probably more comfortable. I think it's sad she still might not have reached that place where she accepts aging. I love the whole idea of Richard Ayoade's book and attending materials.

From the previews, it sounds to me as if Rocco wants to get tested and Dante is reluctant to give permission.

Nailed it. I didn't realize I needed a description until I read this. Why would she? She never cared about him in the first place.

Violet's father is in rehab and she's lashing out at a kid who called him a drunk. What is there to dig deeper about? The Tracy/Violet talk was well done. JE of course is a queen, but there's never any condescension when she's with a kid actor. I wish they hadn't had Tracy call Diane. It gives BL and Chase—not to mention anyone who hears about it—another reason to yell at Tracy. This show is never subtle. I don't need to see Wiley. Ever. I had to laugh at Willow and Michael were amazed that Wiley had no reaction to the news that Lucas took care of him when he was much younger. I don't like Diane's new haircut at all. I am. I can see Aiden wanting to tell Lucky to get it over with. Aiden can see how Lucky reacts and figure out how their relationship should continue. I liked how Terry knew that Aiden is gay and when Elizabeth expressed surprise, Terry replied, "Who's a safer space than me?" That felt very natural, for a change, on a show that has trouble with its LGBTQ+ characters. Have Van Hansis and Kirsten Storms worked together before? They have very good chemistry.

More baby anvils for Piet. Please, NO. I didn't like the resolution of this case at all. A woman unhinged by lurve? Way to fall back on a very tired cliché, Show. Another very tired cliché: The character—usually a man—who refuses to see a doctor for his serious illness. Yes, cancer and its treatment can really suck, but does Hendrik expect to be able to treat himself? Probably, given his general arrogance. He may be the expert on the dead, but he's still living. None of this gives Piet the right to have his girlfriend ask the doctor if Hendrik had seen him. I don't know what the HIPAA equivalent is for the Netherlands, but at a minimum there has to be doctor-patient confidentiality, and that guy blew right past it. I'm not sure I want to keep watching this show. There are only two more episodes for this season, but the two cases we've seen have been deeply unsatisfactory for me for a lot of reasons.

Such a terrible story, but at least whenever it's mentioned to Nina, they have her make the point that Carly and Drew did commit insider trading.

I don't mind them dirtying Portia—goody-goodies are boring—but she's so unhinged when she's scheming. It's not fun to watch. I forgot to mention how angry I was that Lucas said he'd talked to Willow and Michael, and they were okay with him moving back to PC and taking the job at GH. Who gives a FUCK what those bozos think? I laughed so hard at that. Gio not wanting to play at the gallery doesn't affect Joss one iota, so of course she can smugly tell Gio and Trina to make peace. (Though to be fair, I do think Eden's reading of "My work here is done" was very funny.) Totally agree with both of these opinions. Ava's protectiveness for Trina is one of the main redeeming factors she has. It helps that Trina has a decent idea of who Ava is and accepts her mostly as she is. As for Brad, I loved how he admitted to Terry if anyone has paid for his bad choices, it's Brad. The guy did lose everything. He's trying to put the pieces of his life back together, and I'd hate to see Portia be the one to stop that because she's unhinged about Heather possibly getting a new trial, which does not automatically translate to being set free. And speaking of Heather, let's say she does get out of Pentonville. What then? What is she going to do? A quick review of her Wiki page tells me being a schemer was basically her profession, which limits her options a bit now, lol.
-
Portia could blame Brad, but the electronic records point to her, not him.
-
Lucas, another relative Carly has had little use for in the past but is now a bestie. What is Gio besides a violinist? The show has done nothing to tell me who he is. I laughed when Portia was all offended that Ava thought she messed with Heather's test results. Who else would? Why is Ric talking to Ava about Heather's case? It's so dumb he has no one else. Anvils ahoy! If Isaiah says he's never going into an operating room again, he's going into an operating room again.
-
I really hope they didn't bring back Brad solely to be Portia's stooge, but it's looking that way, sigh. It's misplaced fear that he'll discover she changed Heather's test results.

Damn it, I was hoping Maroun would throw away her career and knock on the witness's door. She really should be reassigned to another division in the DA's office, since prosecuting crimes is too personal for her. And she desperately needs intensive counseling pronto. Dixon's reason for leaving was so throwaway, but at least it wasn't because she was fired or had a fatal disease.

Someone at GH should drag Lucky into the staff showers and tell him not to come out until he's scrubbed himself pink and shiny. Only then will they resume testing him as a match for Lulu. Adult JJ has always been kind of scruffy, but this is ridiculous.
