  1. Or call her Ms. Lansing-Davis. There was no reason we had to hear her professional title.
  2. I was trying to figure that out, too. I guess Portia thinks that if Heather still has elevated levels of cobalt in her system the original replacement hip wasn't responsible for making her crazy, so there's no basis to retry her? Maybe Kristina has cobalt poisoning. There was a bomb on the Haunted Star and Sonny tossed it overboard and saved the mayor's daughter. Or something equally ridiculous.
  3. It's kind of weird no one has mentioned that; it's all been how Molly would be deprived of her child. Though given the grotesque emphasis this fakakta show puts on motherhood, I probably shouldn't be surprised. That sounds about right. Alexis hasn't shown very good judgement lately. She really is Kristina's mother, heh.
  4. I think Molly can see that it's hard for Kristina, but as you mentioned, Kristina keeps calling the baby Adela. Right now the anger over Kristina possibly keeping the baby is overriding any concern Molly might have for Kristina's physical well-being. They had those nice moments at GH when Kristina first lost the baby, so it's not as if Molly has had no concern whatsoever. I wish someone would very gently tell everyone that any custody plans they had for the baby are now moot, and it's not going to do anyone any good to keep those wounds so open. I know it's still early days, and it's going to take time for the immediate anger to subside.
  5. I think she would, honestly, because Teethan is just that clever.
  6. Did Alexis really think Molly and Kristina would resolve their issues just because she wants them to? Alexis's guilt and grief over her sister is understandable, but she can't force Molly and Kristina to reconcile just because she wants them to. That's not something I blame Kristina for, considering how awful they were to her. The writing accentuated the worst things on both sides, so I can't blame one more than the other. Everyone was awful—and still is. Luke was not endlessly entertaining, Holly. He could be a royal pain in the ass a lot of the time. Portia's ethical flexibility is hilarious. She's totally going to change the lab results if they're clean.
  7. Where is the Aurora wellness center located? LOL at Sonny's "Diane, the commissioner thinks I'm dumb enough to shoot a federal agent." Because that's exactly how dumb Sonny is. He's an infant with no impulse control. So bored with Lucky's death poker game. Woulda, coulda, shoulda, TJ. Talk to a therapist for your anger, but stop with the pointless speculation. You're wasting a lot of energy. Kristina didn't give them much opportunity to bond with the baby in utero.
  8. It will never happen, but I'd love it if someone bumped into Jason and the gun fell out of his pocket, or wherever he put it.
  9. That's a nice interview, but I'm annoyed with her for saying she didn't know how to pronounce a lot of words because she's from Indiana. Ugh. She was young enough (19, I think!) that inexperience alone is reason enough. Don't play into geographic stereotypes.
  10. I think he had it on him until he got back to his penthouse and gave it to Jason to get rid of. Carly talked to joss about this?! Joss figured it out that Carly was giving Sonny an alibi. Carly didn't come right out and say "Yes, that's what I did," but it was obvious Joss was right.
  11. Anna is irredeemable if she needs freshly graduated Dex—still in his dress blues!—to tell her to hurry and get the search warrant for Sonny's place. I couldn't care less about Holly's big score. So, so boring. TBH, I don't think Lois sounds all that much different. She's speaking more carefully, but the accent is still there. Hey, Carly! By chasing after Joss and talking to her, you've basically made her an accessory after the fact for Wagger's murder. Nice parenting!
  12. One of the things the coach said to Lois was that she was going to give Lois the tools to adjust her voice, and Lois could choose to use them or not. I liked that approach. We'll see how long it lasts.
  13. I hated all of those scenes, mostly because I thought everyone overreacted and overacted them. No one should care. They should just roll their eyes at how stupid those two are and not give them another thought. *raises hand* I was one of those ripping on TA's voice. A speech therapist can help someone properly retrain their voice. It's something that should be done with a professional to make sure you don't damage your vocal chords.
  14. Three absolute pros who know what they're doing.
  15. Well, when you are one of the few doctors on staff, you have to pitch in on all cases! :-) What writer thought it was a good idea to highlight TJ's ineptness? You don't lampshade something like this. It's GH, we know the infectious disease specialist is totally qualified to work in the ER on gunshot cases, so TJ not knowing what he's doing is hardly unusual at GH. Just say a neurologist (or whatever specialist is called for) will come in later.
  16. LOL that TJ says he's not experienced in "this field" (neurology?) when examining Dr. Gannon, yet he continues to try to diagnose the patient. Also, you agreed to Sonny's idiotic demands! Gah. Kristina, when you say you're glad someone is a worthless POS and dead, don't be shocked when someone asks you if you killed him. I loved Diane's disgust and skepticism that Carly and Sonny slept together.
  17. The father figure he met two months ago. Okay, Show. I laugh at all the handwringing over McConkey's death when he had told everyone he didn't have much time left. Everyone is acting as if it was totally unexpected, when it really wasn't. I love Ric. Always have, always will. @jsbt described him very well upthread. It always saddens me when a good actor and character has to be totally trashed because they threaten Sonny/MB. Same thing happened with Ted King/Alcazar.
  18. The Hearst/Herbst (hee) chemistry has always been so good. I hate that Ric had to be ruined to keep Sonny as the hero.
  19. 1. And yet, she sticks her nose into a lot of cases. Just make her a special investigator so she has a reason other than "Laura/Anna/my curiosity told me to look into things even though I'm a deputy mayor and not affiliated with law enforcement these days." I don't need it to make sense IRL, but at least give me some internal logic. This show is allergic to logic in general, I know. 2. Brick can't do anything that law enforcement can't, especially at such an early stage. Again, absolutely no logic here. I'm glad Emma Simms feels well enough to work, but Holly is totally unnecessary. Like so much about this fakakta show.
  20. Brick sliming over Jordan does not endear him to me at all. Ugh, he's disgusting. Why is she asking him for help to ID the doctor? It's been an hour since he was admitted to GH. Has Anna abdicated all of her responsibilities? Is no one looking around the accident scene? Note to Show: I don't care at all about Brick's backstory. I find this is as annoying as her skittish-virgin act before sex. I get she's worried about Kristina, but finding a gun should not cause her to freak out. She lives in Port Charles. Sonny is the father of one of her daughters. She's a Cassadine! Act like you have some brains, lady, and get a grip. I hope Kristina gets charged. What's Sonny going to do, shoot the entire PCPD and DA's office? (Heh, that would be kind of amusing.) OMG, baby Lucky and Elizabeth! If Lucky is going to die anyway, why does it matter if he wins or loses at poker?
  21. Just what Drew needs, another kid to ignore.
  22. Ugh, Lois is getting Eliza Doolittle'd.
  23. I wasn't happy about that, either. That's some primo bullshit right there, and it's incredibly insulting. This fakakta show has the worst opinions about women and babies and motherhood.
  24. I don't see how this is dirt—both of them are single. But this: Definitely dirt. Using this to blackmail him could be interesting, which of course means the show will take some other, extremely boring route. Same. Drew loves the hero worship, despite his "aw, shucks ma'am; weren't nothin'" dirt-kicking demeanor. They're both pathetic.
  25. Yes. The current writers want to erase all of that.
