  1. I was rooting for and amused by our Clearwater locals, Anthony and Bailey. And I was quite surprised to see that they both graduated from Texas State (or any college for that matter). I believe that many “reality” TV shows, competitive or not encourage the participants to assume/play up a particular role.
  2. I can’t even imagine living anywhere so remote and with such extreme weather conditions. The isolation must be so difficult and I would expect that many may suffer from mental illness given the isolation. On the other hand, the sense of “community” was extraordinary. Given that, perhaps it’s a very peaceful lifestyle. I had to check it out on Google maps. There was no Google “Street view”.
  3. As I watched last night I had to check the episode date because it seemed like I heard all of this last week. I also realized that I really don’t like or find any of these women amusing or interesting. I was impressed with Whitney’s quiet demeanor and restraint. Can’t stand Meredith’s voice, although she was pretty quiet, too. Lisa apparently has elevated herself to Supreme SLC Housewife. Her speech patterns bug me, too. Angie, meh. Too much hair and boobage. Monica …what can I say that hasn’t already been said. And Mary, at least she doesn’t shriek. I do want to hear what Heather has to share about the black eye although it will probably be a whole lot of nothing. I'm probably no longer the demographic that Bravo is catering to. I liked seeing house porn, fashion, vacations, personal drama. Drunken screaming matches (or Vicki and the “family van”) just don’t do it for me.
  4. A “scissor kick” happens in a swimming pool. A “scissor” happens when you’re swimming in the “lady pool” 😉 And it WAS awkward and cringey.
  5. I’ve been around since Season 1, Episode 1. Probably an unpopular opinion, but I have never been much of a Christine fan. She’s just too much..Always has been, imho. She’s what I refer to as a “look at me” girl. Having to caterwaul at her daughter’s wedding is just one example. It was exhausting watching last night’s episode. And don’t get me started on Mykelty and Tony. But of course, I’ll be tuning in for the main event. I’ll see myself out now 😉
  6. Yes! And I hope there’s a body language expert among us…although I guess you really don’t have to be an expert to read that body language.
  7. I love reading all of your posts! I’ve watched this train wreck since Season 1, Episode 1. Everything else aside, I felt compelled to reply when the topic of the word “safe” was mentioned. This drives me crazy! It seems to be a fairly new buzzword that is so overused and IMHO has been often misused for a while now. Add to that the word “gaslighting”. I doubt that any of these lunkheads have any idea that the word “gaslight” is an eponym, and its source. And just one more thing (channeling my Columbo)…do you think Christine sang “Let Me Call You Sweetheart” at her own wedding? Nah…

  9. I just saw the Tamron Hall show. So excited to hear the Marilyn (and John)will be back in the fall. I’ve noticed that the episode description for the THS is off by a day. I saw the description showing Charlene Tilton but saw the snippet with Judge M and so glad tat I did so I could watch. I also noticed that the THS does rerun in the wee hours on an affiliate channel.
  10. It only took one minute to confirm the ineptness of the Marshal and for me to start talking to the TV. “What an idiot!”
  11. Scott needs to see an eye doctor. A lot of men are colorblind to a certain degree. Those cabinets were definitely blue.
  12. Did I watch this? “Yes, I did ya honah”! 🤣 And what a spot-on impression of Judge Marilyn!
  13. Hearing Kelly’s “tinkling” charm bracelet is so distracting and driving me crazy!!
