  1. Reminds me of the scene where Shae tells Tyrion something similar about Tysha.
  2. Gonna miss Aemon, although I knew it was on the cards. Guess the sail to Oldtown via Braavos isn't going to happen? Sam gets 'some', in an unconventional fashion. Gilly cleaned him up pretty well, looked like half his front teeth were dislodged in that brawl.
  3. Go away Will, and take your wife with you. The audacity of him to believe that Shirin should accept and forgive your semi-apology on your terms, instead of her own. Begone.
  4. This episode appeared to meandering down a relatively tame slope (despite the much appreciated appearance of Dianna Rigg)... Then, they WENT THERE. With Sansa. I'm still stunned, really. The show's really pushing the envelope. I wager several people are going to be quite infuriated by this very real development in Sansa's story.
  5. There were several moments this episode that made me want to scratch my face until an eyeball popped out, but oddly enough the one that was most egregious to me was the labeling of Dorne as a 'city' in the opening credits. Really disappointing. I'm glad Bronn survived another week, although he could easily still end up as a kill for either the Sand Snakes or Areo. Again, good dialogue between him and Jamie, who's managed to make his metal hand into a worthy shield. Barristan,... sigh. Show runners are killing it for me. So Dany's advisers are now down to Hizdahr and Daario. Bleak times for her, I imagine. Doesn't even have her bloodriders (or Irri). Grey Worm may survive (and then get some TLC from Missandei?), but perhaps yes, this is the opening for Tyrion to be the next replacement as Dany's advisor. Mercy though, the number of Sons of the Harpy is enormous. Margaery is not a happy camper at all. Looks like Tommen's going to have a few lonely nights.
  6. Simmons gets hardcore. Skye becomes a dynamo fighter to rival May or Morse. And Coulson finishes up with "Spoiler alert". This episode brought a whole lot of stuff. Including of course, Avengers name-dropping.
  7. As Walder Frey would say, "a sword needs a sheath and a wedding needs a bedding!" Icky perhaps, but definitely the way they're rolling with it in TV Westeros. Tommen on show likely couldn't be older than 14; based on that, one could assume his 'eagerness' was appropriate for the average 14-year old boy who's first experiencing sex.
  8. Not only was it not smoking from Episode 1, it had gotten rebranded - gone was the wolf's head, in comes the flayed man.
  9. Well, well, Tommen. Quick, but effective. Kid's definitely eager.
  10. Well, Will certainly dropped into the level of nastiness that I thought only Rodney or Dan could reach with his assault on Shirin. He's definitely one to talk about being useless.
  11. Well, so much for my rapidly dwindling hope. Now I'm resigned to hoping Shirin pulls out the most unbelievable comeback of all time.
  12. Lord this is just getting disgusting. So many despicable, disgusting, loathsome people. UGH.
  13. One thing that was a bit odd was that we saw Slynt and Thorne walking around like nothing's changed; when last we saw them, Thorne had been pulled away from a fierce battle with Thormund, seemingly badly injured, while Slynt had cowered away in Gilly's room only to be discovered by Sam. Did Sam allow Slynt's cowardice to remain a secret, and if so, why?
  14. I'm just giddy at the opening credits and seeing the city list. A couple that we haven't been to in a while and one slightly different from what we're used to...
  15. I just came by this forum to see if there was going to be any notice of that snafu of "Bridgeport". Because otherwise, they did appear to do their homework with regard to the Barbados flag and the bus stop sign as authentic. The less said about all the extras in floral shirts, the better.
  16. I think I agree with Jen/Hali, I would leave my kid with Rodney before Dan, as well. Goodness.
  17. Lord this was a disappointing episode all around. Sigh. Agree. That was way too many people to share reward challenge with. That said, why the devil did Joe stop searching and allow Mike to get the jump on him? Now I can't see any way back for Joe/Jen/Shirin. Dan with more misogyny and bullying... why am I not surprised.
  18. Only thing I could think of was that Sierra, who appears pretty long and lean, simply couldn't get her balance at the start and just tumbled off. So we'd have Jen as the new Spencer, Joe as the new Tasha? Not bad. Although that doesn't bode well for Hali... That tribe would have gotten a ton of props if the tribe name was along those lines. Definitely going to hum the theme song every time I hear someone mention the tribe name going forward.
  19. We can only hope the former group can convince Carolyn and Tyler to side with them, because really... the alternative... Mike/Dan/Rodney is just a mishmash of suckiness.
  20. Guess LadyChatts called that one. Will jumped to a perceived position of better safety, but clearly is on the outside looking in, however you cut it. He's merely ballast for the remainder of the game. I suppose he can achieve goat status and be carried to the Finale.
  21. They've been the first tribe to actually make themselves their own meme. Lord, what a horrible tribe name.
  22. It's like these guys don't even realize they're a parody of themselves...
  23. Yeah.. Go 'head, Jenn with that confident Hidden Immunity Idol Play. Now what, though?...
  24. Nick Fury needs to show up quickly, even if to just open up that toolbox. All we seem to know about it is that it's basically the MCU equivalent of the Prime Radiant
