  1. So two weeks ago, on July 16, Carrie Ann announced she's definitely returning....to "Dancing With The Stars". But she hasn't said anything about returning to this crapfest ? Me thinks she will make an announcement at the start of next season that she can only do one show for 'health reasons', and therefore will leave this sh!tshow and stay with the ratings-winner DWTS,
  2. 😄😄 I'd rather they vote for Heather Markle to leave this week and keep Whitless around longer.
  3. I wouldn't mind her. She's quite comical when she takes herself so seriously.
  4. And here is what Meghan has to say to Mary Trump today, on Twitter: “There is no ‘good’ Trump family member to me,” McCain tweeted this afternoon. “Continue to wish they would all just leave me and my entire family the fuck alone.” https://deadline.com/2021/08/meghan-mccain-mary-trump-response-the-view-leave-me-alone-1234807781/
  5. Aha. I was in a relationship with another guy for about six months who was pansexual. It wasn't the best relationship in the world, and that could be because he was very narcissistic.
  6. I was very disappointed in them - those two books have been around for years. I'm sure she could've recommended some newer books for the audience - either from the beginning of 2021, or from the summer book releases which started this past May ? Same with Whoopi - why choose some of the old books ? So many worthy books have been released the past few months which she could've chosen.
  7. She does this for politicians, too. She calls every politician on the show (except republicans) 'The AMAZING...' Again, she's very easily amazed for a woman in her mid-60s who's had a number of life experiences thus far.
  8. Not to go too off subject, but...I can't figure out if Kyland is gay. One other BB site has him listed as one of the LGBTQ players but members there say he's totally straight. Then again, I think he really enjoyed his 'birthday lap dance' from Travis a few weeks ago - so I'm confused. Anyone know for certain ?
  9. Not at all, but I think what they're missing in the equation is becoming a 'productive person in society' . Earning money is one goal in a career, becoming productive in society is the other - it's nice for them to have a balance of both, don't you think ? That's why in the past decades 'trust fund babies' were encouraged to go out and work a job, even if they didn't need to earn money. For their psychological well-being they felt productive in society and felt 'needed' to be contributing. I'm not sure how 'productive' they are by being a 'brand ambassador', 'social influencer', 'branding themselves' or being a 'tik tok star' ?
  10. I'm not following. What does her introducing every single guest as 'amazing' have to with her boosting other artists ?
  11. I know what you're referring to. I'm not sure why the mods won't allow you to say, since her position has been discussed on the show in the past few weeks from the hosts and from her daughter. Doesn't that make it fair play ?
  12. Soon enough there will be a shortage of teachers, doctors, chemists, firemen, policemen, nurses, chefs, etc. as these longtime professions fade away. Thank heavens we will have a healthy supply of influencers, brand ambassadors, tik tokkers, content creators and bit coin traders !!! If another pandemic hits us in the future, I won't miss doctors and nurses knowing there are influencers and brand ambassadors standing by. BTW - could they have chosen three more vapid women as the contestants ?
  13. I wonder if Cindy is there on Friday for them to announce she's the new cohost to replace her daughter MeAgain ? Then we will hear all about 'MyHusband' .
  14. Same reason why Whoopi introduces every guest on as 'Please welcome back THE AMAZING....' Whoopi is so easily amazed.
  15. Julie is earning her money trying to pretend she has interest in what he had to say. I thought he was playing a 'gotcha moment' when he was talking to her...and she looked puzzled. She had no idea how to keep the conversation going. But let's all tune in later for a deeper conversation with Brent ? No way.
  16. Brent looked like he was ready to cry. He put up a good façade of 'it didn't surprise me', but deep down I think it did. You can tell he was surprised and wanted to bawl his eyes out. The long-winded conversation Brent had with Julie at the end was torture. Does she really think we want to tune in later for more of this idiot trying to sound intelligent, and her feigning interest in him ? No thanks ! Christian seems to get cuter and sexier each episode.
  17. I agree. I felt like she was challenging us to read the books, not encourage us to read them. I got the vibe 'this is how horrible the book is....and I dare you to read it.'
  18. Has nothing to do with the Fairness Act. It has everything to do with dynamic conversation with opposing views. It gets tiresome to watch everyone agree with each other - that's what 'The Talk' is for on TV.
  19. I think the odd-numbered panel for any show is ideal because that way if there is a disagreement about something (usually a controversial topic) and it's split down the middle, the fifth host kind of 'breaks the tie'. If they're going to split it politically (2 liberals, 2 conservatives) then the fifth should be an 'independent' to balance it out. However, it has never worked that way on this show, as McCain has pointed out over and over. It's always been four liberals and one conservative. If ever there was another conservative on the panel as the fifth host, it's usually a passive Conservative (Nicole, Candace, Abby, Jed) or a RINO (Ana). Aside from Meghan, the only true outspoken / aggressive republican they've ever had was Hasslebeck. It would be more dynamic if they did it the right way - 2, 2, and 1.
  20. I do the same with Sara (not Meghan). Every time Whoopi turns to Sara and says 'Sara, what are your feelings about...' I FF her and her blabber and go to the next host or next topic. Nothing Sara has to say interests me - ever.
  21. We're going to go through a long period of rotating guest hosts. ABC is not in a hurry to replace McCain for next season. https://pagesix.com/2021/07/22/the-view-is-in-no-rush-to-replace-meghan-mccain/
  22. According to PAGE 6, McCain's last day is August 6, not this Friday. And ABC is in no hurry to replace her before September. Looks like we'll have a few months ahead of us with rotating guest hosts... https://pagesix.com/2021/07/22/the-view-is-in-no-rush-to-replace-meghan-mccain/
  23. Stacy London was announced as a 'rotating' host that dreadful season when Candace Cameron Bure was on in the cast, and I think Michelle Collins, too. London made no more than two or three appearances and then vanished. Sort of like Collins vanished, only Collins did stay on longer. Anyhow, this week - like in the past season - looks horrible. Like I said about last week - looks like the regular crew (producer, booking agent, etc.) must all be on summer vacation and the college interns must've taken over. How else to explain this mess they've been in all summer long ?
  24. Judging by the class of people who sit in her audience each day, and the way they dress and the 'ask Wendy' questions they present to her, I wonder how many tip 25%, 30% or 100% when they go out to eat at 'family chain' restaurants like Olive Garden, IHOP, Applebee's, etc. ? I'll guess less than 0%.
  25. The book was even better ! A real page-turner. You would think it was written in the present time. Yes, this is called 'an informercial' as I mentioned in my post above. I'm going to assume (probably correctly) that the show gets a kick-back for each copy sold of those three books, probably till the end of July.
