Whenever they paint perfectly fine wood as they did on the kitchen ceiling it makes me cringe to say the least. I know that was in addition but I don’t know what year the addition was. But wood is wood and am I opinion don’t think it should be painted unless there is an extreme reason for it. It certainly was not dark in there. And the word was light in color anyway . The place was way too whitewashed from me. It really lost a lot of its farmhouse charm. I wasn’t too thrilled with the new staircase either. I hope it gets better in episode two. Did they mention how much they paid for the house or do they do this on the show? Because I’d really love to know the prices that people pay for these houses.

Doesn’t hold a candle to Game of Thrones, but I will give it another try. Just seems to have about 1/8 of the budget and plenty actors that are just fine but not killing it. On a shallow note I kept getting distracted by Rhaenyra’s very much 12-year-old looking face and her prominent mouth. And for such an important role they couldn’t have found someone with more of a presence, a better actor? Also agree all that flowing white hair kept reminding me of Lord of the Rings.

It was right in the beginning it was scrolling across the bottom. i’m really angry that NBC or Peacock doesn’t have anything in writing online saying exactly what is happening with the show. I’d like to know if it’s going to be shown for free on peacock basic or if they want us to pay five dollars every month for their crappy app.
