My favourite thing about the family visit was that Rick and his wife just seemed to acknowledge that yes it was nice to see each other, no they weren't going to win the challenge, and neither of those things mattered.

I like how much fun Rick seems to be having - my sense of humour would have departed after about 24 hours on Survivor. I still don't like Lauren, haven't from the first whining for home stuff a few days in, and now with the mega-eyerolling, and jump on Daddy like a limpet, nah. I just couldn't make it through this episode, even using the ff button. I have never been able to watch Senior and there was no point him being there for this at all anyway. I have enjoyed watching Palmer growing as a character but this was all too cringy for me - I think it is the first ever episode that I have bailed on in the entire history of NCIS - does not bode well.

I thought she looked like she was epileptic in that scene, her eyes were up a lot and not really making a strong eyeline to the little girl she was supposed to be connecting with. My OH suggested she was over acting with her eyes to compensate for not being able to move her face at all.

I felt that whole part was completely wasted, I assumed that the hostage taker had left the instructions and list of victims in a book there for the coerced killer to find and that it was his safe drop or something but nope no mention of anything related.
