I think if I had done that for my daughter I would have been met with "Mom are you serious?" And forget my sons....that would have been a no go from the start. What I think is nice is letting 18 year olds make their own decisions on how they decorate their dorm rooms and what kind of bedding they want...but I guess I'm old fashioned.

That may be but she really seems sad and a little angry. It's gotta be hard being an only child living with a mother like Kelly and having divorced parents. At least the Beador girls have each other to lean on and commiserate with when times are tough or just crazy town with Shannon.

Having put three kids through college I can honestly say Shannon is the worst kind of velcro parent I've ever seen. The "organic" headboards???? WTF does that even mean??? OMG...and one for the roommate??? And bed skirts??? She's not just a velcro parent, she's controlling and suffocates her kids with it. Buying her daughter some dowdy jacket that no one under the age of 40 would wear was the icing on the cake. Fly Sophie fly!!!! and never come back! Your mother is wacka doodle! Jolie is at the other end of the spectrum...she seems depressed to me. Why is Kelly so strict with her? Kelly exhibits no self control or self discipline herself and using her mother as an example of "parenting" was laughable. I feel badly for both of these young ladies.

Actually, I was wondeing if something isn't medically wrong with Archie. The way he was standing in the Jacuzzi was not normal. Maybe arthritis or something else but if it was my dog I'd get him checked out.

I felt scammed by this episode...they led the viewer to believe they were searching for a condo for their blended family to use as a vacation home but all the while they were just looking for an investment to buy and rent out. If House Hunters is going to start having shows about people buying rental properties then have a separate show and call it House Hunters Rental edition.

There is no "professional" swimming career. You swim after college or during college to try and qualify for the Olympics. If you don't make the cut then that's the end of the line in terms of swimming. There are no "professional" swimming leagues that pay you to swim.

Maybe he's a recruiter for the swim team? He may be on the coaching staff or part of the athletic department? Annapolis has a very good Division One sports program so it's conceivable he works as a recruiter. He was a jerk..conceited and annoying.

I had to cringe when Jade was discussing her problems with Sean in front of Kloie and the other child...the non stop use of the F word and the trashing of Sean in front of Kloie was absoloutely awful. No filters, no off switch, no self control...how does she think this kid is going to be by the time she starts school?

I met him in Central Park back in 1972 when he had become somewhat of an overnight sensation for his reporting on Willowbrook...the state institution for the mentally r*******. He organized a march in NYC and ended with a rally in the Park. He was holding court in there after he spoke and my best friend and I just walked up to him and started talking to him. We were 20 year olds and he seemed very flirtatious and very outgoing. He seemed to be loving the attention and the adulation of female fans. He was kind of short but still sexy and looked good in jeans at the time. He was the King of New York back then.

You make a good point...the therapist would have to have total control over the sessions with Jade. Sean might benefit from a counselor/coach type of therapy. He needs someone to get him organized and make a plan for him with goals to achieve. One step at a time. I've seen shows where guys like him change completely when they get one on one attention from a life coach.

Exactly...I have no respect for someone who doesn't vaccinate her kids. And she's doing it because Chris doesn't beleive in vaccines? the guy that won't provide support for his kids and uses and abuses her? If Jo or Javi had said the same thing and demanded that their sons not get vaccinated I doubt she would have complied...she would have turned this into a major drama filled issue and defied both of them and had Issac and Lincoln vaccinated behind their backs. MTV should get a legal waiver not to film her or her kids until the two younger ones are vaccinated. They present a clear and present danger to the MTV crew and producers...if one of these little boys gets measles or some other disease that they haven't been vaccinated for it can be passed along to someone who hasn't had a booster shot or who may have a loved one at home who is at risk. And just think about her irresponsibility of flying during the Thanksgiving holiday with two children that have not had vaccines??? With a pandemic plaguing our country no less!!! It boggles the mind....I am just blown away by her selfish, careless, ignorant thought process let alone her sick need to grovel to a man that is just using her for booty calls. She disgusts me...she can wear all the "Mama Bear" "My Tribe" t shirts she wants, it doesn't make her a good mom. I agree with you...her twins, espcially the one with highlighted blonde hair seem very entitled and smarmy to me. Her oldest daughter appears to be genuine in her concern for her mom. As someone who qualifies as being in a high risk group for complications from COVID, I share Shannon's feelings of being upset, scared and angry about what brought her to this point. I think the problem becomes the issue of the "little boy that cried wolf" syndrome. Shannon gets so emotionally fraught about so many things and can get herself so wound up about minor stuff that her kids are at the point that they just don't have a reaction to it anymore. They've become numb. Shannon needs to be in intensive therapy and maybe be taking Xanax for extreme anxiety. It's destroying her life.

This is why the virus is spreading...people like Kail flying around the country spreading the virus with four kids and two of them aren't vaccinated. I would imagine that those two boys will not be allowed to attend public or private schools when the time comes to enroll them...especially after this pandemic. She and her family are walking super spreaders.
