  1. Who knows...that's an Amber problem. I don't think it bothers her that much since she doesn't go to a job everyday or do anything at all. I think she likes being chauffered around.
  2. Amber needs a Life Coach. She needs someone to help her set goals, follow a daily schedule of wake up time and daily things to do that help her physically and mentally to get going on doing something with her life. She's going nowhere fast at this rate...pushing thirty and no plan for her future or any kind of career path is a bad place to be. You can afford to be in a rut when you're in late teens and 20's but when you are edging towards 30 you really need to get serious about where you see yourself in the future and do something about it. A Life Coach could be helpful to her if she is open to it and does the work but with Amber who is notorious lazy and difficult to deal with, it could be a real challenge. "not Carlie" 😂
  3. Well...Amber is lucky she didn't have to go back to jail after she pummeled him and allgedly went after him with a machete when he was holding the baby. We all heard the tape. She's unfit to take sole custody of any her kids. I'm no fan of Andrew but her behavior is erratic and dangerous when she's on full throttle anger mode.
  4. All these TM's need jobs...none of them work. I think even Maci and Tyler's t shirt business is defunct. Cate and Tyler pondering having another child when they don't even want to interact with the two they have now is just disgusting to me. Tyler screaming and having manic meltdowns like what we saw last night is just the tip of the iceberg with this guy. He's miserable and thinks having another baby will be magical? What if it's another girl? His mother didn't help matters with her constant chirping about speeding it up and poking them about getting going and having another kid. What is her major malfunction?? These people are just pathetic breeders...this all they know how to do and don't have any means of supporting these children except through this show. Amber has never worked...ever. Andrew wanted to move back to California with the baby but Amber's attorney fought for the baby to stay in Indiana and I guess the deal they struck was that he get the house and car for consistency in a living space and getting the baby to doctor's appointments, etc. Andrew has no friends, family or work in Indiana so he was making more of sacrifice than Amber...at least that was the way the court viewed it. Amber is being enabled by Gary and Christina. They need to stop...now. If this what they have to do to keep her in Leah's life then that is just sad. At this point there are three people in this marriage...Amber has no gumption, no ambition, no awareness of what she should be doing at her age. She's never been held accountable in this way and continues to use her "mental health issues" as an excuse to sit on her couch or bed enveloped in blankets. If you push back on her at all her full blown BPD comes out and the physical abuse begins.
  5. Is it me or does it seem kind of crazy for a ten ( or 11 year old year) boy to be so bogged down with at least 4-5 sports? I have had three kids and all were in various sports throughout elementary, middle and high school (one one who played D1 college lacrosse), and I have never encountered a child this age being in so many organized sports...not only that, the pressure to perform well in school determines if he will be able to play any of these sports...at age 10??? Wow...Bentley does not have a normal childhood...at all. The show is problematic for him at this juncture. Too much personal and private stuff being put out there for public consumption...the pressure this kid is under at his age is just awful. He should definitely play different sports but for fun and to make friends...pick a winter sport and spring/summer sport for serious long term goals...everything else should be recreational. And it's obvious, he cannot handle all these sports and still do well in school. He should be playing with his friends (if he has any) and going to play dates, sleepovers and maybe summer camp that isn't sports related. And yeah Maci...parenting is hard. Little kids, little problems...big kids, big problems. Quit pushing this kid so hard or he'll end up self medicating like his dad.
  6. Right? Bernie Sanders is in his mid 70's and has a legion of young people who love him but Bill is 65 and has to constantly bash millinnials and Gen Z because they don't show him the love and admiration he feel he deserves? You earn love and admiration Bill...and one way you get it is by respecting them and maybe reaching out to this group in a less combative, belligerent way. Otherwise you just come off as a cranky douchy old guy who lives alone and is bitter and angry. Why would people under the age of 40 want to engage with you when you have no desire to have a dialogue with them except to berate them?
  7. Didn't watch and glad I didn't...sounds like the same shows he did 2017, 2018 and 2019...ranting about "young people", religion, Democrats, cancel culture (a term I have grown to hate...how about just saying "quit being a dick and treat people better" instead) and other things that only matter to him and his life. He is not a liberal...he is a full blown Libertarian. I expect to see him on Fox or OAN or Newsmax once his show ends.
  8. Valid question...I know at the out set of the pandemic I read that alot of shows on ID Discovery had an ample supply of new shows waiting in the wings and they would bringing these into the line up. They also had more new episodes of older shows that had been stockpiled. Not sure about HH in this regard. But the way things are going, if they do have new shows I'm sure they will be bringing them over to Discovery+.
  9. I'm glad the issue of no new shows on HGTV has been brought up. This is something that is happening on other channels as well. I am an avid watcher of crime shows on Discovery ID and noticed a couple of weeks ago that there is little to no new programming on that channel. They will have an initial episode of a show that has been on that channel for several years but the rest of the season is on Discovery+. That is probably what is happening on HH too. I refuse to pay more for shows on channels I already pay for on cable TV...I, for one, am really pissed off about this. Apparently I am not alone on feeling outrage at this...there is a lot of anger at Discovery+ for stealing away shows and new episodes from HGTV, Discovery ID, Food Network, etc...I will not buy into Discovery+.
  10. After seeing this episode I am struck by how little these people have grown emotionally or intellectually. Amber is still sitting on the couch ensconced in a blankie whining about this and that and glomming on to Gary/Christina and still doesn't have job or any kind of pursuits at all except hooking up with weird men. Catelynn is still "searching" for her true "passion" and experimenting with another crazy hair color and cut. Tyler is still an angry, unfulfilled guy that likes to yell...off topic: why is the baby always in the high chair? We never see her crawling or walking or playing. It's like those two can't be bothered with interacting with her at all...especially Tyler. He has no interest in her whatsoever and seems irritated with her most of the time. Mackenzie still trying to figure out her relationship with her failed rodeo high school baby daddy...ugh...and Maci still dealing with the same issues since the show began in terms of trying to get Ryan to be actively present in his son's life. Cheyenne is still sort of new to this franchise but give her another year or two and I'm sure she'll still be stuck in a rut with this Zack guy and another baby. And so true about Corey...that's all this guy does is MTV reality shows. That must be why he's on this one so he can plug the hell out of his MTV gigs.
  11. This show is truly awful now. It was bad enough last season when the storyline focused on Liz and her "mother". I didn't think it could get much worse until this season. Yikes...it's really bad. Sorry to see it decline so fast after many seasons of interesting and fun storylines. And unbelievably it has been renewed.
  12. We'll just have to agree to disagree. Whatever Larry said was expressed poorly and not well thought out. And this whole "we might have triggered him" stuff is just more enabling. Everything "triggers" Ryan because he has yet to take any ownership of his disease. Does he go to therapy or Al Anon or do any work to make himself well? What we see is a guy just sitting on couch complaining about his baby mama and yelling at his toddler. Everyone walks on eggshells around this guy for fear of his temper, his outbursts or that it will "trigger" him. I have compassion for people with addiction issues but if they don't do the work to make themselves well and just want to blame everyone else for it, then I just can't be sympathetic. Ryan has never grown up...he's a manchild who is still being coddled by his weak parents. Does he even have a job? As for Maci...she at least provides a stable home and a father figure for Bentley who loves him and actively participates in his life. She should absoloutely pull Bentley from the show at this juncture and keep his problems with Ryan private. But all the moms on these shows go too far in allowing their older kids to be exposed like this...Chelsea DeBoer should be given credit for pulling out of the show to give Aubree privacy as she enters her pre teens...she's made a decision that was probably hard to make since this show has provided her and her family a very nice income over the years.
  13. You and I aren't watching the same show...because I heard and saw someting totally different when it came to Larry's comment about Bentley/Ryan. Yeah, Ryan is a troubled addict but he's also the father to three kids. One of whom he has no relationship with and treats poorly. When I see him blaming everyone else for his issues which he has done since the begining of this show, it really highlights how enabled and whiny he is. Man up asshole and get sober and do the work to be a better father. And everyone else related to him should stop being so codependent and sdet boundaries and stick to it. Enough.
  14. Yes...to everything you said!!!! OMG!! Larry's comment that he would throw his grandson under the bus for his dysfunctional, absentee father, lard ass son was just awful. And Jen crying and weeping all the time is just tired and old. How about geting angry at yourself for constantly spoiling and making excuses for your poor excuse for a son. I'm sorry...the dysfunction in this family is so overwhelming that I don't know if it can ever be fixed. Ryan is excused for his bad behavior and terrible choices and the parents apologize to him and cry??? What am I missing here? Ryan lies around the house getting fat and complaining about Maci for his abandonment of his son. No douchebag...you are to blame. It's easy to blame her for everything to justify you blowing off your son...the son you cruelly mock and verbally/mentally abuse. His wife seems to be at a loss for how to react to his sociopathic ramblings. She better buckle her seatbelt because she is in for a very bumpy ride as their children get bigger...he already is yelling at the toddler for not taking his shoes off. He's a textbook narcissist. And the enabling is just getting worse from his parents...they all share in a codependency with Ryan and it needs to end. Bentley's therapist descibing Bentley's feelings about not having his bio father's love or attention broke my heart. He really is a sweet kid and it pains me to see any child feel that one of their parents doesn't care about them or want them in their lives...seems like Jen and Larry care more about appeasing and apologizing to their ungrateful bully of a son then helping their grandson or making him feel loved and important. And yes, I think it is time for Maci to take Bentley off the show except to show him interacting with his siblings or playing sports. The personal traumas he is experiencing with Ryan should be off camera. Public health officials say that a cloth or paper filter mask shouold be worn underneath the clear mask...you couldn't pay me to have Cate come near me with personal facial equipment...yuck.
  15. I don't know...a little TMI for me. I don't need to know the particulars of his personal physical stuff. I almost felt bad for him the way she just blurted out all the details...I was waiting for her to add that he farts. They wanted separate rooms but also it seemed like they were wanting separate living quarters on opposite sides of the house.
  16. "Her" home in Westhampton??? Ha!!! Watch out Rick...she'll be gunning for everything you got when you two split up. Right??? She's got to be one the most obnoxious white privilege Karen's ever.
  17. I agree...1000 percent. This was disgusting...mocking masks, boasting about getting the vaccine, calling people who wear masks "sheeple"...it really pissed me off. To be this tone deaf and callous about a pandemic that has taken the lives of 400,000 plus people in this country is cruel, even for her. And I would like to know how the hell she jumped the line and got a vaccine when essential workers, teachers and the elderly with underlying conditions haven't been able to be vaccinated but she got one??? I'm 68 and have a heart condition and I can't get one but this 40 something bimbo with a big mouth got to the front of the line and got one??? I would also like to point out just how stupid and uneducated she is...all the infectious disease experts say that even if you get both doses of the vaccine you should still wear a mask...the three new variants/mutations that have now hit our country could still infect you if you've had the vaccine. They don't know if the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine will be able to ward them off...it's unknown so they are pleading with people who have gotten the vaccine to continue to wear the masks. Kelly has been consistent on a couple of things the entire time she has been on this show...she has zero empathy and lacks compasssion for the plight of others. I want her fired yesterday.
  18. Right? It was so ugly...and they had crappy houses next to them and looked out to more crappy houses and a real classy above ground pool next door. I thought the bayside house was beautiful and had lots of space and a relaxed vaction type of ambience...especially that killer front porch and the beautifully landscaped yard. The house they chose had too many levels and really no yard to speak of except the front/side yard which wasn't that big. The bayside house also had it's own dock. To me, the modern house was cold and blah...crammed next to other houses. Almost like a Long Beach version of their neighborhood back in Brooklyn. Oh well...each to its own I guess.
  19. I get it...she's the girl that cried wolf once too often... but I was just throwing it out there because her behavior is so bizarre and she did have a childhood that would now pass for being abusive and/or one of being neglected. Typically it's these kind of children that are targeted and then groomed for sexaul abuse. I'm not so sure about Elizabeth...she might have suffered from brainwashing and physical punishment but I'm not convinced of the sexual abuse with her. Plus she lies a lot and bends the truth quite frequently.
  20. The "COVID virus escaped from a lab" theory is a far right conspiracy theory that should, if hasn't already, be debunked. This is a convenient way to blame the Chinese for using a deadly virus to wipe out Western society as well as their own! How absurd. Every public health doctor/infectious disease expert I've read or watched seems to concur that this virus probably started in the wet market in Wu Han. Specifically from an infected bat/bats that were being sold at that market for food. That's how Ebola started...humans eating monkey meat that naturally has the Ebola virus. Bush meat is loaded with viruses and other harmful things to humans. That wet market sold all kinds of bush meat and other things that really have no nutritional value at all. Another source of viral contamination is human encroachment on forests/jungles etc... plowing them down for development. The animals there migrate to other places where human and livestock live...it's only a matter of time that the livestock become infected with these viruses and pass it along to the consumers of these domesticated animals. There will be other viruses in the future because of this that will be as explosive as COVID.
  21. It is a beautiful part of the country...and the skiing is fantastic out there.
  22. Of course Jen and Larry love Bentley but not seeing him for extended periods could make a kid feel like they don't care. So Larry goes to Bentley's games but where the hell is his daddy? I'm sorry, I don't think it's Maci's fault that Jen and Larry don't have him over to their house or do stuff with him...and it's not Maci's fault that Ryan is a man child that blames everyone else for his addiction issues, bad parenting and lack of responsibility. That whole family blames Maci for everything that is wrong with Ryan and their relationships with Bentley. Good grief...enabling a grown man with three children who just sits around the house complaining and whining about how badly he gets treated is just pathetic. They all have co-dependency issues. It's a hot mess.
