  1. Choose none of them, Rebecca. None of them. That said, vegas scenes were lots of fun.
  2. Ok, HBO, you'll get my money, if only to see more bullock going straight at things.
  3. It's good that she did because Nolan was in too much shock to call for help, when others arrive he is still frozen in place with her in his lap.
  4. I seem to recall a mythbusters about guns and water. Are these special cop guns that resist being waterlogged? the google says after being wet most normal guns are only good for one shot. I was seriously surprised. Nolan is having a bad rookie year. He needs to be on parking ticket duty.
  5. mistakes made: no gloves, no checking the body for phone, could have parked a whole lot closer to that dumpster (and why a dumpster not the dump?) not covering their plates, wearing hats, not wiping fingerprints off the phone, not ejecting the sim card, not smashing the phone... just really stupid. Mary Pat was believeable but didn't need to chop up the body, lol. She is talking to the FBI because she should. Last season Rio was sexy. Once he shot stupid Dean, he became immediately less sexy. The power dynamic is messed up.
  6. A lot that was enjoyable about this but a) you didn't need to bring the father to pick up the little girl, or he should have been in the van. b) dude is trying too hard to force the "family" team thing, pretty sure if I heard that speech the first week working with someone I'd roll my eyes too. If computer guy has not been gun trained he does not get a gun. Period. Sign him up for training, sure.
  7. Loved the TC cameo. Despite also liking the katsumoto collaboration, this ep was kind of blah though. I had very little interest in the mother-abandonment-issues bstory.
  8. I liked this episode, but they are laying it on with bricks with the "hey a romantic interest that isn't Higgins, gee I hope no kind of jealousy happens here" foreshadowing. This show is fluff, I have gotten used to Magnum being an airhead, but the Lieutenant should have known better than to go to a suspects house THEN call for backup.
  9. I would love ricki as a judge. She was a non-gimmicky show host IIRC.
  10. I would love to have another Leverage on my screen, but I think this show will have more of a Bones dynamic (2 main characters and wacky sidekicks). Leverage was more of an ensemble... It was a very distinctive style of show.
  11. every time they cut from the singing to jenny's exaggerated "WHO IS THAT" I was like shut the f up jenny. The overacting must stop. Robin was actually thinking, keenan was nice. Ken needs to be reined back. Nicole was ok.
  12. Even my 11yo kid, who knows none of these singers, thought the bee was robbed. Our vote was bee, peacock, rabbit, monster. I think the sympathy vote must have given monster the edge. Never heard of tpain, don't think his story is THAT tragic. Did enjoy his singing though. Next season would be great if they really found people that we didn't know could sing. Those were most fun and hardest. Living legends are too much of a ringer, as are reality tv repeaters.
  13. I want to like this, already it seems better than Magnum in the "yes yes we're putting two attractive people together who hate each other, oh dear whatever will happen?" department. Fun action is a gap right now. White collar, burn notice, chuck... we miss you guys.
  14. The current coat is for sale at hot topic. It seemed pretty well made so I got it for my daughter. I don't mind the suspenders, but maybe lay off the rainbows.
  15. Streams is horrible. Followed content is better, but can I get it to default to followed forums not topics?
  16. I thought monster's choice was bad. I mean, yes, I love Joan Jett's version, but it's not a song that shows a lot of range. It's a song you can belt out in karaoke. While he did it well it wasn't something I think really marked an achievement. Tommy Chong could sing I love Rock n Roll.
  17. The new homepage is very large, chunky, and probably answers some usability questions with the giant buttons and all... but it's lost a lot of functionality for me. I liked seeing when the last post was made, so I knew whether to bother checking into that show. I liked having a more compact layout with less scrolling. Can we add an icon or something ! to the button-right when there are new posts since you last visited?
  18. robin thicke is most thoughtful, also considerate (saying seasoned instead of y'all old). Nicole is too quick to say "not a singer." I appreciate the need for comedy and pop culture references so mchale and co should stay. as much as I find jenny annoying, she actually has been right the most, correct?
  19. Kid and I are enjoying it, although she's never seen the original game or show... she does know the old theme song somehow. Who ever is doing the voice of the chief is doing a great job, I wondered if it was the original, until I saw she had passed on. 😞
  20. I have retconned that Andy died tragically (drugs or something) which is why Jackie is now a life coach and not some other typical ex-cop job.
  21. DJ was pretty clear that already being bolted down during install was supposed to be SOP.
  22. did I miss something or they air these out of order? The end of last episode with the threat not to lie to the investigation, the home invasion... and it's this episode that he realizes his kid might find his job dangerous because his sleeve got ripped?
  23. ben strikes me as a control freak, and while that makes him different than pushover david, he sets off all kinds of red flags for me.
  24. He didn't shake it. He opened it to service it, and it wasn't bolted to the wall as it should have been, and became front-heavy.
