The house can be taken away, if their original $150K HELOC (from August 2020) is still outstanding. It probably is, since its maturity date is April 2050, and they borrowed within 8 months of purchasing Robyn's mansion with a $225K down payment. The value of the first loan was equal to their equity. This 2nd loan may be equal to additional equity due to any appreciation due to the Flagstaff housing market. Of course, the more financially-responsible strategy would have been to sell a lot or 2 or 4 from Prairie Dog Plague flats, since Kody claimed that it had appreciated so much two seasons ago. Instead, it seems that Kody and Robyn are bleeding the beast until they default on all their loans. Maybe that's why Janelle is storing the RV. Grifters gotta grift.

Blair is her "interior stylist friend*," and she is "beyond grateful for [his] help." She's thanking him as first of all the little people who maker her a Z-List pseudo-celebrity. It looked like they just spewed all her creepy snowmen, dolls and artificial trees throughout the first floor. Notably, he didn't feature any of these masterpieces on his Instagram. * Blair's idol, Cher, would identify herself as a vocal stylist, rather than a singer. Critics would counter that was because she was caterwauling and did not sing. Maybe that is why Blair is an interior stylist, rather than an interior decorator.

In one of the earliest episodes, Mariah declared that she was going to go to a military academy and become a doctor. Kody shot her down, explaining that military academies would never accept polygamists. Mariah did get a partial scholarship to Westminster, where she was going to go pre-med, then switched to PA. Maddie got a full, 4-year scholarship to University of Utah or Utah State. She was going to be the first polygamist Supreme Court justice. She dropped out within 1-2 years to marry Caleb. She claims that she is now studying to be nurse.

Kody's stated justification was that it made financial sense. He assumed that they'd live in one big house and would reap enormous profits on the sale of their Las Vegas homes. However, he coerced the wives with his, "Where We Go One, We Go All," Robyn's whining that her children needed to be removed from the exposure to bad elements in Las Vegas, and their permanent exile from Utah. Their discussion emphasized the need to escape Las Vegas and how they would be accepted in Arizona, which Kody described as conservative and liberal.

Will they be serving Plexus for both their Turkey Trot and Thanksgiving dinner? Of course, there will be canned sauerkraut.

Here are the original and revised boundaries. The drawings seem to be flipped, based on the tree density and the "pond." They split Robyn's lot to push out Meri and Christine, and Robyn gets full use of a lot that Janelle partially owns. Janelle gets the lot that Meri partially owns. Grifters gotta grift, even if it's each other, if any of this is true.

The Browns are some of the dumbest people out there. Kody's plan to speed along the development of the land is to bring a surveyor to redefine all the property lines based on a drawing he made - as if the plots, deeds and transactions wouldn't have to be recorded or could be changed spontaneously. The wives don't realize that they already own recorded lots for which they have been paying mortgages or taxes. One or more of them are losing land for Kody's fifth plot. And none of them could imagine their land until Kody ran around, yet again marking the territory. Meri's so oblivious that she doesn't even realize that she's banned from building on the plot with "the pond," because she was so horrible to the children in Lehi - even though Janelle said so last season. To prevent the wives from actually hearing useful information from the surveyor (e.g., Building on a hill of rocks will be challenging.), Kody herds them away by whistling. Also, the Browns went back in time for this visit (and season). Early in the episode, Kody said that Janelle and Christine had upcoming travel and someone referred to their meeting in the summer. Janelle went to NC for Evie's surgery and Christine went to NJ for Isabelle's in August or September 2020. But both wives were on their ways at the end of last season. Last season remains endless. Also: Janelle is a complete tool around Kody, maybe because he wore his tight jeans and ponytail. And, Christine is the worst of passive-aggressive keeping sweet.

Kody said that Janelle's sons are disrespectful of his COVID isolation protocols. They call his restrictions dumb and stupid. Kody thus concluded that Janelle's must be complaining to her sons that Kody's rules are dumb again and again, and they're just repeating her. Later, Robyn blames Hunter for not offering to meet her children outdoors or to pre-arrange a visit that adheres to her inter-family social distancing rules. Kody then complains that everyone wrongly blames Robyn for the rules that they disregard.

When I read that, I thought, "Lamb? Goat?"

If Isabelle works at Starbucks, as the photo that @ginger90 posted suggests, there could be some interesting twists: Did she leave Flagstaff for college, only to attend Arizona State University online via the Starbucks employee benefit? Were Evie's clinginess and smashed muffin both directly related to Isabelle? Maybe Evie missed her mother figure, and Maddie took her to Starbucks, where she was rewarded with a muffin to smash apart.

Since King Sol suffered from RSV years ago and was thus so immuno-compromised that Robyn enforced strict isolation from the other wives, how did she make Kody safely isolate? Did he stay in the guest house behind the mansion? Was Areoblabla finally forced out of Robyn and Kody's bed? Janelle's sons probably experienced schadenfreude.

Isn't Truely an awesome daughter? It's not like she was in school, since she's homeschooled.

These selfish, grubbing daughters lose the inheritance battle when Kenny marries Armando. Now, they're fretting that they'll get 1/6, instead of 1/5. And, Hannah and the hypothetical adopted child will outlive them and may inherit even more.

We did have to witness his quarantine workout. But, Kody said that he lost weight due to stress. He had dropped a lot of weight around the time that they moved to Flagstaff.
