  1. You must spill. Can’t you do it in spoiler tag?
  2. Not only report it, but sneak into her purse and take pictures. I still have a problem believing this. I am a nurse with literal lives in my hands, and I am not obligated to report anti-depressants or anti-anxiety meds.
  3. I imagine Sandy has a huge watch party every episode, then rewatches in private five more times, fast forwarding every scene she’s not in and high fiving herself. Kate also defended every asshole move of Jenna’s. She seems blindly supportive of the people in power.
  4. I agree that Jenny looked good. I could hardly look at her previously because her lips were rather repulsive. I was surprised what a difference it made and thought she looked a bit like are Rebecca Budig. I hope she gets a lot of positive feedback and lays off the fillers.
  5. I’m confused on how the budgets work. Some guests seem to stick to wine, while others go through scores of vodka, tequila, etc. And then we see the crew generously helping themselves to the spirits on board at the tip meeting, and their days off. Plus, there are the occasional American guests who prefer the cheap, greasy American-style food. Surely they don’t all pay the same flat fee.
  6. Rachel made a comment about the difficulty she and Mary Trump had in arranging their interview. I got the impression there wasn’t a lot of time to prepare.
  7. Yep, although the word “loosely” is used, about her life from the ages 12-13.
  8. The scariest part is it was co-written by the actress who played the friend, and was based on her life. 😟
  9. In a way I don’t feel for Parr regarding her final husband. From what I’ve read, rather than protecting the young Elizabeth, Catherine was known to occasionally partake in Seymour’s inappropriate treatment of her. And finally, rather than protecting the young girl, Parr sent her away out of jealousy. Some historians believe that this period of Elizabeth’s life caused life-long damage. That says a lot for a girl that already had her mother’s head chopped off, as well as experiencing being rejected by her father and disinherited by her brother.
  10. I love when the Duke of Norfolk, arrested for treason, shouts his title to Walsingham. Walsingham’s response: “You were Norfolk. The dead have no titles”.
  11. Yes, I have a great deal of experience with people who protest strongly over a specialized diet, then flock to eat it all before the vegetarians, etc, get a single serving. Hopefully the caterer anticipated this, because people with no food restrictions often have no problem leaving others with nothing to eat, in my experience.
  12. I wonder if Kiko has little experience outside of Brazil. I have a cousin whose wife is Brazilian, and one of their favorite restaurants is authentic Brazilian food. After being reassured that there were plenty of vegetarian options, I agreed to go for a family celebration. I almost starved to death. It was the most minimalist salad bar I’ve ever seen, and then white rice, which I do not care for. There were no beans, or any other veggie protein offered. Everyone else had plates loaded up with pounds of meat. The mashed potatoes were so flavorless, that my veggie cousin poured Italian dressing over them - which was the only thing I can say was delicious. I will never return, even though it was a friendly, laid back atmosphere. I don’t mean to slam the place, because they are providing exactly what their regulars, a large percentage Brazilian, want. It’s just not for me. However, vegetarians and vegans chartering a luxury yacht are another story. Culinary schools are deficient in food that is not meat or seafood based.
  13. I know a lot of us joke that Meghan’s blue card talking points come directly from her husband. Today for the first time, I actually wondered if Meghan secretly records the morning meeting and plays it for Ben’s counterpoints. Meghan knew exactly what Joy was going to say about boycotting, and gave an immediate and smooth counterpoint. Meghan is not quick on her feet, nor is she typically so succinct in her word salads. She was loaded and ready for Joy.
  14. I am simply a vegetarian, but chef’s still lose their minds. I was in a wedding, and while everyone else received a yummy starter, I was given a chintzy salad with the most bitter greens I’ve ever tasted, with one cherry tomato and some carrot shavings. Of course even veggie soups have to have beef or chicken broth. Next course included a beautiful baked potato - for everyone except the vegetarian. 🤷‍♀️ Culinary schools need to revise their agendas.
  15. Chicken? No red-blooded patriotic American eats chicken while smoking cigars, drinking whiskey, and shooting innocent mammals with their American semi-automatic weapons! They eat BEEF, or they are pussy pinkos! Ben is holding cue cards?
  16. I moved from a lifetime in the Chicago ‘burbs to the Atlanta suburbs. Huge culture shock. I call this ridiculous franchise The Illiterate Cow, and their self-righteous bible beating is for show. They were open all day and all evening on Christmas Day. I know this because I left my mom’s hospital bedside at 9 pm and was starving. I did not give them my business.
  17. I won’t comment on whether sex occurred between Sheen and Haim, but to be clear, if it did it was not consensual. Would Sheen having sex with a 13 y/o girl be called consensual?
  18. Clearly they adore their grandchildren, but they are getting older and it will be increasingly difficult to be at Courtney’s beck and call for every picture, haircut, school run, leaving the house moment. And I imagine Courtney’s two friends, former nanny, and aunt have lives as well that do not revolve around every day of Courtney’s sextuplets. For instance, someone had to stop what they were doing and go watch the babies while Courtney hammered away at that wall for the camera. As far as we know, all of these people may have jobs on top of caring for their own homes and families. She’s blessed to have so many loving, supporting people in her children’s lives, but I can’t help but feel for the drain it must be on all of those helpers, as I did for Grandma Duggar, who surely loved her grandchildren as well.
  19. I wonder about Courtney’s parents the same way I do about Jim Bob Duggar’s mother . . . People who responsibly managed their number of children, and who are stuck subsidizing child care for their irresponsible children.
  20. What does Chief stew bring ol’ Bugs? Quite possibly the starring role for next season.
  21. Especially if Wilford has taken a personal interest in Alexandra and has been grooming her to take over.
  22. Can someone please respond to Meghan by asking her to explain why her response is not “Cancel Culture”. She cannot handle being held accountable for her words.
  23. Why can’t Joy just one time, respond something like this: Meghan, though you love to say you’ve been “in politics” since the womb, you are NOT in politics. You have been adjacent to politics via your father. My dear, you are not your father, you’ve never held an elected position, and I am not talking about you.
  24. Well, I loved it. I watched with my cousin as she marathoned the first eight episodes, and she was shocked when I shared the criticism I read. She didn’t find it boring, poorly acted, etc. The finale tonight for her, and she’s definitely in for season two - which doesn’t seem too far off, since they showed a brief preview.
  25. Well, he probably won’t be around that long. Sean Bean is famous for his characters being killed. It’s going to kill me to root against a Stark.
