Apologies if this has already been mentioned, but someone commented to Jinger that they hope Jeremy has helped Jinger to heal, just as her BIL has helped her sister! I’m trying to figure out if that’s genuine or a sly dig at the family’s ostracizing of Jill.

Josh & Anna Smuggar: A Series of Unfortunate Events

Isn’t that because he lives in Florida? I remember reading he moved to Florida so he could hide his assets. -

An aunt slapped me across the face when I was around six, and I’ve wanted to confront her ever since. Bitch! -
Oh I don’t know. Right after they married, Jill was cuddling on Derek’s lap looking rather satisfied. Not everyone is as performative as Jessa and Jeremy. Not that I want to speculate on any Duggar’s sex life.

But I want the unvarnished truth. And does she still resent Jessa for the treasured item she had to give her? -
Life tip to foolish wealthy people: Take your fucking diamond earrings off before entering the ocean. Leave your fucking diamonds at home while traveling and wear replicas.

My dad died at 55 as well, when I was 17. It was a sudden death. So not time to prepare, no chance to say goodbye. I had no siblings, just my mom. And we had no wealth to comfort us. I don’t have a husband who’s a father, don’t have a FIL to soften the blow, and I’m strangely unsympathetic with Meghan’s performative grief. I want to know how Meghan’s mom feels about Meghan pretending to be an orphan. How do Meghan’s siblings feel when she acts like she was the favorite, and no one suffers on her level. Oh Meghan’s “my producer” will make sure she gets a retroactive, opulent shower.

The Lonely Js Club: Jana, Jason, James, Jackson & Johannah
AryasMum replied to SpaghettiTuesdays's topic in Counting On
Jana is the one I most want to write a tell-all. As the second oldest, she’s seen it all. Was Michelle a good mother before the laundry room breakdown? Did she know her mother didn’t like her? How do the siblings really feel about Josh? How was she the only one to dodge Josh’s molestation and does she feel undeserved guilt because of it? Did Jill and Jana resent practically raising the entire family? Did blanket training end when Michelle gave up raising the kids? Did the girls resent the laziness and slovenly hygiene of their brothers? Is she unmarried because she rejected unsuitable men, because she’s asexual, possibly gay, or because she didn’t want to leave home due to Stockholm Syndrome, fear of leaving the kids in her parents’ care, or simple contentment in her sisterwife role? Do you want kids or are you sick of raising babies? How do you feel as the family unpaid nanny? Are you tired of babies being shoved in your arms as your married sisters sashay off and have real adult moments? How do you feel about Jim Bob cutting Jill out of your lives? What’s the real scoop on the Bates family? How do you feel when Lawson baits fans with a relationship between the two of you? How do you feel when people speculate on your sexuality? And that’s just the beginning. -

I’m sure that’s true, but it would be nice to check in on Jana without weeding through four pages of this one’s pathetic political career, that one’s flipping business, another apparently now flying a plane, and which ever has an LLC in their name to launder Jim Bob’s money. 🤷♀️ -
I see they had to crop the picture to avoid Jinger’s foot-long black roots.

Sigh. I sure wish Jana could get her own thread. Even her controlling father allowed his unmarried daughter to have her own SM. Are we holding it against Jana for not being married? Is that the only parameter these people have to meet? Are we stricter than Jim Bob? I just really don’t care for all these interchangeable Duggar bachelors. -
But the girls disrupted their own lesson and then interrupted everyone else’s. That would have been avoided if they’d both been done at separate times. Adam acted like the world was ending, groaning “oh, God”, at a perfectly expected crying contagion.

Sweet Home Sextuplets - General Discussion
AryasMum replied to Meredith Quill's topic in Sweet Home Sextuplets
I was annoyed by Courtney’s BFF saying Eric was lucky to have his wife because she wouldn’t tolerate having to wait to have three bathrooms. The man is a fucking saint in how many hours he works, how he coaches all sports, how he has to leave his business to come watch a first haircut, how he’s 100% involved in all childcare when he’s not at work, and how he completely indulges Courtney’s silliness about how every.single.second of those children’s lives must be cheered for, photographed, and have every person in their lives present while this happens. And he does it with a smile and enthusiasm, even if the poor man can barely hold his eyes open. I do notice that, like Outdaughtered, they can’t do a thing without more help than the children number. There’s the parents, the grandparents, the BFF, the aunt, the former nanny. That’s seven adults to corral five toddlers. That’s a better ratio than most people with only children enjoy. I like Courtney’s parents, particularly Popsie who sounds just like Leslie Jordan. Isn’t Alabama rated last in all fifty states? -
I thought it was a little silly to start the day, the only day you’ve scheduled for skiing, by bringing all those kids. Someone should have stayed behind with the five, the adults could have put time into lessons and skiing. Then the parents could have been present to help the little girls not melt down during their little lesson. But I’m guessing people aren’t interested in the adults. Adam, in particular, was dramatic when his kids were crying to him. Has he met these girls? I thought I did see Mimi skiing down the hill. I thought it was a poor choice to demonstrate Hazel’s eyes crossing with Dale - particularly when there are people mocking her eyes already. He cannot be unaware.

I said the same a while back! I think it’s the eldest of Alyssa’s daughters, but I haven’t seen a recent pic.

Calling Sunny “low rent” was bad enough. But saying to Robin Roberts, the backbone along with George, of the very lucrative GMA, that Robin’s not being asked to “pick cotton”, when she asked for a well deserved raise, is such an overt, disgusting racist remark that she should be immediately fired. Especially when contrasted with the treatment of the remarkably under qualified Strahan. I realize the above paragraph is very awkwardly worded, but I am so outraged I’m not feeling grammatically intelligent.

7 Little Johnstons - General Discussion
AryasMum replied to Meredith Quill's topic in 7 Little Johnstons
Even Emma, who is supposedly close to Anna, is a little asshole. She sucks up to the golden girl. Don’t forget the unforgivable crime of entering a fellow little person’s hotel room at the age of 17/18. Meanwhile, one year later, all the kids are given free rein. Fourteen year old Emma is allowed to run wild with a horny little teenager who can’t keep his hands off of her, and proclaims his love frequently. -
I find it incredibly telling that she uses “disgrace” - one of Trump’s most famous insults. She needs to return to the land where she reigns as princess. Everyone knows the red states, Arizona in particular, are handling this crisis perfectly. She can kick her cowboy booted feet up in her kingdom, devote her life to killing tiny creatures, and bemoan her inability to drink whiskey and smoke cigars. She can symbolically shoot a helpless animal for every day my father has been gone.
