  1. I've been re-reading IT, and I love it... except for the interludes which just slows the pace down. I like them slightly more this time, now I realise that it's Mike telling the stories. I love the stuff with the kids, and when the adults are interacting together
  2. I watched it earlier, and didn't really like it, or get it (apart from some of the obvious symbolism), but weirdly, after reading up about it makes me like it a bit more; especially that Bustle article above. I thought Jennifer Lawrence was great
  3. Yes! While I didn't always like his character, I thought he was good on Hemlock Grove.
  4. Dane DeHaan always reminds me of Bill Skarsgård (who's playing Pennyswise in IT), every time I see a movie with him in, I have to sort of remind myself. And speaking of Dane, I've just noticed he was in in True Blood for 3 episodes!
  5. Okay, that sounds promising - at least she won't need a wasp to fly. Thank you for that info.
  6. This is probably a stupid question, but I really don't want to google it. In the comics is Wasp just a name? Or does she interact with wasps just like Scott does with ants? 'Cause I don't think I'll able to watch it if there'll be wasps involved
  7. So, I actually watched the whole show... and I surprisingly didn't hate it. The pilot was awful, I don't like the laugh track and Dank and Dabby are very annoying, but it kind of grew on me. Pete is my favourite character and I love his conversations with his plants. I also like Carter. I think some of the serious moments, Carter talking to Ruth about his PTSD were really good and some of the better moments of the show
  8. As everyone else is doing it, my rewatchable Marvel films, Thor 1, Iron Man 1, Avengers 1, Thor 2, Avengers 2, Ant Man, GOTG 1+2 I thought Civil War was mostly boring, but I do like when 'team prison break' (Clint, Wanda, Scott and Sam) are on screen. Oh, and I like T'Challa
  9. Haha, that's hilarious. His reaction to his parabatai rune fading/Jace's death was awful. "It's..... (ten second pause) Jace" Jace's death scene was well done, I thought even Kat was good in that scene. I liked Anthony Stewart Head's cameo as the voice of Raziel.
  10. Aladdin and Jasmine have been cast! http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/heat-vision/aladdin-disney-remake-finds-leads-1020047
  11. Yep. That's how I feel too. Not saying the acting is great on the show, but it's definitely improved since the first season. Emeraude Toubia is way better than the first season. I think Dominic Sherwood is one of the stronger actors, and Harry Shum Jr is lot better this season too. I want to like Clary, I love her in the books and I liked Lily Collins playing her in the movie (although I thought she spoke too fast), and I do think Katherine is really pretty, but something doesn't click with me, I think part of it is the writing, but a lot is to do with her acting. I did think this episode was an improvement over the last couple. I thought Lola did a good job as the Seelie Queen, and I really like Meliorn.
  12. 2 hour finale episode next year!!!!!
  13. I watched the second half of season 6 and then season 7 in three days, and then last night I had 2 separate dreams about the show and who Uber A was. The first one it was Aria's mom who was unmasked, and the second one, it was some random guy in a school gym that we only saw on the show and that they barely knew I would love it be Aria, but that's never going to happen.
  14. I do like Clary and Jace in this books, but I'm totally down for Jace/Maia on the show.
  15. Just wanted to clarify that I was liking your comment, not agreeing with Fox News!
  16. Watched it again last night, and I still loved it. It's such a pretty and colourful film. Baby Groot is so cute and I really loved Sean Gunn in this. he was so annoying in Gilmore Girls and he was just 'there' in the first one, but I thought he was great in this. I was able to notice the cameos this time - Ben Browder as one of the gold dudes (I was amazed when I saw his name in the credits the first time, 'cause I didn't notice him, but watching it again I can't believe I didn't know it was him. And Molly Quinn (from Castle) as Howard the Duck's date
  17. I saw it last night and I really liked it. I agree it was a little long, but I didn't mind too much. It was very bright and colourful Baby Groot got a reaction every time he came on screen, he was just so cute. I really liked the opening scene, and I thought Pom Klementieff was great as Mantis and he interactions with others were entertaining. Sean Gunn actually had one of my favourite moments. I want to see it again at the cinema Then again, I have generally unpopular Marvel opinions - I don't really like any of the Captain America movies and I loved Age of Ultron.
  18. Oh wow, I really like Jared Harris and I didn't realise Richard Harris was his dad
  19. Nope I'm the same, from around the time Claire Temple showed up. I did love Misty from the beginning though, especially in the basketball scene. I didn't mind Iron Fist, but out of the four shows the only one I've really liked is Jessica Jones
  20. Yeah I was disappointed in that scene, it's one of my favourites in the books.

    Moana (2016)

YES! I was definitely thinking Tim Curry when I heard him
  22. So good, I wish that that the new crew could somehow re-write/re-shoot the first Season in this sort of style, 'cause Season 2 is soo much better. I was shocked when Aldertree mentioned the drug was called Yin Fen, wasn't expecting that. The sparring scene between Jace and Izzy was my favourite scene.
  23. https://tmisource.com/2017/01/26/shadowhunters-casts-will-tudor-as-sebastian/ Will Tudor cast as Sebastian. Best known from Humans and Game of Thrones. He looks good
