Tandy is out? I hadn't heard. Drat, I liked her.

That line would be good, except for the fact that it followed: Hey I understand if you cheated on me (because I probably did anyway).

Quotes: Isn't it sweet? My son and babysitter passed out in a bar.

From Thanksgiving Orphans: Diane: Now that I find myself within the warmth of your company, how can I possibly go? Everybody gives her street directions Diane: You holiday hooligans, gimme a beeeeeer. -
I hadn't thought about it until I saw the picture but that is a veritable sausage-fest there. Three girls and what looks like 800 guys?

Twice a week? Those little stinkers will watch something over and over ten times a day if you let them.

The priest and the witnesses. They're supposed to deliver Claire to Ft. William, instead of producing her, they can just have the lot of them show up and say so, and that's that.

And how. Judith Light EARNED that Daytime Emmy she got.

Watch Madsen in season 1 of Witches of East End, that'll cure you. I have never seen such horrible acting from her, I don't know what happened there. I guess she's not good at working a cheesy script.

^ No takers then? I'll go ahead and answer it and do a new question. Other Rebecca's academic specialty was translating Russian poetry. I can't imagine who was willing to pay her for that. New question: What Simpsons characters did these two actors play?

Or Mick Smiley. A wizard did it.

I would guess that no, that wasn't Eva's only child, considering she said she centuries old. There had to have been several for Eva to last a few hundred years. And yeah, it would have been a super-interesting story, it was totally wasted on being a timewaster obstacle for Freya and Killian.

I was texting with my friend who also watches the show. She was thinking the same thing: that the show might do a time jump of 30 years. But I really doubt it, this isn't Back to the Future were watching here. Something will be done in THIS time, the whole point of the show being about trying to break the cycle. I was kind of cracking up in Dash and Ingrid's scene where she was explaining that his mother was already born during her torrid affair with his grandfather and he was all, "Well, I'm glad I didn't have sex with my grandmother last night." They were both a little freaked out during that scene and it hilarious.

One, I'm glad they decided to start showing previews again (did Lifetime give up on it's over-promotion of The Lottery?) and two, I'm glad they showed restraint in next week's promo by not showing Ingrid and Freya alive (as I'm sure they will be) and let their fate remain uncertain. A good many plot twists have been ruined by networks screwing it up with an ill-thought-out promo.

Three episodes left, I'm sure they'll undo it. But yeah, promoing about character death and having it actually be main characters really delivered, so kudos on the twist, show. So for the rest: I really, really covet Wendy's room, particularly her bed. And we almost got a flash of Wendy's other kitty in that scene, I might add. I really liked Ingrid and Freya's opening scene, especially the end where Freya rings the bell in the desk and, without looking away from her, Ingrid slowly moves her hand to the bell and stops the echo, hee. Super interesting pregnancy test for Eva with that whole egg thing. What's wrong with EPT? And really, that's it for that storyline? Little anticlimactic. Mostly, what the hell was the point of all that? And I was "oh shitting" about Ingrid and Dash's hidden corpse coming up from its watery depths until the garden reveal of Ingrid and Freya swinging from nooses. THAT was bigger.

Why Grammar Matters: A Place To Discuss Matters Of Grammar

So, you're a Frasier fan? Cheers? Kelsey Grammer in general? Sorry, I couldn't resist. But if we're going to be Grammar Nazis, we have to expect it. -
Favorite Guest Stars: Well, Look Who Just Stopped In for a Drink

Was watching the episode where Anthony and Annie wanted to get married at age 16, much to Carla's objection and at the last minute before she was about to sign the consent form, in walks Annie's cousin to turn Anthony's head and change his mind, prompting this little gem of a pep talk from Carla: "Let me fill you in on something, Annie. There are three things you can say about Tortelli men. One, they draw women like flies. Two, they treat women like flies. Three, their brains are in their flies." My point? Annie's cousin was played by a VERY young Sherilyn Fenn. I bet she was barely 18, if that. -
They could have mirror-flipped the scene for the promo and that's really her right hand. Sometimes they do that so a person will be on the same side of the screen as a preceding shot.

Ichthyology! Then dumped Rebecca for a student while on a squid expedition. What was Rebecca Proud's own academic specialty?

I like when an unsuspecting Claire opens the door first and gets an earful, I hope we see that scene.

I thought it was interesting how in this scene illustrating what a nasty, sadistic creature Black Jack is, there's this one tiny bright spot about him: he's clearly a gifted artist if he can sharpen a charred piece of wood and whip up a drawing of Claire in like 30 seconds. A real shame that such talent was wasted.

I don't suppose a nice slow gif of the quick clips of sexytimes is too much to ask of anyone who might have the ability? My DVR doesn't do slo-mo which has never really distressed me until now.

I got my unsullied sister-in-law watching this show, though she doesn't get to watch live due to her hectic household on the weekends. Basically, I'm awaiting the shrieking phone call I'm sure to get once she finishes the episode.

I gotta do it: "I must admit, the idea of grinding your corn does tickle me."
