  1. More thoughts... I can't stop laughing at all of this. I feel bad for Amber and am not laughing at her. I am laughing at the position/situation Matt got himself into and am hopeful it is his downfall. On the after show Matt claimed he bought Amber the corvette with his first Teen Mom paycheck. And then he realized she shouldn't drive it in the winter so he kept it and the same day went and bought her a Cadillac. He also said "you think I'd do this for free?!" How much do the nonstars as in not the mom's actually make? Is this paycheck for the entire season? I hope Gary makes at least that much. And if he does, props to him because it seems from appearances wise he is being smart and not spending his paychecks on shiny, flashy things. During the vehicle discussion, Matt dissed Amber saying how of course he kept the corvette for him and put it in his name because Amber was too lazy to go to the DMV to put it in her name. Okay, that is probably true but still dude, in this moment when you are trying to "win" her back, you probably shouldn't say things like this. And Amber's response of why should I go down? I don't follow. I took it as entitlement. *sigh* I stopped and rewound a couple times so I could rewatch the scene where they are arguing if Matt called Amber a bitch or not. Yay Neesa for having a lightbulb moment of "hey! We have video. We should play the clip." True Matt, you didn't cal Amber a bitch but it seemed by her facial expression your level of horrible sank in just a tiny bit more so that is good. I couldn't sleep last night and this forum was super quiet so I decided to see if any of these fools were being active on Twitter. Nope. I did learn a few things though: Matt has a PR agency ... Schmooze PR. I work in PR. I would not accept him as a client on the concept of ethics Gary has a cookie businesss?! Amber's brother recently tweeted a few nice things about Farrah. Oh! During Matt's bad "20 minutes" claiming he didn't really think those things. Nope. Not buying it. In my experience, people's true opinions come out in the heat of the moment. Especially within the first few minutes. So I would bet anything he has had those thoughts for awhile about Amber's brother and Amber's relationship with him.
  2. Right?! I'm annoyed they glossed over what Leah said on the after show. Argh!! I really wonder what all is going on on all of the teen mom's twitter accounts. I am disgusted he told the producer he didn't care who she had to give oral pleasure to in order for it not to be airred. Can we please get that producer here to tell all? After that comment, I think she is well within her rights. Not sure anyone else caught Shawn saying several times about trying to figure out Matt's true motives. Ding ding ding!!! You guys, I'm not a fan of Amber but I feel bad for her after tonight's show. And to return things somewhat to normal ... a little snark: Maci, if you don't want to talk about something private regarding Ryan, maybe you shouldn't bring it up to Taylor until the cameras are gone. You get the filming schedule so .... Hahahaha!!!!! A good thing from the Matt and Amber drama ... they overshadowed Tyler and his clothing line. I chuckled with how it was initially a whim but as they drove back from meeting with the lady, Tyler acted like it was some lifelong dream. And there goes Catelynn again talking about foundations and helping others. Oh Debra. It looks like you got into Farrah's fake eyelashes. And it seems like you've worn the same outfit several episodes in a row. Stop with the baby voice. When she pulled out the Bible stuff, I swear, she had a smirk on her face like "look how much better I am than my daughter, doctor!" Farrah seemed sad Simon didn't raise a stink when she "broke up" with her. His face was like "uh, isn't that what we were already?"
  3. You guys. If they are responding to the state of the room and showering, have they found our safe haven of Previously TV where we can judge the,? *shudders* quick! Lock the door
  4. So many thoughts. So Amber has another medical issue? I literally spit out my Diet Coke when Matt mentioned having to drag Amber out of bed to get her away from work. My sides hurt from laughing I am so confused by the dinner between Farrah and Debra with Debra's man Before the dinner when they were talking to the producer -- who seemed very skeptical of what the guy was spewing -- right before they cut to the next scene, they focused on Debra. I swear she had a conniving look on her face. Leah was adorable when she told Gary "NOT on the cameras." She is wise. Also, why are they talking about sex at the age of 8 or so? (Not sure of Leah's age) I am a horrible person but am kind of enjoying seeing this not great side of Amber and Matt's relationship. In fact, when she was trying to shut him down from being upset about her business guy calling (RED FLAG!!! Controlling!) she spoke about moving on and up each year so they can live a great life. I can't remember what word she used instead of great but as she said it, she almost had a smirk. For a split second I let myself think "OH! Maybe they were done with the relationship but were putting on a ruse for the cameras until it all airred." You guys! Catelynn wasn't sitting down for a few minutes. And went outside. Yay for chickens!
  5. I've been on both sides of layoffs and it sucks on both sides. With that sad, I'm not exactly broken up to learn Mark May was one of those let go. There are many others (Brian Bennett) who I will miss dearly.
  6. A little preview for tomorrow night's episode. https://www.thelostogle.com/2017/04/21/aaron-tuttle-will-be-on-say-yes-to-the-dress-tomorrow-night/#comments I've seen this guy in person. He is more orange than an Oompa Lompa. These two being on is a sure sign the show has jumped the shark. If you want to go down the rabbit hole, search on the website the link is from for why they mock the douche so much. Laughter for days.
  7. I worry her kids are going to be teased to no end about the sippy cups. Shit. 14 is nearly high school. Also? Nichols Hills is NOT a suburb. It is in the middle of OKC. Just north of it is The Village. Two "towns" which OKC has engulfed and surrounded.
  8. I find it hilarious how everyone was bragging when the earned a "ticket" to the oasis. Did they not hear TJ say they can't go there until everyone earns a ticket? Eventually challenges will be thrown so people can win so they can get the hell out of camp.
  9. Well ... they do finance puppies there. Completely off topic but I used to handle community relations for one of the franchises. Way back in the day. It has since shut down but I hadn't heard the store's name in forever until I saw promos for The Edge of 17 and now here. Cringing from the thoughts coming back.
  10. When will Musburger be fired? He just needs to go away.
  11. I watched it. Definitely stupid but I laughed so much. Their personalities really "shined" times 10. There is absolutely no love between Cate and Farrah.
  12. I loved how when Anderson and Kelly were on and he had the mini-game at the start where Kelly "hosted." Basically the guys has to say if a situation was more Andy or Anderson and it was basically all Andy and not in a good light. He was not liking it and kept trying to have them move past it to the next item and instead Kelly and Anderson stayed on it. Haha! Suck it Andy.
  13. Someone was asking why Maci sent the kids to daycare. I'm not sure why but perhaps she is similar to my friend. My friend has two girls, pre-K and toddler. She is a stay at home mom but runs a photography business on the side. She would send the girls to daycare once or twice a week for a program called "Mom's Day Out." It gave the girls a chance to socialize and her the opportunity to catch up on work, run errands, hang out with friends. It sounded like the thing for Maci might have been similar.
  14. I am so proud of my Huskers this past weekend. I don't believe in moral victories but I feel we showed we weren't complete posers. I got the vibe most media folks felt we'd get blown out of the water and that did not happen.
  15. Someone needs to tweet Simon and invite him to this forum.
  16. WooHoo! My alma mater is back in the top 10. Waiting for the rug to be pulled out but enjoying the time nonetheless. I don't many people expected Mike Reilly to be going undefeated. So again, woohoo.
  17. I have to keep checking to make sure I'm breathing because my alma mater (Nebraska) is ranked 15th and undefeated. Have we finally turned the corner or is this just an optical illusion? If you remove our stupid mistakes, the game against Northwestern would have been far less excited and we just can't have that in the battle of NU. Loved how several of our players stepped up and held the American flag to keep it from falling on the ground. Outdoor acoustics are not a friend of Jim Cornelison (spelling?). Thank you Northwestern for wearing the Sam Foltz helmet stickers. If they focus on little tributes each game, as they should for even just a minute or two, I need to remember tissues. ***I fully don't expect us to end the season undefeated but it has been awhile since the start of the season has been so optimistic.
  18. I feel like I'm about to play devil's advocate and I'm only on page four of reading everything. While reading these have been my thoughts: I'm pretty sure Heather said she thought she might have PTSD. She didn't say she did have it; I thought in someone's TH, possibly Vicki's, it was said Michael was out of state; besides Heather saying she didn't have Michael's phone number, it was never said no one called him. Brianna most likely called him but it didn't make the storyline as so much else was going on; Vicki said scrubs but Tamra and Heather said paper gown. Perhaps Tamra or Heather changed it, potentially without truly realizing it, when relaying the info to others. Sort of like the old Girl Scout game telephone; The picture Meghan had of Vicki was not a selfie. You see both of her arms. Someone took the picture and gave it to Vicki. I'm cynical enough to wonder if production sent the picture to Meghan and she hadn't been texting with Vicki but rather production; People handle stressful/traumatic situations different. My friend loses her shit. My car got stolen by a 14-year old and I cracked jokes and flirted with the sergeant (he was super attractive!) so I can see Kelly laughing after the fact. Heather seemed kind of appalled by the beer; Perhaps (most likely) Vicki exaggerated things but I doubt her reaction within the first hour was an exaggeration especially before she got to the hospital; If I'm told someone has been airlifted somewhere, I know it is potentially really bad and is a serious situation. I wouldn't just stand there and go "oh, ok." When I learn people I can't stand are in not good situations, I reach out to them or someone close to them and ask what I can do to help and share I'm thinking about them. I truly believe if Meghan had just called, or even texted, saying she heard what happened and if there was anything to do, things wouldn't have been so traumatic; and I thought I read or heard somewhere Tamra and Vicki are on the outs at the end of the season. If this is true, I'm not surprised Tamra said she felt Vicki exaggerated. Altight, those are my thoughts. Sorry for playing devil's advocate. I just like exploring all sides of a situation.
  19. Ah. There is the Farrah we all adore and love. Someone must have peed in her Cheerios. I kept trying to count the dogs in Amber's house but always lost track. Poor Leah. She really wanted ice cream. Me too kid, me too. Only two houses flipped? I'm actually surprised it is that high. That at was a beautiful location Maci found. Of course if she actually had her wedding there (is she married or still engaged?), it is no longer beautiful in my eyes. The sales rep just screamed pageant girl to me. Massive baby bump Maci for just learning you are pregnant. Smh. Oh Catelynn and Tyler. I love pigs and always wanted one as a kid. I was cheering for it to get free. Someone pointed it out last episode, Tyler is getting chubby. I definitely noticed it tonight. And the Easter bunny. With the pants on backwards. Still makes me giggle. I hate how they are trying to claim anxiety and depression because they are "trendy" concepts and they probably think they will get extended shelf life of fame. I'm not saying she doesn't suffer from it all but something just always rubs me wrong about it. Probably Tyler. I think I always see dollar signs flashing through his eyes when they talk about this stuff. Well played production. You are certainly showing the real girls. No more coddling.
  20. As an alumn of Nebraska and a native (although I now live in the south), oh man, I was not prepared for the emotions at the start of our game. And then some a'holes robbed Foltz's house during the game. Ugh. Heart is breaking again. Overall, it is great to have college football back! College Football Final was great too because no Mays or Holtz.
  21. Watching the episode with Shannon Beador and Abby Elliott. Has Shannon has work done on her face?
  22. Nebraska punter Sam Foltz and former Michigan State punter Mike Sadler passed away in a car accident Saturday night/Sunday morning in Wisconsin. They were in Wisconsin to help teach at the Kohl's football game.
