I’m sure Angela could have worked, taken a break, and returned back to work. I think the biggest difference between her resting and Sarah’s resting is they have Angela with a hot mic saying “I quit.” Perhaps if she hadn’t uttered those two words things would have been different but who knows. To me, she said she quit so therefore, per TJ, she is out.

I suspect it will happen on Oct. 1. Oct. 2 at the latest as the first is when the buyout drops by $7.5 million. Born and raised in Nebraska. Rooting for them is in my blood but this is becoming torture. Thank goodness for our volleyball team. Slightly off topic, but hell yes to USC and UCLA joking B1G because the conference is going to be amazing for volleyball.

Didn’t Joseph say he has type 1 diabetes in one of the first episodes? I don’t watch the feeds but love reading here. Curious if this has been discussed at all. On the show I haven’t seen an insulin pump or CGM on him. I’m just really curious as I have had type 1 for 30+ years so I’m very intrigued by how this will play out.

Listening to Club Bravo news hour with Dave Quinn and he is hearing from sources that it will be an ounces today that Dallas is officially being put on hiatus. Not cancelled but basically nothing.

I’m watching Gauntlet 3 on Paramount+. Finishing the finale and just cringing at Evelyn, CT, Kenny, Evan and others basically not caring that Eric was ready to die. I haven’t always enjoyed Brad but appreciated him trying to do the right thing.

Caught up on the last two episodes. I kind of hate myself for watching this show but one reason I do is I like Jay. As a Bears fan, he was horrible as QB but I don’t mind him as a person. Especially because like me, he has type 1 diabetes. And I got all stupid excited when watching the hot chicken scene because you could see Jay had something in his hands and I immediately could tell it was an insulin pen. I know they will never discuss it but I’m always hopeful that the cameras will catch things here and there.

Best part of the episode was when Amber exclaimed “My favorite couch!” at her doctor’s office as she sat down. Maybe it was sofa. I can’t remember because I was dying of laughter. Also? She is so trolling us.

Holy moly! Over about 10 days I read this entire thread. After the first page mentioning PMs, I thought about creating a drinking game — glad I didn’t. 😂 I’m so excited about Kelcey because Nebraska is also my alma mater. Kay is gorgeous. Over Victoria but I don’t hate her. And @ShellyB is amazeballs.

It has been a heck of a week and I don’t remember the baby Wes stuff. *hangs head in shame* Can NOT stand Cara. And just thought “child please” as she had a meltdown over the IV. As a person with type 1 diabetes for 20 years, I wanted to yell at her to just suck it up, that without the IV, she would not win. I hate needles but you know what, I’ll gladly (and do) accept them if they are keeping me alive. My needle count is probably close to six figures at this point. Just shut up Cara.

I’m watching season 4 on Hulu because I love Stephanie but ugh ... Richard and Lisa. I think Richard has matured or something since being on Top Chef because I certainly don’t find him nearly as pompous as he was on this season.

I’m curious what sorority they all belonged to in college.

If I don’t actually watch the show when it is on and just listen — there are times I think Bristol is Farrah. Kristina is a saint.

Colorado played dirty (seriously, check out the film releases after the game) and took out our QB. Our second string QB quit the day after not being named starter (special snowflake) so we are left with a walk-on because UCF won’t let Vedral (a Nebraska kid) out of his scholarship. It was just bad. I worry our future opponents will target Martinez to get him out of the game.

This show is so stupid but I actually enjoy it. I get a lot of people strongly dislike Jay but I have a soft spot for him. Like me, he has type 1 diabetes so despite being an average football player with a sour look, I root for him. I know they will never discuss it but man, that would be awesome. I laughed a lot when he stopped by while Kristin was out of town. I realt enjoyed the the glimpse of Kristin talking to her kids on the phone. I think that is more of the true Kristin. I don’t know.

As mental health advocates, it is a shame they aren’t aware of their cause ?
