Let's face it, a Romper-Room kid shows more emotional maturity than our dear snowflake. Wait, I've really showed my age, here. Is Romper-Room still even a thing, nowadays?

Agreed. Since Grant became a ghost hunter in name only and has basically become a talking head, I have lost interest. Grant brought something special to what I thought was HIS show. I like the history, the new methods of ghost hunting, and the less famous and/or infamous haunted places they visit, but I find the new crew rather dry and uninteresting to watch. Maybe they'll improve in time but I've given this crew a season plus 3 shows, and I'm moving on to something else. As for Ghost Nation, Jason, Steve and Tango hit it out of the park with their season 2 premiere. There was history, ghosts, witches, cadaver dogs, and perhaps a terrible crime. I quite enjoyed that episode, and it may become one of my faves of all time.

Snark Should Be Multiplied, Not Divided: General Show Discussion
Rabbit Hutch replied to sweet201's topic in Sister Wives
Logan for the kid. He's been there since the very beginning, and has observed a great deal of the drama the wives have tried to cover up. As for the wives, well, I don't trust any of them enough to write a true tell-all. What with all of the walls, the feelingks of being unsafe, the complete shutting down of the self, and the queen of Darkness being too deep into her own shenanigans, none of them are up to the task. But Logan? Yeah, my money's on him to absolutely blister Kootie. However, I don't think it will ever happen because he has too much honor, and he would want to protect his mom, too. -
Without Grant the show's over for me. Except for Brian, the rest are uninteresting to watch, and I think that two of the women don't care for each other. I feel a little played by Grant at this point and I want a real explanation from him and him alone, please. 🧐 But, I do LOVE the new locations that aren't visited to death by ghost shows.

S11.E15: Two Moms, Their Daughter, and a Baby
Rabbit Hutch replied to Kohola3's topic in Sister Wives
Agreed. I too have come across this on quite a few properties, and some in rural areas a good ways from the nearest town. Buying property to improve is not as easy as those uninitiated to the process might be led to believe. Other areas that are rife with landmines are foreclosures and properties with current rental tenants. I won't even consider these type of properties due to the potential problems after the purchase. -

This keeps me up nights due to that I've been looking at properties to put up a small (800-1,000 sf) home on to live in when we retire. One tries to cover all bases and then something like this happens. I can't believe Kootoe could be as naive as he was when it came to buying those Flagstaff properties, especially since he went through the house buying process at least twice before. This whole situation stinks to high heaven. -
Agreed. Although her place looks very clean, and I can tell that Meri tries quite hard to make it inviting, somehow it looks out of date and old-fashioned instead of historical. I've stayed in quite a few B&Bs in Savannah, Charleston, Atlanta, and New Orleans back in the day and have always enjoyed the historical ambience of the homes, but Meri's decor does seem more tired and less "antiquey", if y'all know what I mean. However, although Meri isn't my favorite wife, I do wish her success with her B&B; goodness knows she won't be able to count on either Kootie or Mariah for a roof over her head in her old age. 😒

Does anyone know if Alana has a penny to her name from all of her years on the show? I quit watching when June went AWOL, and was wondering if she burned through that poor kid's money, too. -
Please, oh please will the gods/goddesses of "reality" T.V. set it up for Kootie to want yet another brood mare, er, I mean wife?!? That or a massive bankruptcy for the queen of Darkness will be the only way I'll watch next season. With a few exceptions this family is a trainwreck, and it's becoming sad to see its implosion.

Agreed, Christine would be really good at sales. I can even see her outselling Meri. -

I bought a Cuisinart egg cooker back in January and now I don't know how I ever lived without it. 😍 I love Egg McMuffins and I now make them at home using my egg cooker. Just to be fancy I even bought the little egg ring at Walmart so the egg would be round. I might even take it on the road with me, if I ever get back OTR. 😢 LeSigh. 😔 -
Good gracious, Kayanight! 😮 At least put up a warning before such displays! 😖 I'm just getting to my first cup of coffee this morning! Bad, Kaya! Bad, bad, bad!! 🗞 😛

Rabbit Hutch replied to Kohola3's topic in Sister Wives
Agreed. Besides, is what she saying really true? If the wives need Kootie to babysit (HA!) I bet they have to check with him, then. Any major purchases probably have to get his approval, too. And, he does have the FINAL say whether or not he calls them to his planet. What a belief system you have there! 😏 So, Christine, I guess YOU DO have to discuss things with that moron you're yoked with. Getting input from your loving and cherished partner. Imagine that. 🙄 -

Goodness, I'm surprised to learn Flagstaff has a sketchy area, considering the cost of living there. I've looked at housing in the area for retirement purposes and it was quite expensive for me and DH, although it's gorgeous! I still can't believe the Browns make enough to live there, with a huge family, no less. 🤔 -
I would pay for the Audible version of that tome just to get an up-close view inside the Queen of Darkness' mind, but I'm a little insane that way. Sure would make the miles go faster on the road. 😛

She'll take him and that family for all she can get, and then write a tell-all book for the rest. Ergo the million-dollar home and sticking her name on any property that she can. I'm counting on Robyn to supply us with the rest of the catfish tale in her tell-all. She had a hand in the creation of that fiasco, I'm willing to wager. Meri didn't even see her coming.
-
Hmmmm, although I agree with you on Robyn not letting go of Dayton easily, I believe that she'll willingly jettison the girls when she gets the chance. Perhaps not as quickly as Christine when she cuts the cord on her own kids, but Robyn will get them up and out of the nest. Once she's done raising the kids then she can be done with Kootie, if she so chooses. Just a hunch that I'm looking forward to seeing if I'm correct in my assessment, or not. 😊
-
I laughed so loud and hard when your post came up that hubby poked out from upstairs wanting to know what was wrong with me. 🤣 I have a gut feeling that you're indeed correct on your assessment. 😜 Oh, that was good.
-
I have nothing against Maddie in general, but deal me out on the next episode. No screams, no moaning for Caleb, and no exploiting the newborn with incubator pics and ambulances rushing off to...somewhere. This season is gonna be it for me, I can't take this idiotic family anymore. However, the snark here is too good to pass up, so I'll continue to partake. And, that session between Meri and Kootie was downright painful. Holy cow, there's nothing left but ashes from their relationship. After watching that I felt I needed a shower. ☹

Robyn has no sense of humor, no joy, no laughter in her. Kootie tries to joke and tease with her to lighten her up but she won't go there. Listen! This is so serious, y'all, her NEED for this mcmansion! I couldn't handle her sourpuss attitude when she doesn't get her way. Meri is a dark cloud, but Robyn is a wet blanket. All of this griping and moaning about BUYING a beautiful home - what an entitled, selfish biatch. Stupid twit, you moved to an expensive tourist area, and then wonder where your 6 bedroom home from God is? Delusional much, Robyn? 🙄
