It drives me nuts that the wives are so candidly (and not softly) talking about their relationships with the guys sitting ten feet away at the table. I can’t believe Erik, for instance, doesn’t stop talking with the guys and completely key in on Virginia complaining about him.

Jake is showing his emotional maturity on Unfiltered. I’ll paraphrase, but here are two example of his insightful thinking: “1. When Erik and Virginia fight over and over about her crashing on a guy’s couch, it’s not about that. They aren’t getting to what’s underneath that issue.” “2. When Bennet (last season) wrote about the Pokémon card, he was acknowledging that lesson was too valuable to let stand. He would let his younger self know how to correct the mistake.” I can’t wait until this mess is over, so we can hear how Jake really analyzes what happened with his marriage to Haley.

Jake looks nicely groomed on Unfiltered tonight. Beard and hair are on point. His jacket may be a little snug, but I get the intent of the look.

As another poster said, I don’t think he could be banned from driving forever. HOWEVER, I find it cringey when they show him driving that giant van loaded with all those kids and his new wife, while filming a reality show and continuously turning his head to talk to his wife or the kids in back. The distracted driving, given his history, is hard to watch! He doesn’t seem to have any fear of driving or an overly cautious approach. If that had happened to me, and if I could ever get behind the wheel again, I would drive like a little old lady going to church. And if I was his second wife, I would insist on doing all the driving.

Yep, I just rewatched and was wrong. I thought they closed up the door from the garage but it was still there. Agree the missing tv’s were silly.

First reno last night: by definition, IMO a mud room needs to include a door to the exterior. Because, well...MUD! While I liked the repurposing of the storage room, boots tracking through my clean laundry room would drive me nuts. Edited: I was mistaken about the removal of door to garage.

I hate how Erik said Dr. Pepper said to “let that one go” regarding Rocky. That incorrectly sounds like he is right but that he should choose his battles. Instead, Dr. Pepper clearly told him he was wrong, using the analogy of child from prior relationship. What a jerk, he really can spin things to retain control in every situation.

I think he might be a penetration virgin, since we know he isn’t an orgasm by partner virgin. I think at some point he pledged or decided to save himself for marriage, so he accepts everything but PIV. But if that’s true then he should just say that! I’m not a Meri fan but I hope she got hazardous duty pay for that episode. She was amazing at keeping her sh*t together during what, for most couples, would be an incredibly huge fight with screaming through tears. Wow. Hard to watch.

These numbskulls created some wacky COVID rules. As others said above, when Kody is going between Robyn and Christine’s homes, they are in effect all exposed to each other. When Truely cried outside Robyn’s house, I was waiting for Kody to come give her a hug. Because he could, like when he is at Christine’s home. It doesn’t matter which house you are standing in front of when the hug Is given. But oops, he can’t because he has crossed some invisible line back into Robyn’s house. And the socially distanced birthday visits demonstrated they knew exactly how Kody could still go see Janelle and kids safely. Duh! He just didn’t want to.
