  1. Make it stop!!!! Except for Orion, NONE of the men want anything to do with their exes, so that will be an easy decision. (Well, except for Becca, who is still waffling about how she shouldn't have kicked her lying husband out.) And, could they get any more dramatic about the Michael/Chloe debacle? We already know that Chloe will turn on the fake tears and dab at her face. Maybe she will try to compromise by taking fewer foster children, although then there will be less help with the animals.
  2. Just a random thought. . . you know how production always finds problems for couples to have during the show - like if one spouse won't say, "I love you," or if they can't agree on where to live, etc. And those issues all magically get resolved at or right before Decision Day. So, what if "trying to protect her" is Brennan's assigned story and he is sticking to his script? Maybe it was obvious that they weren't going to make it, so they went this route? Yeah, I don't think so, either, but it did occur to me.
  3. All I remember is when I heard him say, almost as an aside, that he thought 30 was a bit too old to be a party girl. Or maybe he said partying, not sure. But, I did hear that.
  4. Most of the "tea" from that video was from Emily's IG entries and over who really had the texts that Becca was challenging Cam about. If the texts were between Cam and Clarapist, then what was Emily doing with them? Anyway, the only other thing I heard was what we had already figured out - that Becca and Austin went in to D Day to say NO, but then production intervened and either gave them more money to say yes, or something, but their D Day show was re-shot with the yes answer. Like I said, I think we all knew that. Oh, also Emily said in her IG posts that she was very open about the hook up with the Aussie guy and discussed it on the show a few times and never tried to hide it. Well, it seems like production wiped any mention of that out, since we never saw or heard anything about that. In summary - there is NOTHING real about this reality show.
  5. I think that Brennan just said that he thought that being in their 30's was a little late to still be a party girl. At the time, I thought he was just referring to her drinking. But, if Emily actually said that she enjoyed one-night stands, then I am sure that also added to his distain. She is like Virginia from a few seasons ago, who didn't want to give up partying, although she was in her 20s, I think. In fact, we even referred to her as VirGINia.
  6. Sorry @norcalgal, I was being sarcastic, since Days DOES do this and often, given the examples I gave and yours.
  7. I actually think HE is a lot more tolerable than she is. He is strange, but seems kind and intelligent. She is just a weirdo fake drama queen.
  8. What if they bring back Marci Miller, but NOT as Abby? Because that would be something unique and has never been done before - especially by this show! Chad would be obsessed and think she was Abby, but she wouldn't be. They could have a whole team of people who came back as other people - Adrienne/Bonnie, Ben/Alex, Gwen/Theresa and I am sure I am forgetting some. It's a stupid idea that has never really worked, but that won't stop them from trying.
  9. Well, maybe he THOUGHT he was until he was actually living it. And ready for marriage is not the same as being ready to commit to a person he's never met before. (That goes for all of them. Clearly, this season NONE of the people were matched with a compatible spouse, even if any of them were "ready.") I miss the days when actually making good matches was the goal. Now it is just about causing the most drama and humiliation.
  10. They have already said that she is lying to protect Nicole, since she is still sad about her lost baby.
  11. She said that he later texted her "Thanks." So, he did respond, but there was no warmth or interest. I think Brennan mentioned one time, either on the show or the Afterparty that he didn't think anyone in their 30s should still be such a party girl, so we knew very early that he didn't like that.
  12. Sorry, @Elizzikra, but the idea of Michael and Lauren together just made me laugh. Those two with all their flowery word salad and deep philosophies would drive me crazy! Neither one of them (to me) show any real emotion (even when Lauren was crying over Orion) and have relatively no affect. Lauren seems happy now and you can see it in her face, unlike when she was with Orion. He needs to just go away. Michael was a more tolerable version of Orion, for some reason. Orion is just an idiot weirdo. But, I also can't see Michael with Becca. She is way too weepy and needy for him. I just can't believe this show is still going on so far past D Day. I'm sure it is because they have to fill with something while we wait for Michael and Chloe to give their decisions, which I think we all know what they will be. I wonder what happened to the deep scar that Emily was supposed to have. There was NOTHING on her face where that injury was. It was about time that Clarapist finally got the message that Cam didn't want to see/hear from her EVER. Same with the other soon-to-be exes. Austin seemed to still think he could be in some kind of friendship with Becca, but that won't/shouldn't happen. As long as she sees him, she will want him (why???) and she won't get over him. All of the women looked better and were not so stressed out. Two weeks in a row with Chloe on Afterparty was two weeks too many. I still don't like her and she really does seem to have a superiority complex. For them to go looking for a house to rent ($4500 a month???), I think, put any idea of a future with Michael off the table. Of course, if you are married, you should be living with your spouse, but I get why Michael doesn't want to make that kind of commitment with someone he barely knows. I didn't see the session with Dr. Pia last week, but I do like that she called Chloe fake and not "authentic." (If I ever have to hear that word again, it will be too soon.) That word seems to be this season's version of "vulnerable," which was the word-of-the-day for a few seasons. So, if next week is the final regular show (D Day for the last two), then I wonder what happens next. As I have said before, there is no need for a reunion since they are all seeing each other all the time. It would be great if it ended there, but I think I read that there are shows through April.
  13. They look so happy and their son is adorable. I am glad that we got to see a REAL romance happen. They also were very careful/selective about what they shared and managed to avoid the drama and be the grown-ups. (Well, except for the production-driven story about I don't even remember, but it clearly was not real.) I only remember Bobby and Danielle, Kristine and Keith, Woody and Amani, Gregg and I-forgot-her-name, and these guys. The Bobby/Danielle season was the first one I watched, so I don't know any of the couples before them (except for Jamie and Doug, who creep me out).
  14. And how long ago was that article current, even though it says March 2024? The couple leaving the show wasn't even back for more than an hour.
  15. So, I sure missed something here - Li is coming back and Wendy is gone??? Is Tripp still here?
  16. Maybe they are having EJ be the vicious, cut-throat villain we knew before is the stupid writers' stupid story that clears the way for a Nicole/Eric pairing again? No one would want their precious Nicole to be stuck with a bad guy. I am not a fan of the Nicole character, so I don't care, but I know that many here love her. I actually prefer her to be with someone who doesn't mind her serious bad judgement issues.
  17. I guess I am in the minority, but I believe that Becca was just citing an example of when Austin has lied. I don't think she cared about the vaping, but she does not want to be lied to - and who can blame her for that? Also, considering what this board "experts" on vaping have written, it is just stupid for him to lie about that if she could smell it. I STILL am totally confused as to what she loves so much about him and how she keeps going back and forth on her decision. This waffling HAS to be producer driven, since she is the only one they could manipulate.
  18. I recall that differently. I heard him say that he had those same texts and his were in context, and he would be glad to share. I think that was the point when he just started telling what Clare had told him not to say. And, yes, he really was mad. I can't help it - I believe him over her. I do wonder how early in the "process" they decided that there was no future and what their game plan would be.
  19. I am watching the Afterparty now. I really don't like Chloe. I think she is totally fake and playing a part, but I don't know what part. I am looking forward to the Cam part. Not sure what Keisha's husband is adding. I also have had enough of woe-is-me Becca. If she was finding out lies Austin was telling every single day, including the vaping, why was she making it such a big deal to dump him? What did she think was going to change? And for her to keep saying that she loves him is also over the top. It was 8 weeks! And she kept losing trust in him. What exactly was she loving about him? And, after seeing the previews for next week that they showed at the end of Afterparty - she is still second guessing herself and missing him????? There has never been a season where there are so many episodes after D Day, but before the reunion. This group of people was so toxic and manipulative, the show needs to go back to when the couples did their own things and didn't hang out with the others so much. However, I am loving Cam talking about Clare and how she was determined to break up Emily and Brennan. As most of us have noted, Clare is NOT a nice person, nor were her friends. (Maybe that was Emily's friends, but anyway, Clare is not nice.) And, I do believe that she wanted to control the "camera optics" as much as the men did and she was hoping to get new clients. But, I do think I am done. I don't want to see another episode of weepy Becca, ridiculous Orion and Lauren, and horrible Chloe. I don't believe there is any need for a reunion show because they haven't stopped spending all their time together - it's over, people, you all wanted divorces, so go away!
  20. I also see that we have a full HOUR of the Afterparty tonight. My listing didn't say who was going to be on.
  21. On the preview, I think it showed Chloe saying she wanted 5 foster kids at a time. How long does she plan to foster each group? Is she planning to stay home and raise them? I still have 2 more hours before it is even on here, so thanks for the comments. You do really help me decide if I want to watch.
  22. Comparing the males and females on this show is a bit different, because I believe that many, if not all, of the men have been recruited to be on the show. I think they have an easier time getting desperate women to apply, but they have to go hunting for men.
