I get what they wanted to do with the staircase, and it would have looked awesome. But it wasn't worth it in that house. If it was a $5-10m house sure, an architectural detail like that would be worth it.

I was highly depressed that the OKC buyer fell to open concept in the end. And it was the worst kind of open concept. Shame. Shame!

Oddly enough, I actually respect her just a tiny bit more now that I know she lives in a place that looks just like her "designs".

I think Angela was, rightly, overwhelmed. She worked a full time job AND had to do everything at home. Why wasn't dad doing stuff? If he was so sure what they should be eating why didn't he grocery shop and cook? Why was this all on mom? I think that moron who not only plays violent video games all the time but encourages his five year old (starting when he was THREE!!) to as well should be whipped. How can someone be THAT stupid? I was also very side eye on his need for his daughter's hair to be long. That felt a bit religious cult creepy. And I'm not even going into those poor children's names...

Yep. That's why I don't believe anything she says. Period.

I wouldn't care so much about the drama and lawlessness if only the designs were interesting.

Of the last three episodes it wonder how many of those couples will be divorced in five years? Seems like all of them imo. One was too young (the Esquvel couple, four children and the mum is 28) one was too immature (the Browns, both mom and dad) and one needs serious therapy time (the Bailey couple, especially Christina). Once again it's the parents behaving badly, and the children are just collateral damage.

Well, considering what Boomers have done to the country....... 😉 (only half kidding, every generation says this about the previous/last generation)
