  1. How many + streaming services does the world need? Paramount+, Disney+, Apple+. I'd like to see the last season because I'm kinda a completionist but if I don't get to...oh well. I'm with everyone else in feeling that it should've ended earlier, Josh shouldn't be shoehorned into storylines and since the cat is out of the bag with her age, it's just not that interesting anymore.
  2. Loved this episode. It had all the characters that I love in it and none of the ones I didn't. Doris and Angela were alright in the beginning of the show but they did less and less with the characters until they only showed up in second breakfast scenes. I never cared for Doris showing up on the laptop after Covid. And Katie's new friends aren't very solid characters. I didn't care much for their interaction in the fertility heist episode. Franklin had some good lines in this episode. I hope Cooper finds his way with his culinary talents. He wants to be a good guy. I like Taylor growing but I love Trip too. He's such a sweetheart. They just make him a little too dumb now. I like the idea of Taylor moving on but it's always so great having Trip hang around the Ottos. And my favorite was that Anna-Kat tried out for cheerleading even though she knew it was a long shot. She got out there and tried and doesn't have to wonder if she would've made it or not. And she had such a great attitude about trying again next year.
  3. I don't understand why they don't just let Hulu unlock the episode. If it's a valentines day episode then it would make more sense to allow people to see it as close to valentines day as possible. Holiday episodes viewed outside their holiday time is really odd to me. Kind of like when you see a rerun of a Christmas episode in June.
  4. It is sad when someone dies so young. And it seemed to happen really fast after the news came out. I read where Dustin had kinda redeemed himself in recent years. Apparently he regretted a lot of the things that he had said and done over the years such as the sex tape and the tell all book etc.
  5. I love original Mandy. She was such a fun and great character. And I loved her outfits. I also liked her storyline of being a dress designer. New Mandy is pointless and is like watching paint dry.
  6. I didn't really care for this most recent episode. The episodes seem to be kinda heavy this season. Mandy being afraid of the world we live in. Mike needing to protect her. People dying left and right. Joe feeling guilty because he blames himself for his mom dying. I get that entertainment reflects the world in which it was created but c'mon. Where's the com in this sitcom? I'm not laughing at anything this season. I think I may go back and watch some of the old seasons on Hulu.
  7. I found myself being really curious to know how Julia Butters would've played it in this episode. I would really like to have seen how she handled the popularity. I just feel like she would've given the lines a more deadpan reading whereas this actress played it more frantic and that's just not Anna-Kat.
  8. Yeah, you may not have seen my post on a previous page but I did mention that after a student finishes Air Force Academy then they owe the branch a few years of service.
  9. He played the principal on Riverdale recently.
  10. Air Force Academy is not a boot camp. It's the same as a four year university. It would be like attending the Naval Academy or West Point.
  11. If you can get in to Air Force Academy, it's free. But in turn, you owe them 2 years (i think?) of service once you graduate. I haven't done the math but I think that lines up accurately with Eve still being away. She would be in her service years now.
  12. I looked on YouTube but couldn't find it. All I find is trailers for season 14 and videos that say they're season 14 episode 1 but they really aren't. I still like the show. I like the characters but I do believe that they need to start wrapping it up. 14 seasons is long enough.
  13. The tone of the show seemed a little heavy and solemn in both episodes. I miss old Mandy. She and Eve were my two favorite characters. I also miss how cute old Mandy dressed. I loved tuning in to see what outfits she would wear. I guess the whole storyline of her designing clothes has been forgotten. It's not a bad show. I've seen worse. It's just a shadow of what it used to be. I feel like I'm still watching out of inertia now more than feeling like I want to watch it.
  14. Not only that but a lot of the 90s music that was originally in the show was replaced by generic sound alike music because they couldn't/wouldn't get the rights to all of it. Also, I remember not liking the Pacey/Teacher storyline when I was younger but understood it was some kind of male fantasy like in the song Hot For Teacher. But watching it again when I'm older, it's just gross and awkward and I wish they'd never done it. I could always do without that storyline. I'm glad they dropped it early on.
  15. I've actually been rewatching on Netflix but I've been doing it when I go to bed so I fall asleep and don't remember what I watched. I'm about 5 or 6 episodes in and don't remember any of it because I keep falling asleep. I've watched it through about 4 times though. Well...I take that back. I watched all six seasons once and then on rewatch I skip from the end of season 4 to the finale. I don't care much for seasons 5 and 6.
  16. You have to start a new thread to post a poll. And since Bob's is just one big long thread instead of a forum unto itself, a poll won't be possible.
  17. That's alright. It'd be boring if we all liked the same thing. What's your fave Bob's Christmas episode, Emma? As far as holiday episodes their Halloween episodes are some of their best. The Thanksgiving episodes are kinda hit and miss. I think my favorite Halloween ep is Full Bars. Followed by Fort Night and then The Hauntening.
  18. I went back and watched Christmas in the Car again after watching this episode. Christmas in the Car is probably my favorite Bob's Christmas episode.
  19. Right now that makes sense but if you're 15 years in the future and watching it then covid references could be more confusing.
  20. I still like the show and think it's fun but it's obvious Covid is limiting what they can do with storylines.
  21. It seems like they've been relying on the three story format a lot lately. I want more episodes with the kids and their friends like the two butted goat episode.
  22. Why does Riverdale act like rum can be made quickly and doesn't need to be aged?
  23. Same I don't like the new Anna-Kat. I'm sure she's a fine actress but I kept imagining how Julia Butters would've said those lines. Anna-Kat used to be one of my faves. This actress plays her too bland for my taste.
  24. Veronica is such a wishy washy character. She's the worst. Season 1 - I'm mad at my parents because they're criminals and they hurt people. Season 2 - I want to be a part of the criminal family business Season 3 - I'm mad at my parents again for some reason because they're still criminals. Oh no! Daddy's been shot. I better run his criminal business. Daddy's well again...I need to take him down. Oh surprise, daddy retaliated. For Veronica to be so "smart", she is one of the dumbest characters who doesn't think more than five minutes ahead.
  25. Is there an explanation in a later season for why the Lodge family are Latin Americans but have an English name? I'm only on season 2. I know I'm a late comer to this show...too much stuff to watch and just now getting around to this. It just seems curious to me. The family sprinkles Spanish terms into their conversation and it appears to be a conscious choice to cast Latinx actors in the roles. Why choose that for characters with such an obvious English name? I find it odd.
