  1. UK retailer Forbidden Planet will be doing this as well https://www.radiotimes.com/news/tv/2019-12-30/new-line-of-doctor-who-t-shirts-launched-to-mark-series-12/
  2. Chibnall confirmed in a CTV Sci-fi interview that Maxine Alderton wrote Episode 8, which I think is the supposed Mary Shelley episode https://www.ctvscifi.ca/doctor-who-season-12-interview/
  3. The introduction of Classic Who to Britbox UK on Dec 26 was apparently a huge hit, with Who episodes being watched 20 to 1 over the other content. It will be interesting to see how it settles ETA: here’s an article https://www.radiotimes.com/news/2019-12-28/classic-doctor-who-britbox-viewers/
  4. For those who watched it on FX, how long did it actually last? I have 3 hrs and about 6 minutes recorded and it cut off for me around the time of Scrooge and Jacob Marley in the cemetery. About how much more was left? It didn't seem to get repeated either, so I'm left hoping it gets streamed on Hulu or just not watching it Edit: Looks like it is on Hulu, so never mind

Hopefully will bode well for the season

  7. Shada, really? All my listings will say is “The Lost Episode”. Thanks for saying so
  8. BBC America seems to always run the season marathons out of order for some strange reason, at least the times I’ve caught them. It’s weird and annoying. I think if you have patience to follow the marathon to the end, you can probably catch all the episodes
  9. https://www.bigissue.com/latest/jodie-whittaker-new-year-message-as-doctor-who-returns-dont-lose-hope/ The Big Issue Magazine has an interview with Jodie that will be out in full on Dec 27. 11. As I’ve said, I overall enjoyed this so far though it does feel a bit rushed and some people aren’t used well at times. One of the things that really bugs me is Tom Cavanaugh as Pariah. All he mostly seems to do is awkwardly stand around and woodenly pronounce woe is you soundbites. Maybe he comes off better in the comics, but he’s not working too well for me here. I’ve liked Tom’s previous Harry personas in previous seasons, but not his pre-Pariah and Pariah personas this season
  12. https://digiguide.tv/programme-details/BBC+One/12+January+2020/19:10/Doctor+Who/Science+Fiction+Series/ Take with a grain of salt for now but here’s the supposed information for Episode 3 according to Digiguide: Airing: Jan 12 at 7:10pm on the BBC Title: Orphan 55 Synopsis: Having decided that everyone could do with a holiday, the Doctor takes Graham, Yasmin, Ryan to a luxury resort for a spot of rest and relaxation. However, they discover the place where they are having a break is hiding a number of deadly secrets. What are the ferocious monsters that are attacking Tranquillity Spa? Guest starring Laura Fraser and James Buckley, alongside Jodie Whittaker as the 13th incarnation of the Time Lord, and Bradley Walsh, Mandip Gill and Tosin Cole as her trusty travelling companions. Written by Ed Hime Directed by Lee Haven Jones In a Radio Times video, Jodie, Tosin and Mandip answer fan questions. Lots of fun though I had trouble understanding what they said at times Bradley Walsh’s CV suggests that he’s staying thru Series 13 as Graham, but it’s hard to say for certain at this early point whether it means the whole season. It would be surprising given how busy Walsh is
  13. According to another board, Jodie Whittaker and producer Chris Chibnall reportedly responded to a question at a recent panel as to scariest episode saying that it was Episode 3. The poster said they think Jodie said the episode title was "Orphan 55", but they aren't sure they heard correctly
  14. https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m000dbp4 There's no synopsis yet for Episode 3, but the listing in the above link does indicate it starts on the BBC on Jan 12 at 7:10pm for a length of 49 minutes Also to note, the BBC page for Episode 2 indicates it is indeed 1 hour starting at 7pm

I haven't heard who Fraser is supposed to play
  23. Aw, they did a Bollywood Christmas pageant for Jax’s little sister. I could only smile as she showed her excitement and got into it. That was so sweet
  24. I'm liking the Crisis crossover for the most part, even though it's pretty busy. One of the things that bugs me though is that too many people are too often just sitting around doing nothing or chatting with other folks. For such a huge crisis, too many are not being utilized correctly Is there an explanation for the Spectre thing with Oliver?
  25. Chibnall and the cast tease some of the aliens and monsters we’ll be seeing this season https://www.radiotimes.com/news/tv/2019-12-12/doctor-who-series-12-monsters-interview/
