I thought I was the only one who thought this! It could've been the camera angle but she looked like she'd put on a few pounds. She still looks healthy though!

I'm still having a hard time with Erin not being picked for show group. We saw last year how much her hip hop had improved and she's one of their best lyrical dancers. Her and Madeline are two of their most improved dancers.

That's a great insight. Most just do one year as a rookie and a vet and then leave. I wonder how many of those 1st years were actually cut so never made it to get a 2nd year anyway!

I thought she was really endearing from the start, then the episode where she broke down at home with Melissa made me love her. I was so glad Jinelle and then Kashara were there to help her along. The transformation before reauditioning for her second year was extraordinary in that office visit! She looked so much happier and comfortable. I always root for the international TCCs!

I love my rugby league! Our dancers for the teams over here are not so good. I got a spot on the Hull FC dance team but it was full of younger girls, 16-18 and I was 25 🙈

I've always thought they should cut some people way earlier than they did, even not have them in TC. Surely they can tell after the first week or two who is getting it and who isn't. They won't miraculously get their kicks to their nose, they won't change their face, they won't pick up routines quicker if they can't remember a couple of them in week 1. Just rip off that plaster, or band-aid as you Americans say!

I went for my fave Gina because she's the best dancer they've got. I actually like her look and definitely think she's made a lot of progress in terms of being a team player.

I'd add Amy Trader and Megan C. Most of these women are far too technical for pom dancing. They should be pro jazz/lyrical dancers somewhere, not on a field in Texas.

Aren't they ranked in finals by all judges? I thought, like SG auditions, they tallyed up the number of yes, no's and maybe's and rank them, hence when Kelli says you made it to TC but you're not top 36 with her spreadsheet in front of her.

I don't mind her but this is the point. Most of the panel have no idea about judging dance. News presenters, hairdressers, country music singers. They're less likely to judge on technique but prettiness, showmanship and who does the most hairography. I know that this is part of being a DCC but at the end of the day, they need to be strong technical dancers. They should have more of the guest choreographers on the panel. I liked Nick Florez from a year or so ago. Charm seems like a great addition though!

A front three of Amy, Maddie and Lexie is super disappointing. It's meant to be a rock-star dancer who is also photogenic. Lexie has the look but isn't the most show-stopping dancer to me. Madde and Amy are good but not great and don't have that DCC glam look. Hopefully, all three retire and we get a Gina-Heather-Bridget triangle next year or something along those lines. All the second years will be third years and should all move up. Hannah and Jayln on the edges behind those three with Rachel W/Erin probably making up the diamond in the centre. Fingers crossed they all stay!

I hope she was just having a bad week, a la Angela, but I thought she would've given her the benefit of the doubt. How can you go from being one of the strongest rookies to being on the outer circle?

So Kashara is not a Jayln fan? Has something else gone on in the locker room or something that we don't know about? There has to be more for Jalyn to have this and an emission from SG! She was in KaShara's group 2 last year as well. If I remember, Brennan has no red sticker which means Travis Wall isn't a fan. He wasn't keen on her last year, was he? I'd love to know how much they judge on their own combo and how much on the regular pom dances. Brennan is not really a contemporary dancer, she's more jazz.

That's more than minimum wage in the UK so doesn't seem that bad! Although judging by the rent in the area, now that is extortionate!

God please tell me it's not, she's busted her arse to get through TC so they best not cut her!

Christ on a bike, this is BAD! They're out of time with each other, all giving different amounts of energy, some look like they'd rather be anywhere else, clearly they don't have any weight restrictions on their squad as many look out of shape. That's before the two stars at the front mess up! We thought the DCC choreo was flat sometimes but this was a total snoozefest.

They always show the same seasons! Think they've only got the rights to so many seasons. I wish they could do a deal with CMT to show the current season but I don't think the viewing figures would be that good. I don't know anyone who actually watches it!

Mine is mostly dance based, rather than looks I think! Love: Ashlee, Brennan, Briana, Bridget, Caroline, Gina, Hannah, Jayln Like: Amy, Cianna, Erin, Heather, Rachel A, Taylor Neutral: Alanna, Christina, Maddie, Madeline, Miranda, Rachel W, Savannah, Tess Never catch my eye: Alexis, Amber (she looks like Bridget too much!), Daphne, Lexie, Molly. Alexis is one of the prettiest on the team but such a bland dancer, same as Lexie. Must be that Mavs style in them.

So there’s 12 women here. With 3 rookies and 3 vets missing (Hannah, Rachel A and Cianna), surely that makes show group 18? I thought they usually took 16.

I have to agree. Dancers mark very differently. Some do the footwork full out, some just do arms and for some, it's more of a brain run-through. Christina is probably one of the latter ones.

I hadn’t seen it before now but Amy’s cock-up (sorry, I’m very English) was bad. She could definitely lose point over this because she was front and centre and it wasn’t very subtle. I personally don’t think she has enough pop or sparkle for Point personally. Wasn’t she the one who did the jump split at a pre-game rehearsal when they never do? Shows signs of a dancer with concentration issues.

Caroline posted a video on her Insta stories and it looks like a long haired blonde up front. Looks like Heather to me!
