Bake Off is my fave and I’m so thankful they all bubbled to make the show happen this year! They basically took over a country hotel and nobody was allowed in or out! It shows it can be done as they had zero problems.

You can get the main bulk of the dance from a video but definitely small details, such as foot placements, head movements and timing, are really hard to get. I’ve always much preferred to get feedback in studio plus with mirrors, you can see what you’re doing wrong and fix it! Sometimes it feels right but when you look in the mirror, it’s way off!

I mean, I was already on Hannah’s side anyway and this preview proves it. Wearing masks sporadically is no good for anyone. Like you say, they needed to be in a fully secure bubble with nobody going in or out (from TCC, K+J, CMT crew, catering, cleaners) or video link in. Or they could’ve done what we’ve suggested all along: a vet only squad! No need for any training camp then!

I've downloaded it and it's very, very slow. I had bought a month's subscription to the star style classes on the website (did Jacie's, very fun) but I didn't use it enough (too lazy).

For me as well as technique and power, she's the perfect mix between sexy, flirty and fun when she performs too. What was it Briana said about being appealing to men and women? That's Amanda when she dances.

I like her in this but it's not her strongest. Her turns and leaps are good but not great. But why for the love of God would you have a dancer dance on concrete in jazz shoes?! Amanda deserved a better setting than this because she's spectacular.

I’m in total agreement here with all of the above. My biggest pet peeve is doing a turn sequence (usually fouettes) when they can’t do them. It’s okay not to be a turner! DCC only do double pirouettes unless on show group (they said one year that their lyrical pieces require turns). I’m such a stickler for leaps and turns not being executed properly, especially when DCC don’t do them in their field routines. Keep it simple, do it well.

Kalani would fit right in with Rachel W, they have similar political views 🤷🏻‍♀️

Anyone get the feeling that Alanna, Jalyn and Rachel A aren’t well liked by K+J? Alanna is stuck in the second row, Jalyn in the 3rd and Rachel (a 4th year) is standing when she should be on the floor. It used to be about seniority!

Bad screenshotting but my goodness, I didn’t know little Heather was that good of a turner! I knew she was good but this was amazing!

It was definitely a mix of styles in there, maybe trying to cram too much into a small clip. It sounds daft but I really want to see her feet. On both of her high kicks, you couldn’t see them. Looking at her ankles, she seemed a little floppy so she might not extend through to her toes. It could be a Pom thing, Daphne didn’t point her feet during kicks at semis and Judy picked up on it.

I think she's one of my faves. She's more technical than I thought she would be. There's actually not a lot I don't like about her! Her turns are seamless, she looks like a well-trained dancer, she's beautiful, she's leggy and blonde (that Kelli usually loves), she speaks clearly, she's not a hot mess. Need I go on?

Must be the year of the redheads for me because I really liked her video! She's got more power than most of the others have had. She's gorgeous too in an uncoventional way.

I didn't know she was a DCC before! She's in some of my fave American shows: Chicago Fire and The Rookie!

As a former dancer (haven't taken regular classes for over 12 years now), my feet are still a mess from years of pointework. That's why I never wear sandals! They're not exactly broken but I still have scars from bruising and squishing into pointe shoes. Sorry for the TMI there! I also have a fear of feet so no chance I'd be watching that show. I don't even like looking at my own!

I'm also not a fan of getting lots of younger girls in the squad rather than women. Most of the TCCs have been 18-20 so far I think. I'm not opposed to younger people trying out but I prefer a mix. They've got rid of Brennan (30/31) and Meredith (29) as well as Hannah and Lily, who must've been 24ish?, but who both seem mature. Most of the current vets auditioned after college, I mean Savannah is now 29 and Briana 30 (or will be by the end of the season). They're the oldest on the squad now!

They could integrate it with finals deliberations when reviewing each candidate, show clips of good and bad interviews and discuss any who had dubious test scores.

I’m in favour. I can only think of Lacey and Kinzie as 18 year olds who weren’t problematic. Holly P was a rockstar on the dance floor compared to most but obviously didn’t really know what to do in the real world.

Beautiful girl but her dancing really reminds me of Ashley Paige and Molly, like she has a stick up her spine. She needs to loosen up a bit more and then she’ll be just fine.

100%. Some people don’t do well with improv (I was one of those dancers) but are just fine in a choreographed dance. Didn’t Madeline M say that at auditions her second time when Nick Flores asked her and Erin about which round they prefer?

I'd rather see the girls who are smashing it, rather than those on the struggle bus (unless they improve drastically). I watch it for the dance, not the drama!

I thought Hannah was booted out for being outdanced in the DCC style? (I mean I’m sure it’s an excuse) I don’t thinks she’s ever even been in the office! Lily and Meredith’s cuts, although sad, weren’t as shocking. Cutting 2 3rd year vets during TCC is. All have tried out multiple years too, girls that audiences have connected with and rooted girls. A lot of us love a comeback girl. Marissa doesn’t do it for me so far because she seems so young and immature.

I'm pretty neutral on Kat (sometimes I love her, sometimes I'm annoyed by her) but how can someone who's only been on one series of MTT have a Then and Now?

Can you imagine a dance off between the two of them? Claire would eat her alive!

Such a clean dancer. The only criticisms I can give is more field power and a little bit more releve on her fouettés. She’s so good at so many styles too.
