Holly and Lacey are two of the best kickers they've ever had. VK should've asked Holly for tips, being a 'thicker' girl. Madi's kicks look pretty here but they all look weak compared to Holly's! It's all about practise. Whilst flexibility is super important, posture in kicks is everything. Having a straight back, a pointed foot and not hunching over is what the girls need to work on.

All Past Seasons of the Late Lamented Show

I'm rewatching season 13 and how on earth did Jessika become a 3-year vet? It's her 3rd time to finals and she couldn't answer any of the panel's questions and has zero pop on the field. Her and Christina were the two weakest vets that season (worse than Selina and Keyra, who both got cut!). -
To me, this Barbie look makes them less liked by women. It's very catered towards what most men like. Women would probably prefer them to have a more natural look.
-
I'll be sad to see her retire. I reckon she'll retire after this season. She's over 30 now and with her bestie Brennan gone, she won't hang around any longer. I gravitate towards the more mature, educated women on the team, like B & B, rather than the 18 year olds that make it.

VK actually looks great in this image. Less eye make-up, neutral lips, controllable hair. Her gummy smile isn't something she can necessarily change but her whole look just needs toning down so she seems more approachable. I loved Holly but I wished Melissa W, Megan C and Amy T would've stayed. They're my dream triangle. -
Still bitter that Katelynn never got a chance at training camp. She only needed a hair makeover!

Her eyes looks super scary in this photo, like she wants to eat me haha!

She would've been an incredible group leader, like Jinelle. Both have good technique, maturity, grace, poise, personable, relatable, likeable, humility. All things that the young lady in the GIF does not have. -
I think in her office visits, she seemed quite intelligent and personable. I think she simply just froze because she might not be used to media appearances. It can be quite daunting! Amber did just as badly and Victoria and both have made the team since.

I've always thought that Brennan is a blender dancer despite how much I love her. However, she is better than many other blenders on the squad currently (Kristen, Savannah, Cianna, Kat, Lisa, Madeline, Taylor J, Tess) and brings much more to the squad in general than most of them. The squad needs blenders to fill out the triangle. I'd liken her to Miranda (blender in dancer but exceptional ambassador) and nobody said she was ever at risk of being cut in previous years!

I just watched this episode today and Mia & Cassie just seem to be sat there like a couple of mean girls, constantly bitching away. Also, super proud of Erin for taking all that criticism then coming back and kicking butt the following year! Other than Brennan (obvs), she's my favourite comeback girl.

Erin, Kelli S, Bess, Robin, Mary, Rachel L, Samantha, Ashley H, Carisa, Jessica P, Sunni. I liked Ashley F in her rookie year but my favourite memory of her is the social media clinic in season 9, where she says it's feels like they're just seen as objects. I so wish they could get more stuff on the website. If the cheerleaders aren't writing in themselves, get someone in who can i.e. me! -
Despite all the drama, she's probably my favourite performance wise. There's just something so magnetic about her performance. Like Kitty always said, she knows how to sell it! I would've loved to have seen her at point but she would've outperformed pretty everyone. Holly P, Melissa Wallace and Megan C is my dream triangle from recent years.

I love Handclap. I find their quarter change dances so much better than Thunder, probably because they're not choreographed by Judy mostly (Kashara, Jenn C, Jenn A, Michelle Keyes). Sorry, but Judy's choreo is pretty limp. I like the level changes that other choreographers do and new moves, instead of the same old stuff. I'd love to see more videos of full dances so I can teach myself them!

I had considered it a couple of years ago when a friend moved to Dallas. I looked into visas and everything but it bogged my mind too much! I’m probably too old now (28) and need to improve on my fitness/flexibility but if I’d have known about 5 years ago instead of a couple, I’d have thought about it more seriously. I think the main problem with international candidates other than the visa is sports team experience. Angela, Jinelle and Yuko all danced for pro sports teams but in the U.K., where I live, there aren’t any! I did join one team but it wasn’t mostly full of 14-18 year olds (I was 25 at the time!)

Mandy and Kat Rogers. Mandy was the quintessential DCC and there was something endearing about Kat to me. I probably liked her because she was older but still looked so young. I also liked how Kelli said she listened to critique and improved every single week. -
Dance-wise, I'm only going to miss Bridget and Heather, although Taylor P looks great in her IG videos dancing! Bridget, I warmed to instantly, she just seems so genuine and warm. Also, her dancing is amazing! Heather has been a great ambassador for the team and should've been awarded more dance opportunities i.e. the triangle. I've never been crazy about Amy, Alexis or Molly for some reason. They blend as dancers but I imagine they're better ambassadors than dancers. Alexis is one of the prettiest girls they've ever had though. Although she's not a fave here, I warmed to Christina. Sure, she's not that great of a dancer but she did add a sense of maturity. However, it sounds from these boards that she can be a bit snotty on appearances. If so, good riddance! I'll actually miss Miranda more than I thought I would originally. I never saw the appeal until last season. She's a blender in terms of dance but she would've made a great group leader this year and seems more mature than others. Seems to be a favourite on appearances too.

I don’t think it’s fair to blame one age group. The U.K. government is doing the same, blaming 20-29 year olds. I fit into this category and the only places I’ve been are to work and the odd bit of shopping, wearing a mask at all times. There are people of all ages not adhering to guidelines, hence why the figures keep going up.

Carissa and Olivia are two of my all-time faves. Their technique is some of the best they've ever had.
-
Before that, they had Holly who was slim and lean, but then Whitney before that was curvier. I'd say right now, judging by the history, they've got VK, Rachel W, Kelcey, possibly Caroline (she's slim but not as lean as some others): all curvier. Urgh, I miss Lauren. Woman is a goddess!

TPTB. 🤷🏻♀️ I’ve always been a Heather fan, she’s beautiful, is a solid dancer but can add some extra sparkle here and there. -
I would LOVE to see Amanda at point but I think she’s an unconventional beauty. She has a beautiful but different look, and we all know that she likes a more standard look up front. Kelcey has more of a shot. Whoever said Amber, I love her but she’s shorter and dances really low to the ground. I miss Bridget, she would’ve been the perfect point.
