I second this, probably two of the hardest cuts for me as well as Brennan in her first TC (and then second). I always liked Ashley Paige, Taryn and Courtney from s10. I'd also love to see Bret, Shaina and Madeline S, sometimes a cut makes you even more determined next time.

I've always thought this. TPTB want everyone to be different but in the same kind of way. That's why I'd love someone like Amanda to be at the front of the triangle. She looks different to a typical DCC, still crazy beautiful but in a kooky kind of way. As opposed to Victoria, who looks like a typical DCC from years gone by (even her back-combed hair looks outdated). It would be nice to see them go in a different direction. Just because the judges don't think someone's pretty doesn't mean they're not to someone!

The highlight of any season for any of us. Still not seeing what Tess has done to get on SG but that's just me!

She was so refreshing! I don't really know anything about her, other than being married to Tony Romo, but she seemed really funny and lovely!

Isn't she still friends with some of the women from the squad? I thought I'd seen her on Kat and Jessica M's Instagram posts.

I think she's one of the prettiest women they've had on the squad in recent years. She looks naturally beautiful but not OTT beautiful if that makes sense. Like she seems like a girl's girl and a great person to hang out with, rather than unapporachable.

I'm all for keeping fit and healthy but I've also been there (in dance). There's so much pressure and that's how I developed an eating disorder. I actually think it could be harder for the smaller girls. Was it Courtney in s9 who lost about 8-9 lbs and said she hadn't been that slim since school? Asking young women to have the same figure they had pre-puberty isn't healthy at all. Then you get someone like Lauren in s12 who was super fit and muscly, she probably weighed more than other women her height. I actually think a longer short would be a little more flattering, rather than hotpants. It could help cover up some exposed butt too and then those women who have more muscular thighs might stand a chance.

I always think of Holly P. Her rookie year, she said she was working out so much but still couldn't seem to lose the weight, yet still won Jay's challenge. The next season, Kitty kept going on about how she looked too buff! You cannot win with these people! I'd rather see healthy girls who are a few pounds over Kelli's desired weight than those who look so, so skinny and unhealthy. My main issue is comparing each girl's weight to others on the squad at their height. Everyone is made differently!

You only get two weeks paid holiday? In the UK, we're entitled to usually 5.6 weeks! However, most employers don't like it if you take off that time in one go. Taylor J is best friends with Kelli's daughter.

I was just going to say something similar. Don't get me wrong, I like Taylor (she's a blender dancer but a great ambassador) but being best friends with the leader's daughter can't hurt. I think they offered the one-day audition to all vets but it was advised against, unless it was 100% necessary.

The more I see this clip, the more I worry about her flexibility. On fouettes, your leg should really be 90 degrees as a straight line from your hip. Even her kick on releve at the end is about 80%. She's near the middle of the kickline because of her height, she needs Lacey kicks. Her core and kicks needs to be improved on substantially!

1. the powers that be, meaning Kelli, Charlotte and to a lesser extent Judy. 5. I actually like Alora Rose (apart from her annoying MLM social media). She's booked more dance jobs that most other DCCs have ever booked, no matter what people think of the calibre of them! I think she's really pretty but not a powerful enough dancer for DCC. However, it seemed like she did improve throughout training camp. She could get cut next season though.

Does anyone know who the All-Stars were meant to be for this season? Because they purely do ambassador work, I'd love to have seen Miranda and Alexis. From the 7 vets who retired, I think they'd all make great All-Stars but I know most have moved out of Texas. From this current crop of current vets, Savannah, Briana, Taylor J and Lexie are some of their best on appearances. Darian seems like she'd be great too (from the little I've seen of her).

Which Hannah? Add in Melissa W and Amy T and we can talk! Who would you put in the triangle though? They're ALL amazing!

This is a great idea! Show group traditonally is meant to be the best dancers on the team but I have other favourites who are more appearance-based (Jinelle and Miranda spring to mind as connecting with fans of all ages). I think the only reason they use the same few is because of schedules. I imagine if you work full-time, you can only do weekend appearances. I like the idea of having smaller groups who all have different strengths. Some are better on appearances with children, some might connect better with military types or older people. I like a well-rounded squad. As a dancer though, most of my faves tend to be based on that. Doesn't mean I don't think other attributes aren't as important though!

I'd happily include Darian (just haven't seen enough of her this season). Something about Jada isn't clicking for me and Lexie is just boring to me. Pretty but boring as a dancer.

I'd love to know what show group you'd all put together? Mine would be: Gina, Alanna, Amber, Ashlee, Caroline, Erin, Jalyn, Rachel W, Amanda, Chandi, Kelcey, Armani, Claire, Ellie, McKenzie. 15 is more than enough!

I'd take off Tess, Lexie, Victoria and Marissa personally. If it was an even smaller group, Rachel A, Maddie and Daphne could go too. However, I'd add in Alanna, Jalyn, Armani and McKenzie (maybe Elli too)! I would've kept Hannah on there too, obvs. I've always thought it was meant to be the most technical and well-rounded dancers, who can do all dance styles!

I'm amazed that they put a rookie front and centre! If she's that good, why didn't she make show group?!

I think Alora-Rose is just off to the right with Taylor in the back right corner. I liked Alanna and Armani right in the middle and that's about it. I wonder why they had the non-SG members do a routine as well!

I always liked her but was never sure she was the most technical dancer or most powerful. They need to not have half of the squad on show group, just about 10-12. 16 or 17 is far too many! There's always a coupe that are fillers (Tess and Amy L spring to mind)

They're not even performing with their faces as much either! Kelli Q is off a little too in the back right corner (from our view). Maybe they thought that because it's from the DCC Academy camps, nobody would be filming it?

I don't think Holly was putting in as much effort as she usually does. Was this just before she resigned? I don't like this dance because the steps don't seem to suit the music and I'm not a Pitbull fan either.
