  1. I liked that Missy finally has a "sister." Up to now she was living in a male-dominated house and her mother was not someone she could really talk to about things in her life.
  2. Don't count him out just yet. You can't keep a bad ad down. He'll be back any time NNAAOOOWWWWW!
  3. Technically there have been a number of sequels, i.e., films about "Parker" family, either made-for-TV or theatrical,, based Jean Shepherd's stories.

  5. Even Mandy's shotgun-wielding neighbor said so.
  6. Makes perfect sense. This is how he saw the world on BBT. Personally I don't find it funny.
  7. They already did an episode with Sheldon being flummoxed by philosophy. I would have like it if Dusty was played by Pastor Rob.
  8. The glasses McDonald's did for the Flintstones movie were pretty nice, but very hard to get. People really scooped them up. They are probably collectible today. I have to admit I've never heard of Cactus Plant Flea Market.
  9. I thought it was some sort of a reference to the old days when you could get into your neighbors' wifi.
  10. I predicted way back when Pastor Rob was introduced that somehow he was going to end up as a "bad guy". That hasn't happened yet, though I still think they could go that way.
  11. It stayed closer to the spirit of the book, which help it a lot. I kind of wish that the Bond producers would start over again and remake the movies based on the Bond books. After all its been 60 years since the first movie came out.
  12. I guess they want people to think McDonald's is cool. Only their food is cool.
  13. If Sheldon could afford a mainframe, he could probably afford air conditioning. 😁
  14. I think Sheldon would put it in the garage with his train set.
  15. Yesterday, Oct 5, was the 60th anniv. of the release of "Dr. No", the first Bond movie, and oddly, the 60th anniv. of the release of "Love Me Do" the first Beatles single. The 60s are born!
  16. I'm glad Missy is getting a share of the story, but I hope they wrap the pregnancy story line sooner than later, because, frankly, I don't care. As for Sheldon's voice, I guess his testicles descended sooner than he claimed on BBT.
  17. That's getting to be the Halloween equivalent of the perennial Christmas classics.
  18. The latest issue for everyone to worry about. apparently, is how ugly the inside of their ears are. There's two different products advertising that they can supposedly handle this horrible, unsightly problem.
  19. Murdoch Mysteries does a good job, as well. Murdoch is Catholic, which means a certain amount of prejudice against him in the police hierarchy. He does a sign of the cross when he first approaches a dead body. But the audience isn't beaten over the head with his religion, it's treated more realistically, as part of his life, but not the only part. (MASH also did a good job with Father Mulcahy.)
  20. I agree, it would be great to see those early shows. I always preferred Johnny when he was in NY. He had a better selection of guests (less show biz).
