  1. I guess the Rodlet drivers Ed is the same level as the rest of the homeschooling.
  2. I live in the part of Florida that got hit by Hurricane Ian and there is plenty of handyman or construction work around here right now. Florida is very much a boom/bust area, we’ve lived through at least two cycles in the 20+ years we’ve been here. So Chad should be able to find work especially since he won’t have to be doing Bateses projects. But Erin may have him working full time on their place. Agree 100% with @floridamom, the bugs and humidity make outside outside activity not fun or pleasant. Especially if you don’t have a pool.
  3. This makes sense to me. IIRC in the original video they referred to a church family that spoke to them, I don’t remember anything about helping the church. It sounded like they had found a community more like-minded and God told them to go there. Or something like that. I do recall we speculated that Chad’s family was somehow connected to this move but I don’t think C&E have mentioned that. Is the grandfather they visited last year still in Florida?
  4. Hallmark store near me has this stuff too, and some of it is quite nice. Not my style but it does seem to be Jill’s. She still has too much hair though.
  5. Plus they believe one sin is as bad as any other so once Jesus forgave FF, he’s good to go.
  6. You never know when the urge to see where Australia is will occur. Seriously they all lie about not watching TV and really, who cares one way or the other.
  7. So JillR’s mom is in a rehab/assisted living place in Wooster, near JillR. Pa is staying in the RV in their yard. More pictures of poor Ma, the grifting must be gearing up for holiday gifts.
  8. Oh definitely there are families that take homeschooling seriously but the Noyes/Rod/Keller group is more concerned with limiting who & what their kids are exposed to. At least based on what we see.
  9. I imagine by the third generation of homeschooling there isn’t much actual learning other than Bible verses. ETA: Nemo and Newbo will be fourth generation home schoolers! Scary.
  10. Evan has mentioned a few times that he was the first son after four daughters so I bet he was spoiled and the center of attention from birth. So marrying into the Bates clan and being on TV was great for him. I always found Tori and Carlin loud and obnoxious on BUB, but now it seems Tori has outgrown that but sadly Carlin has not. Being in the middle of the pack of kids I’m sure G&KJ hardly paid any attention to them, and I guess Carlin still looks for any attention she can.
  11. So many tiny things on that nightstand! My kids are in their 30’s and live thousands of miles away and I also turn my pan handles in!
  12. Who puts cowboy boots on a baby? I don’t think he’s walking yet but even if he was, how uncomfortable are boots! At the beach! And the rest of his outfit is not even remotely cowboyish. Poor Newman looks most uncomfortable too.
  13. Haha I’m sure Jill will be able to teach middle school math just fine and the boys will learn about the people riding dinosaurs and of course, medical thingys.
  14. I think she’s homeschooling too. Probably just an hour or so a day. Dreck might have thought adjusting to new baby, new home, new area as well as him being gone at least 8 hours a day was too much for Jill. Hopefully next fall the two boys will be at public school. Otherwise no chance of third generation Pistol Pete.
  15. Because they are silly, immature kids who don’t plan or think ahead? Zade was probably sick all day, but they were too busy filming or whatever they do all day to notice. They realize Zade will keep them up all night and only Urgent Care is open. Or something like that.
  16. Also from Northeast and we call them butter knives. And we never threw them around or at anything.
  17. Sammers is the best looking Rodlet boy, but now that he’s attempting to grow facial hair he isn’t so cute. And what 18 year old wants a piñata at his birthday?
  18. I think the only stops on the grifting tour are places BME likes to go such as Florida. Or near the Amish. Plus they have a few churches they stop by regularly, these are probably where they know they will grift enough $$.
  19. Hopefully BME will be so busy decorating at the Barndo and getting ready for Nurthan Christmas visit she won’t have time to dash off to Ma’s bedside. JillR only makes time for Ma when it’s in JillR’s interest, either for grifting or sad posts ie JillR just feels like flopping on her bed & weeping. Once again it’s all about her.
  20. It looked like Fern had a marker in her hand as she wandered around, probably looking for a cabinet door or wall to color on. That will be Jessa’s next video. And Henry seemed to be hanging around whatever Spurg was doing, probably what their schooling consists of.
  21. Actually I don’t think they consider it important since they think she is ok now. It only came up in the video because the doctors office sent a reminder about time for annual check up. Evan realized this is a way to get viewers, hence the click bait title. He added footage of poor baby Layla from when she was undergoing tests etc and then he & Carlin talked about how she’s fine now. Who knows if they really have any idea about her health.
  22. The only thing remotely related to Layla was a picture of when she was a baby and that C&E had gotten a reminder from the doctors office that Layla was due for her 3 year check up/ follow up. And it was way at the end. Lots of Christmas decorating. Apparently Carlin likes silver and white whilst Evan likes red and green for Christmas decor. Fascinating. And of course we saw the white stockings hung on the white wall.
