Agreed. Tom has never been given a pass. Not from the beginning. The acknowledged fact that he is a dick is the very reason some could not understand Luann being so dumb. His sins have been talked about over and over, with some thinking he wasn't so bad and others cringing at the very idea that she would settle for such a lump of nothing. If he ever sits for a one-on-one with Andy, I hope someone gets a thread going over here so we can dish about his lies and nonsense. For now, we just have Luann's nonsense to discuss.

Ha ha. I love this. She divorced a cad that everyone and their brother told her was a cad. A dude she knew for about 5 minutes. She isn't a struggling single mother with few resources who has to find a way to pick herself up and start over, wondering how she would ever do it all. She has resources, her health, friends, her kids are financially OK if for no other reason than their father, has a job that pays her well and a nifty pad in The Hamptons (I do love that house). There is no custody battle, and no one trying to get all of her money. I don't get what it is that she survived. Public humiliation brought on by her own actions? She got a divorce, like about 50% or so of other women.

I agree with this. The same question as to why other women would be interested in him is the same question that should be asked of Luann. They are no more blind or dumb than was Luann. The writing was all there. All in red letters on the wall. How is it possible that so many people on this forum and others saw it straight away, and yet she herself did not? It was all there from the beginning. When she met him while he was on a date with another woman and she thought nothing of going home with him anyway. The way I remember her telling that story was that she seemed proud. Acted like she had won a big prize because he left someone else for her. Most people I know would give a guy like that the side-eye. Would be concerned that this would at some time be their fate. Wouldn't feel very good about another woman being tossed aside and humiliated. Maybe the other gals he is with feel the same way Luann did. Like he couldn't stay away from them and was willing to walk away from Luann for someone better. And they are OK with that, just as Luann was. They are all pathetic and Luann looks like their Queen.

Sonja has tried and failed to be a fashion designer, toaster oven designer, home goods designer, etc. She fails because she is extremely lazy. Her finances are confusing and at times have been a mess. I believe she got a decent divorce settlement, although I don't think it came easy. If I understand her issues correctly, most of that money went to paying the huge $7MM plus judgment against her because of the con she pulled on the movie deal. That left her pretty much broke. She owns her current residence and has tried to sell it in the past but cannot get what she says she needs to get out of it. So she just lets it fall down around her because she cannot afford to keep it up. She is a hot mess.

I wonder if Luann is surprised by this? I would think that since he basically continued to date during their marriage, that it would hardly come as a big shock that he continues to look for love in all the wrong places after the marriage ended.

It is totally on her. I think I read on here that she gets paid by People as some type of consultant? Does anyone know if this is true? If so, seems strange that People would go in harder on her than Andy would. I think they both asked the right questions, and for whatever reason, she gave People more info than she did her real employer. But it might just be Luann being Luann. Taking the temperature slowly over time and deciding which truth to reveal when it suited her needs. Hasn't she changed her story on the Count and their open/not open marriage many times depending on the circumstances? Sometimes it was an open marriage, sometimes they had been separated and she wasn't ready to be open about it.

Just my opinion, but I don't like either. I have always hated the way Ramona went after Lu's daughter, and that was done on Twitter. It is one of the biggest reasons I hate Ramona. Makes no difference on camera or off to me. Shitty person, shitty behavior. They should have the balls to say it on the show if they think it. Otherwise their shitty behavior isn't known to everyone and they are cowards. Lu was shitty to Carole regardless of whether it was in front of the camera or not.

But didn't she slam Carole a few seasons ago? Seems like Tom deserved it much more than Carole ever did.

Apparently very small. It seems like it is Tom and Harry's world, and everyone else is just living in it. Gross to say the least. Good work for them if they can get it, but the women just look desperate.

I hadn't thought about that. Maybe even her mom cannot find reason to complain. Or doesn't want to highlight Bethenny doing some good in the world. But I doubt it. She will probably turn up someplace.

It seems like it's nice to want to do something to help even if you don't have experience. You learn by doing. Sometimes by making mistakes and learning from them. It's nice to answer questions to try and clear up confusion if confusion exists. It's nice to want to see firsthand the people you are helping. It's nice to see for yourself what is needed for the next time, or how you can help in the future. It just seems to all be really nice. And it is nice that I have learned a lot from the posts about what folks are doing to help. Getting the word out is important. I had no idea Bethenny was doing all of this. Good for her, and good luck to anyone who might be in Irma's path that is on this forum. Sounds horribly scary!

Yes, and the bragging party got going by Mika. Her awe that he was right way back in the day when he said Trump would eventually make nice with the Dems. Followed by a vomit-inducing montage of Joe being right. I always hate when Joe and Mika get going into the routine where they pat themselves on the back endlessly. Reminds me of the first few weeks after the election when every moment was taken up with this nonsense.

I'm with you. I love them both. Love their relationship, the way they clearly love each other, the way they support each other. But despite my love for them, I need to see less of them if that makes sense. Less of them goofing around or Chip feeling the need to constantly do something strange like eat a bug. I just want to see what they are doing with the house. More specifics around some of the design elements.

Does she still run? I don't remember her talking about it much any more. Seems like she use to talk about it a lot back in the day. Back when she dressed differently than she does now. Was that before she and Joe got together? For a long time her main interest seemed to be in lecturing the others on their food choices. All. the. time. Yea Mika, we get it. You believe sugar should be labeled a toxic substance and Big Macs a narcotic. It was just exhausting to listen to all the time. She can act like a dog with a bone.

I love this. That is what she is - mechanical. She always seems so interested and intent on reminding folks that she is above the stuff she considers boring or dumb. Like pop culture in general. Anything she cannot discuss she wants to shut down. She really gets on my nerves.

Yes, it's not complicated. Bravo and production could see what they had and it wasn't good. Gretchen has been desperate to get back on the show since she was fired. They brought her back because they needed some drama. I cannot see how Vicki had anything to do with it. Although she might use it to her advantage.
