I don't think Kandi is insecure at all. I think she tears up out of frustration, and I definitely know other people who are like that. It sucks because everyone automatically assumes you're hurt or sad, when you're just pissed off. I'm the opposite, I just get real quiet while the other person continues with their shit and then I pop the fuck off. Dude, my parents are shitty but they have yet to reach such levels of fuckery. Glad everything worked out in your favor (and that I learned the word remunerate). If Sheree learned to be a bit stealthier with shit stirring, casually dropping bread crumbs here and there and then sitting back to watch the fireworks, her peach would be secured. She tried to do this by using Marlowe to instigate Lesbian-gate, but she forgot that Marlowe has no tact and also doesn't give a fuck.

Because it's a convenient story line since Chateau Can'tPay ain't cutting it.....And she still needs to pay it off. Also, if I was in that car and Bob said that shit about how maybe he didn't choke her hard enough? Lawd-a-mercy! He would have gotten my pocket knife in his leg. I always enjoy Vacation Kenya because she tends to just enjoy herself (except for last season in Jamaica when she was salty over Kim earning the director spot)/ When Kenya is the least offensive, that's problematic.

Beyond 90210: Cast members in the media and other roles
luckyroll3 replied to desertflower's topic in Beverly Hills, 90210
Just started season 2 of Masters of Horror and Jason Priestly stars in one of the episodes, The Screwfly Solution. The premise is that there is an epidemic that makes men agressive, beliigerent, and violent towards women until all the women are killed/extinct. The level of braying done by Priestly, complete with cussing and menace, puts every one of Brandon''s brayfests to shame! It was like this was made specifically with Priestly's special talent in mind. -
Val's suicide attempt wasn't a big deal because Kelly said she was probably faking for attention. And we all know how everything Kelly says is correct (and how shitty a psych student she is). Speaking of, when David starts losing his shit, the one person who should have been able to put two and two together, because this is what her degree is in, was just like, "I don't know what's wrong with David....I have a date."

I have several friends with racially ambiguous kids, all under the age of 6, and they are in high demand as models/actors. There was a time where every store I walked by that sold kid stuff had one of my friends' kids in the store displays. One of the parents told me that the agents they work with ask them all the time if they have other children or know of any other kids with similar looks that they can sign. It's a little crazy. I only had white Barbies, but I lived on an island as a kid and our selections were quite limited in the 80s. I never really wanted Barbie though; I preferred Jem and hounded my parents all the time for one (never got it, but my next door neighbor did, SMDH). I loved the spade game! I just learned how to play recently (although I knew how to play a similar game called trumps). My friends and their family take it so damn seriously all the time. I hate playing with them because when I win (I'm really good at trumps, which makes me decent at spades), they call me a hustler and go crazy. So that scene had me rolling, especially Junior getting involved in the trash talking with all the old folks.

And there's the problem right there. He's hot and he's very good at what my students called "shoo-shoo"ing (the sweet talking to convince someone to hook up), which these chicks cannot resist. This was fun. Especially Laurel giving one heck of a stink eye to Jenna and Zach. But that being said, give them time. Camilla's always one drink and cry away from turning into a psycho (and John is usually right there to help provoke her along), Laurel will either piss someone off or get in someone's face, Cara Maria will get butt-hurt by something, Zach will start saying insensitive shit, and John will be John.

This was the greatest part of the episode and had me rolling! I don't get it. What does this mean? And his cousin was cool peoples, and I think that rubbed off/hid some of Cory's douchiness. <sigh> Oh Jenna. The way she just positioned herself right next to him and just stood there sipping from her cup waiting for him to notice her/say something to her. Good lord. I'm not saying I haven't done that before, but the last time I did, I was 12. And for her to cry, because the rumor will upset Zach? Ugh. If Zach was actually a decent person, he wouldn't believe every bullshit thing about you; he'd defend you. And here comes John with his, "what did I say? I wasn't talking or laughing about you? Who me?"

S09.E15: Lei It All On The Table

Girl, I don't know what you were thinking making that type of commitment while this show is still airing. You shoulda known better! -
I was going to say the exact same thing. Although you forgot to add, "and choke on it!" Greatest part of the podcast! This made me laugh so hard! The Tori episodes were also really awful because she could not act and they re-did so many storylines from earlier seasons. Based on how awful Ray's therapist is, can we assume she went through the same shitty psychology program that Kelly is in?

Love & Hip Hop: New York - General Discussion

I don't think the women like each other enough to be a throuple. I'm sure Amina would be up for it, cause she seems to swallow anything Peter gives her. Tara, on the other hand, seems like the type to want everything for herself and to be the ultimate winner, which considering Peter ain't no prize, makes her just as dim as Amina. -

Woah! I never knew about this! That's some crazy shit. -
She's the perfect combo of both of her parents' sexiness. Avenue Q is fantastic. One of my favorite musicals. I took a group of high schoolers to see it and they loved it...made some of them into theater lovers. Lol! I don't envy Jane having to have that conversation with her kid.

Ugh! Why is it Peter's decision? It's always Peter's decision. These women need to take hold of their damn power and remove the boil that is Peter from their asses and their lives. Get it together ladies! -
Why does everyone hate Susan Sarandon? I fully admit that I don't really keep up with what goes on with celebrities.
-
I loved every minute of this and am looking forward to the rest of the season. The greatest part? All the SHADE from every, single character/person, not just the leading ladies.

Oh this show! Bye Eleanor. I tried to feel bad for how she went out (because of course all men near death can only think of trying to rape any women they come across). But despite that aspect, she's had this shit coming since the beginning of show. I loved Eleanor for her drive to be an independent woman in charge, but she's made so many shitty decisions and so many of these decisions were based on the men she claimed were trying to ride the coattails of her rise to power. And all the while she was fucking over everybody else that she claimed she was trying to help or love, and refusing to admit that she was in fact, fucking them over. And I definitely don't feel bad for Rodgers cause that's what happens when you give people free reign to destroy and pillage a place you're supposed to be in charge of and "restoring" a sense of civility. If that's the civilization he's promising....... Nice to see the pirates and the slaves finally coming together and that word has spread and prompted others to join them. I was worried about them going back to the Maroon island without Madi because we know the Queen Mom don't give a shit about their revolution.

Which HW show was this on??? Thank you! A rapist who drugs people at that. And this is my main problem with Phaedra. She knows full well she said it to mutual friends, regardless of whether or not it was filmed/mic'ed. So for her to sit there clutching her pearls about this situation when she was involved (and I believe most likely an instigator) is such bullshit and fits right in line with the level of deception she has consistently shown since she first got on the show. And couple that with her thinking that we're all stupid enough to believe her every damn time.... I disagree so much with this. Kandi isn't worried about her kids thinking she's sexual; she's worried about her kids thinking she's abusing drugs and using them to take advantage of other people. She has a right to be concerned because as other have pointed out, the accusation is vile. Sex with women, sure! Sex dungeon, if I had one I would use it. Slipping someone drugs to knock them out and take them against their will for my husband and I to have our way with them....line crossed. Anyone noticed Sheree's been using lots of big words lately? Facetious, libel, etc.? Did her ghost writer gift her a thesaurus? Production definitely set their asses up with that dinner. After 12 hours of flying, the level of jet lag and irritability was probably at a 42 out of 10. And wasn't it this flight to Hawaii where Kandi's ticket "wasn't scanned properly" or some nonsense and they were asked to de-plane? I know that I would not have been in the mood for any shit after a travel day like that and I would have taken my meal in the room. Porsha's Todd was cracking me up at that dinner. As soon as they started in on their shit, he had this look on his face like, "oh hell naw; I'm not getting involved with these crazy chics." Head down, spoon up. I'm surprised he didn't just crawl under the table.- 368 replies

Vivica's Black Magic - General Discussion
luckyroll3 replied to Meredith Quill's topic in Vivica's Black Magic
Ugh! I get that Alvester has his own stuff going on, but you just don't not show up to work. If he needed time during Black Magic scheduled rehearsal time, then he needed to talk to and alert someone to that first. If he worked for me, he would have been fired on the spot. And then he had the nerve to drag Penetration (?) Into that shit. Also, "Vivica used me to get to Vegas"? Ah, say what now?? Nobody knows who you are, fool! And your singing sucks. Good luck trying to get other people to work with you with that stank as attitude. I loved the minigolf outing with the teen daughter. I don't remember which dancer it was, but it was nice to see that he and his daughter have a great relationship. When she said she had problems with him being an exotic dancer because it keeps him from spending time with her, my cold heart melted a bit. Kianna is an idiot. She was trying real hard to get her some Bolo only to be embarrassed on TV. She's lucky he even had the decency to tell her he wasn't interested instead of just ghosting her thirsty ass. Also, why was she in stilletos when most of her job was setting up and running around. The show kinda ended abruptly, no? There werect even updates at the end to inform us where they are in the process of getting set up with a residency, what the people thought of the showcase, or if they even fired Kianna. -
Vivica's Black Magic - General Discussion
luckyroll3 replied to Meredith Quill's topic in Vivica's Black Magic
I'm still watching. Just trying to catch up. I'm a couple episodes behind....on the one with Thunder Down Under. Alvester is continuing to show how much of an asshole he is by not knowing how to apologize properly. Darrin is a bigger person than me. -
Just caught the first 2 episodes of this. Wow, that Ashland girl is awful! She cannot sing at all. And how do you choose a Britney song, which are not challenging at all, and still can't sing it? The blonde has the best voice, but no stage presence. Time will tell if that will improve over the series....but at least she can sing on key/pitch. I can see what Timbaland sees in Cravetay(?). She doesn't have that strong a voice, but she has a certain vibe going for her. Her session in the studio was heads above the other kids and the track sounded fantastic (prior to any production). The right team could really make her a star. The guys both have great voices, but they're just so white bread to me. But then again, I'm not in their demographic, but I know they're definitely the type the young girls would eat them up. This show reminds me a little bit of Platinum Hits from Bravo a few years back, which featured songwriters creating and producing pop songs and it was hosted/judged by Jewell and Kara Dioguardi. I loved that show and even bought some of the music, and was so sad it didn't come back for a second season.

Which leads to another one of her dumb storylines....her stalker.

Is this on lifetime?

Given the level of stamina Zach has displayed on multiple challenges/eliminations, I don't believe for a second that he's good in bed (cause that's probably how long he lasts). What's the point of bringing the Champions back to instill fear and to keep harping on "everyone must earn their spot" if the underdogs don't have the opportunity to compete against a champ one on one and truly prove who belongs there? Of course this show would take a decent premise and completely fuck it up. Also, a game like that is totally in the favor of the team with the most people. They should have either had 2 people from the underdogs sit out or chosen another game. Ah, there's the Cory I love to hate. And just like that, he went from sexy to a wonky-eyed motherfucker!

Love & Hip Hop: New York - General Discussion
luckyroll3 replied to David T. Cole's topic in Love & Hip Hop: New York
I loved the black card that came on after Yandy repeatedly said she didn't know the people who attacked Samantha: "After some investigating, the producers discovered that Yandy IS connected with the people who bumrushed the stage and is, indeed, a lying liar who lies." That coupled with the video of Yandy giving Kimbella directions to the party after vehemently denying she had nothing to do with it. The best part was the look on her face when the host said production had her on tape. Lmao! -
This sucks. This was one of the better new shows this season.
