Really enjoyed this episode. Boimler getting sucked into Landlord Cops was hilarious! I also loved Mariner and her Ferengi bestie (Quimp?) He gave her some good advice! Tendi and Rutherford were so fun in this. I loved their quick thinking to get out of the Ferengi resort. And what a delight to have Max Grodénchik and Chase Masterson reprising their roles as Rom and Leeta. Leeta really has embraced the Ferengi philosophy 😁 I did miss T'Lyn and Shax.

Yay! I have missed this show so much! I can only rewatch the first series so much 😁 Enjoying Mrs. Sidhu Investigates. Meera Syal is delightful, and her rapport with Craig Parkinson is hilarious. And the mysteries have been solid. Hope it gets a second season.

"I suppose by the transitive property, I am also Vulcan as a motherf*****!" Have I mentioned that I adore T'Lyn. The Romulans so disappointed the Cerritos didn't cross into the Neutral Zone made me chuckle. Curious to find out what's been destroying the ships across the quadrant.

I’m loving T’Lyn. She’s great with all our Lower Deckers. I laughed so hard at this. That was so cute and gave me all the feels. I’ve been wondering about Boimler’s twin. What’s the last we saw of him?

I did feel like Sullivan's character changed. When he was first on, he didn't have disdain for all things Kembleford. But this time around, he spent the whole season trying to get out of Kembleford and back to his job at Scotland Yard. I guess it would be hard for someone like him to go from the prestige of Scotland Yard back to policing a small village, but the change in character was jarring.

Watched the first half. Carmona's goal was beautiful. But at some point, I realized I wasn't terribly invested in either team, so I turned it off and followed the rest via The Guardian live blog. I couldn't hang with the time difference, so I saw very few matches. Of the little I saw, really enjoyed watching Columbia play. I was bummed when they lost. Hoping to see them come back strong at the next tournament. Congratulations to the Spanish players.

Finished season 3! Shax finally got to eject the warp core! I cackled when Freeman said, “This is one of those Brigadoon-type planets.” Same when Kayhson said “Arnock on the night of his joining” as Shax victory-lapped to the warp core. Buenamigo: When you become an admiral, you hit a wall. LOL. I guess that's true. Picard is funding Petra’s archaeological work? That tracks. The animation on this show is top notch, and this show is a delight!

I'm finally catching up on this show. This episode is so delightful. I loved DS9, so seeing the station animated, hearing the theme, and seeing Kira and Quark again gave me all the feels. When Tendi, Rutherford, and Boimler walked past Bat'leths-R-Us on The Promenade, I about died. My favorite exchange of the episode Mariner: I'm not bossy. Tendi, Rutherford, and Boimler: LOL!

Yay for a cliffhanger! I love a good monster story, and they made those Gorn look appropriately monstrous and terrifying. And I loved how the tension increased every time we saw the shadow of a Gorn tail (:::shudder:::) I don't even want to think about what La'an, M'Benga, Ortegas, and Sam are going to be put through on that Gorn ship. So, Batel didn't get killed - at least not yet. Was that Chappel/Spock floating in space shot a nod to Voyager? Uhura teaming up with Pelia was lovely to see. I will miss this show (the wait for season 3 will be a long one).

Miss Scott may be this season's MVP. I loved the little scene with Geordie and Kathy walking and talking about his future. I expected Elliott to tell Geordie he would be the new head of their station. Anyway, I'm glad Elliott and his sour face are gone. It was such a surprise and delight to see Mark Benton (Frank Hathaway to us Shakepeare & Hathaway fans) as PC McKenzie. I thought he and Geordie worked well together. I'm glad Will came to his senses. Love that he gave the new baby George as a middle name. Geordie looked so touched. I hope this means Leonard and Daniel are back together for good, but then this is Grantchester 😄 Curious to see how Will and family will be written out of the show.

Oh, that was FUN! But then I love musicals, and the way they wrote and structured this just like a broadway musical delighted the hell out of me. The songs were fantastic; I don't think I can actually pick a favorite. And while the episode was whimsical, it also had a lot of deep emotion (poor La'an! poor Spock!) The finale was excellent. I loved Spock's "won't miss singing" and "Not exactly" response to the prime directive line. 😆 Just a joyous hour of television. This show really is a delight. I really, really want to hear Admiral April's surprisingly beautiful baritone 😁

I'm liking this season. It's not Grantchester if there isn't turmoil. I feel bad for Will in his crisis of faith. I've been there, so I relate to that lost feeling. I'm assuming those pills are the beginning of his downward spiral. Poor Leonard. His desire to do something good is clouding his judgment. And of course, the NIMBYs throwing bricks into his halfway house are making things worse. The culprits in this episode irritated me. They couldn't face their daughter's death by suicide, so they took that out on Alfie.

Cheese. What was the name of Blanche's niece who dated up a storm while in Miami?

Loved this episode. The animation of the SNW crew was so cute. M'Benga yelling "What the hell is in these drinks!" was delightful.

This nomination in particular makes me happy. Because "One Way Out" is some of the best television I've seen in a while. It moved me and stayed with me for a long time.

Will is having a trauma response, unable to process his emotions about the accident and unwilling to ask for help. I get that. I really do. But also...stop being such a massive dick, Will. Your pain is not a license to lash out at everyone around you. Agree that the murder mystery was so-so. As always, I was much more interested in the characters and how they relate to each other. The asshole university don did make me laugh. He was cartoonishly evil. I actually thought at first that he'd end up being the murder victim. Loving Miss Scott's increased involvement in the mystery solving. Leonard remains a gem. And kudos to Al Weaver on directing the episode.

I really loved this episode. Celia Rose Gooding is wonderful as Uhura. I love that the story was partly about her facing the losses of her family and Hemmer (nice to see him again, even if just in phantom/zombie form). I like the show taking time to acknowledge the impact of Hemmer's loss on the crew. Poor La'an. It sucks that she can't talk about her encounter with AU Kirk. My heart swelled when the camera panned out on Kirk, Spock, and Uhura. This show is a gem.

Now that the series has ended, I've started compiling a list of my favorite episodes (in no particular order) Girl - One of the, as I call them, Baby Morse episodes, because Shaun Evans looks so damn young! Canticle - Love how impulsive and petulant Morse is this episode (for him anyway). And I adore his contempt for Mrs. Pettybon Sway - Great insight into Fred’s time in the war, against the backdrop of a solid mystery Neverland - Great but heartbreaking and brutal episode Arcadia - Jakes gets a hero moment and a lovely sendoff Scherzo - Good mystery AND great character development, especially for Bright Pylon - We see the gang scattered to winds and Morse sports the ’stache Deguello - A lot of this episode is very on the nose but still delightful to see the team get George Fancy’s killer

An audiobook version of A Stitch in Time - the novelization of Garak's life written by Andrew Robinson - will be released on August 1 - read, of course, by Robinson himself. Already pre-ordered!

Ernie's letter to Will made me tear up. He's a sweet kid. Will needs to do right by him.
