  1. The Baby, a new eight-episode dark horror comedy series airing Sunday, April 24 (10:30-11:00 p.m. ET/PT) on HBO, as well as HBO Max. The HBO & Sky limited series from creators Siân Robins-Grace and Lucy Gaymer and their staff of all-female writers. Are people born serial killers? The answer is: Yes! The Baby is a raw examination of motherhood as an institution: a set of unspoken rules that affect women differently depending on how they’re viewed by society, from the perspective of a woman who doesn't want to be a mother. It explores the powerful anxiety around the toughest decisions any of us can make, whether or not to have a child. Michelle De Swarte plays Natasha, an emotionally arrested, flawed 38-year-old who is furious that all of her closest friends are having babies. When Natasha unexpectedly ends up with a baby as well, her life of doing what she wants, when she wants, dramatically implodes. Controlling, manipulative, incredibly cute, but with violent powers to control and manipulate those around it. The baby twists Natasha's life into a surreal horror show. Where does it come from? What does it want? And what lengths will Natasha have to go to in order to get her life back? As Natasha discovers the true extent of the baby's deadly nature, Natasha makes increasingly desperate attempts to get rid of it. Natasha doesn't want a baby, but the baby definitely wants her. Amber Grappy Michelle De Swarte Amira Ghazalla Amber Grappy plays Bobbi, Natasha's younger sister, a children's magician who would love nothing more than to be a parent, to give love and to receive it. When Bobbi sees her sister with the thing she wants most in the world, a baby, she is blinded by jealousy and is unable to see the danger they are all facing. Patrice Naiambana plays Lyle, Natasha's father. Sinéad Cusack plays Barbara, Natasha's mother. Amira Ghazalla plays Mrs. Eaves, the 70-year-old enigma who has spent the last fifty years living out of her car and seems to be everywhere the Baby is. Shvorne Marks plays Mags. Seyan Sarvan plays Nour, a young Mrs. Eaves. Isy Suttie plays Rita. Tanya Reynolds plays Helen. Karl Davies plays young Jack. Divian Ladwa plays Fooze. Shvorne Marks

  17. If you didn't put glass in your shoes, you might not have to walk with a cane. If you didn't wear shoes with so many open spaces in them, you could recycle the glass shards and you wouldn't have to break new glass every day. They showed the parts I didn't want to see and cut away right before the parts I wanted to see. I did like the raining logs bit.
  18. No, they haven't given a reason yet, but that would have been a great one. Especially if they wanted to be part of the Motown Scene and it had ended before they reached America, but Tunde and Olu didn't realize it because they were from a different country and Motown was still really popular there. The only time they really talked up Detroit was that scene with Gloria and Dottie reminiscing and when Bob was out looking for food with Abishola.
  19. It is on HBO Max if you have access to it.

At home, Junior is still coping with heartbreak, and Jack and Diane enlist Charlie to cheer him up. Original Airdate: TUESDAY, Mar. 29, 2022 (9:30-10:00 p.m. EST), on ABC. Kyla Schoer as Teacher Liz Jenkins as Principal Biggs

  23. Tunde and Dele scene was really good, but I would have preferred that they celebrate the death of Motown, instead of the birth of Hip-Hop, since they are in Detroit. They could have even mentioned that the Music of Motown was the reason that Tunde and Olu chose Detroit when they moved to America.
  24. I think she wanted to keep the dresses because they were made by her mother.
